Abstract

Purpose – The complexity of Islamic religious education learning, with its dogmatic and doctrinal patterns, can be a driving factor in students' boredom and passive attitude toward learning activities. This context requires teachers to be able to innovate and be creative in designing active, innovative, creative, and fun learning plans. Steps that can be taken include using cooperative learning models, with various types of existing methods, such as Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS).Method – This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses percentages to determine the level of student perception of the learning model used.Findings – The results of the research prove that, from a student perspective, these two methods, which are part of the cooperative learning model, are very effective in improving student achievement and learning outcomes in Islamic religious education. The effectiveness of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) method from the student perspective reached 83.9 percent. The percentage value for the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) is 85.5 percent. Research Implications – Using the TSTS and STAD models, which are part of the cooperative learning approach, has very good implications for increasing the effectiveness of Islamic religious education learning in schools. The adaptive nature of these two models can bridge the characteristics of Islamic religious education, which has dogmatic and doctrinal aspects. The results of this research confirm that TSTS and STAD can concretely and effectively improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

, peningkatan kapasitas kompetensi guru menjadi sebuah keniscayaan yang harus dilakukan setiap saat secara berkelanjutan. Hal ini tidak bisa dilepaskan atas peran guru sebagai fasalitator pembelajaran, yang membutuhkan berbagai pengetahuan dan kemampuan atau skill dalam menunjang pelaksanaan tanggung jawabnya. Salah satu pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu dalam bidang teknologi informasi khususnya pada pengelolaan referensi manager dengan menggunakan Mendeley. Aplikasi ini disamping bermanfaat untuk memingkatkan literasi digital dalam mencari sumber-sumber artikel ilmiah untuk merencanakan pembelajaran terkait dengan perspektif dalam pemilihan metode, model, bahan dan lainnya dalam pembelajaran, juga dapat mendukung produktivitas guru dalam menghasilkan karya ilmiah. Kegiatan pelatihan ini tentang pemanfaatan referensi manager Mendeley ini dilaksanakan di MIM 03 Dukuh, kecamatan Wuluhan, kabupaten Jember. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan, guru MIM 03 Dukuh Wuluhan Jember, telah memahami aplikasi referensi manager Mendeley dalam memfasilitasi untuk pencarian rujukan yang dapat digunakan sebagai literasi dalam penyusunan perencanaan pembelajaran dan penulisan artikel ilmiah

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan pilar utama dalam membentuk generasi bangsa yang cerdas dan berakhlak mulia. Dalam konteks tersebut, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan ekosistem pendidik yang profesional, khususnya di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, yang diwujudkan melalui fungsi manajerial, supervisi akademik, dan pembinaan profesional, berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan kompetensi guru secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang visioner, komunikatif, dan konsisten dalam mengimplementasikan program peningkatan kompetensi guru mampu membangun budaya belajar yang kolaboratif, reflektif, dan berorientasi mutu. Dukungan kepala sekolah terhadap pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan—melalui pelatihan, komunitas belajar, dan evaluasi berkala—terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berperan sebagai katalisator utama dalam pembentukan ekosistem pendidik yang profesional di lembaga pendidikan Islam tingkat menengah. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, kepala sekolah, ekosistem pendidik, profesionalisme guru, pendidikan Islam Abstract: Education serves as a fundamental pillar in shaping a generation that is intellectually capable and morally grounded. Within this context, the leadership of school principals plays a strategic role in cultivating a professional educator ecosystem, particularly in Islamic secondary education settings such as SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. This study examines how transformational school leadership—manifested through managerial functions, academic supervision, and professional development initiatives—contributes to the continuous growth of teachers’ competencies. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that a visionary, communicative, and consistent principal, who effectively implements teacher development programmes, is able to foster a collaborative, reflective, and quality-oriented learning culture. Furthermore, the principal’s support for continuous professional development—through training, learning communities, and periodic evaluations—has proven effective in enhancing teaching quality. In conclusion, transformational school leadership functions as a key catalyst in shaping a professional educator ecosystem within Islamic secondary education institutions.

