Abstract

Research Problems: The absence of a suitable volleyball learning assessment application hinders physical education teachers from conducting effective evaluations, highlighting the need to explore their perspectives on developing such an application. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the perspective of Physical Education teachers on the need to develop a volleyball learning assessment application. Through this study, various problems faced by teachers in the assessment process were identified and how the application can be an effective solution. Methods: The research method uses a qualitative questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to physical education, sports, and health teachers. The sample obtained was 123 Physical Education teachers. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics in the form of a frequency table. Results: Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that with the results 6.3 % strongly agree, 15% agree, 14% neutral, and 5% disagree, 3% strongly disagree. Conclusion: The study concludes that in general Physical education teachers have a positive view of the need to develop a volleyball learning assessment application, that assessment with the application will provide several advantages, such as making it easier to record and manage grades, increasing the accuracy of assessment data, and saving time in assessment. As a recommendation, so that in the future it can be used to support progress and ease in conducting assessments in volleyball material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecepatan lari dan power otot tungkai dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah kecepatan lari dan power otot tungkai, sedangkan variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang yang terdiri dari 40 siswa laki-laki dan 24 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk mengukur kecepatan yaitu dengan tes lari cepat 40 meter, untuk mengukur power otot tungkai yaitu dengan cara  tes vertical jump, dan untuk mengukur lompat jauh gaya jongkok yaitu dengan cara tes lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki nilai yang signifikan yang kurang dari 0,05 (nilai signifikan <0,05). Korelasiganda (R) antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan karena Fhitung (18,5) ≤ Ftabel (37). Berarti ada kontribusi hubungan kecepatan lari dan power otot tungkai dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya. Kontribusi sangat kuat dengan demikian jika siswa memiliki kecepatan lari dan power otot tungkai yang baik maka akan memberikan kontribusi yang baik pula terhadap lompat jauh gaya jongkok.

Abstract

This study explores adaptive strategies in change management implemented by madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions to enhance educational quality. Faced with challenges such as globalization, technological advancement, and socio-cultural shifts, madrasahs must transform institutionally while maintaining their Islamic identity. Employing a descriptive qualitative method and a case study at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Rejang Lebong, the research investigates the driving forces, barriers, and implementation strategies of change. The findings indicate that successful change management relies on transformational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a strong commitment to Islamic values. These adaptive strategies enable madrasahs to stay relevant and competitive within the national education system. The study contributes to the discourse on Islamic educational reform by offering practical insights into sustainable and value-based organizational transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the outdoor learning approach on students' biology learning outcomes. This research was conducted in February - March 2023. The research location was carried out to class VII students of SMPN 14 Bengkulu City by giving test questions. This type of research is quantitative research using a quasi-experimental research design. The implementation used 2 research groups, namely the experimental class group and the control class group. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMPN 14 Bengkulu City as many as 231 people consisting of 8 classes for random sampling obtained class 7.2 which totaled 32 consisting of 18 boys. 14 girls and class 7.1 which totaled 32 consisting of 16 boys 16 girls. The data collection method was in the form of tests taken directly from the pretest and posttest scores of student learning outcomes in both the experimental class and the control class. The results of the study show that: There is an effect of Outdoor Learning on biology learning outcomes for class VII students. This can be seen from the results of the average pretest score of the experimental class and the average pretest score of the control class, the average posttest score of the experimental class is greater than the average posttest score of the experimental class. control class. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the outdoor learning approach on the learning outcomes of class VII students. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the outdoor learning approach on the learning outcomes of class VII students of SMPN 14 Bengkulu City.