Abstract

Education and character have great contact because the two are interdependent. There is some news regarding the waning value of character education in students, therefore the need for good character education. the focus of this research is (1) How are the values ​​of Kh. Ahmad dahlan in improving the Spiritual Intelligence of Jember Muhammadiyah Vocational High School students? (2) What are the Values ​​of Character Education Kh. Ahmad dahlan in improving the Social Intelligence of Jember Muhammadiyah Vocational High School students?. This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach at SMK Muhammadiyah Jember. Data collection procedures used observation, interviews, documentation with a total of 5 technical informants. The analysis included data categorization, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. As well as data validity using credibility. The results obtained from this study are (1) There is a Habituation of Character Education Values ​​Kh. Ahmad dahlan in improving the Spiritual Intelligence of students at SMK Muhammadiyah Jember Namely Religiosity namely Dhuha Prayer, Nationalism namely Commemorating Religious Holidays, Honest namely IstiqomahDuha prayer, Integrity namely Consistent upholding noble values. (2) There is habituation of Kh Character Education Values. Ahmad dahlan in improving the Spiritual Intelligence of students at the Muhammadiyah Jember Vocational School, namely Religiosity, namely Praying for sick friends, Nationalism, namely participating in the flag ceremony, Honest, namely Students not smoke at Integrity schools, namely Students wearing complete uniforms.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi ini dilakukan dengan cara menyesuaikan kebutuhan dan kemampuan setiap peserta didik dikarenakan kebutuhan individu yang berbeda. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi ini merupakan cara penyampaian materi dengan melakukan pendekatan pada setiap siswa dalam hal mencangkup kemampuan dan karakteristik mereka secara individual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetehaui pengaruh dari metode berdiferensiasi dari perolehan belajar siswa dalam materi pendidikan agama islam di kelas VII di SMP Negeri 5 Tanggul. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Random Sampling sejumlah 42 siswa. Analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi linear sederhana dan memperoleh hasil yang signifikan sebesar 0,04. Dengan penolakan Ho dan penerimaan Ha, dari perolehan data yang telah diteliti ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat signifikansi dalam data yang diamati, sebab dari itu Secara teoritis pada dasarnya metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa pada masa pendidikannya. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan adanya pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa Smp Negeri 5 tanggul kelas VII dalam pendidikan agama islam.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu program dari Gerakan Kepanduan Hizbul Wathan adalah memberi kontribusi kepada kalangan eksternal atau masyarakat umum. Upaya tersebut dilakukan dengan mengatasi problem yang terjadi dimasyarakat, salahsatunya adalah terkait tumpukan sampah. Hanya saja anggota Kwartir Daerah Hizbul Wathan (HW) Kabupaten Jember memiliki permasalahan yakni belum mampu memanfaatkan teknologi takakura secara maksimal untuk mengatasi sampah serta sekaligus menciptakan pupuk organik. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan penerapan teknologi Takakura bagi anggota Kwartir Daerah Hizbul Wathan (HW) Kabupaten Jember. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) ini adalah tercapainya tingkat keberdayaan menerapkan teknologi takakura untuk mengatasi banjir dan sampah serta kekeringan. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah Bimbingan dan Penyuluhan serta simulasi teknologi Takakura. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan diawali melakukan observasi serta melakukan koordinasi, dilanjutkan dengan memberikan bimbingan dan penyuluhan, simulasi penerapan teknologi Takakura serta evaluasi keberhasilan program. Adapun rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan peserta adalah sebesar 44,79 poin. Hasil evaluasi ini mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan peserta. Kata kunci: takakura; sampah organik; pupuk; hizbul wathan AbstractOne of the programs of the Hizbul Wathan Scout Movement is to contribute to external circles or the general public. This effort is done by overcoming problems that occur in the community, one of which is related to piles of garbage. It's just that members of the Hizbul Wathan (HW) Regional Kwartir of Jember Regency have a problem that is not yet able to utilize takakura technology to the fullest to overcome waste and at the same time create organic fertilizer. Therefore, it is necessary to assist the application of Takakura technology for members of the Hizbul Wathan Regional Quartet (HW) of Jember Regency. The purpose of this Stimulus Community Partnership Service (PKMS) activity is to achieve the level of empowerment to apply Takakura technology to overcome floods and waste and drought. The solution offered is Guidance and Counseling and simulation of Takakura technology. The method of implementing this activity is carried out by starting with observation and coordination, followed by providing guidance and counseling, simulating the application of Takakura technology and evaluating the success of the program. The average increase in participants' abilities was 44.79 points. The evaluation results indicate that this community service activity has succeeded in improving the ability of participants. Keywords: takakura; organic waste; fertilizer; hizbul wathan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the singing method to improve the memorization of Arabic vocabulary among students at MTs Pondok Modern Muhammadiyah Pakusari Jember. The study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, implemented in two cycles: Cycle I and Cycle II. Eleven students participated in this study. Data collection involved several techniques, including observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the use of the singing method had a positive effect on improving the memorization of Arabic vocabulary. This was evident in the improvement in learning outcomes at each stage of the action. In the pre-cycle stage, the average score obtained by students was 13.63, with a completion percentage of 0%. Subsequently, in Cycle I, the average score increased to 40.36, although the learning completion rate remained unchanged. In cycle II, learning outcomes improved significantly, with an average score of 91.27 and a learning completion rate of 95%. In addition to improving learning outcomes, the singing method also fostered enthusiasm, increased active participation, and increased students' interest in Arabic language learning.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out to improve teachers' understanding of the Love-Based Curriculum (KBC) concept, and to help them design learning that is in accordance with the four main pillars, namely hablum minallah, hablum minannas, hablum bi'ah, and hubbul wathan, as well as to overcome implementation obstacles at the madrasah level. These four principles are the foundation for fostering harmonious relationships between humans and God, fellow humans, the environment, and the homeland. These obstacles include limited resources and resistance to change. This activity was implemented using training methods to strengthen teacher competency in implementing the Love-Based Curriculum and also teacher understanding of learning models in its implementation. All teachers have responded positively to this training. They understand that a love-based approach can be an effective strategy for building a more humanistic, character-based, and sustainable education. Thus, this training has contributed to implementing the love-based curriculum (KBC) which has been launched by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation of Al-Islam learning models has an important role in improving students’ cognitive learning outcomes, especially in understanding Islamic materials. Learning processes that are less varied often cause students to have difficulties in understanding, remembering, and explaining the material presented. Therefore, learning models that are able to create an active, effective, and enjoyable learning atmosphere are needed for seventh-grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Kalisat. This study aims to describe the Al-Islam learning models in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Kalisat. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects consisted of Al-Islam teachers and seventh-grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to obtain a clear description of the implementation of Al-Islam learning models. The implementation of Al-Islam learning models was carried out through interactive lectures, cooperative learning, contextual learning, direct learning, analogy learning, and the use of humor in the learning process. These learning models were able to improve students’ cognitive abilities in understanding, remembering, analyzing, and explaining Al-Islam materials. Students became more active and found it easier to understand the material because the teacher used communicative and interactive approaches adjusted to learning needs. Thus, the Al-Islam learning models at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Kalisat contributed positively to improving the cognitive learning outcomes of seventh-grade students.
