Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran supervisi dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendidikan Islam di sekolah. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, supervisi bukan hanya sebuah proses administratif, tetapi juga sebuah instrumen strategis yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah Islam. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah bahwa supervisi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendidikan Islam, yang pada gilirannya akan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan hasil pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (library research), dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur terkait supervisi pendidikan, manajemen pendidikan Islam, serta implementasi supervisi dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan praktik supervisi yang lebih baik di sekolah-sekolah Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan instrument servis bolavoli berbasis kamera artificial intelligence (AI), implementasi ini bermaksud untuk melihat penggunaan instrument bolavoli berbasis kamera AI dilapangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan metode penelitian survei. Tempat penelitian yaitu lapangan bola bolavoli Kampus Indralaya dan SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Responden Pada Penelitian ini adalah Dosen Pendidikan Jasmani berjumlah 2 orang, mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan Universitas Sriwijaya Semester 5 berjumlah 96 mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah Tes dan Pengukuran Olahraga, yang terdiri dari kelas Palembang dan Indralaya, guru PJOK sebnyak 3 orang dan peserta didik sebanyak 30 orang sehingga total subjek penelitian adalah 131 orang. Teknik sampling penelitian adalah purposive samping. Instrumen Penelitian menggunakan angket, setelah data diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis data pada setiap subjek uji coba menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian adalah sebanyak 114 (87%) subjek menyatakan bahwa implementasi instrument servis bolavoli sangat baik. Imlementasi penelitian ini adalah instumen servis berbasis kamera AI dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan pada saat melakukan servis bolavoli baik pada saat disekolah, perkuliahan ataupun tempat latihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memori mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pre eksperimental (one-group pre-test dan post-test design). Subjek dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang terdaftar di Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Negeri Makassar yang berjumlah 15 orang sebagai kelompok eskperimen, tanpa kelompok kontrol. Perlakuan yang diberikan berupa latihan mengingat dengan strategi mnemonik menggunakan teknik akronim. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa 10 soal yang berisi serangkaian kata yang akan di ingat dan di hafal dalam waktu tertentu (kurang dari 1 menit). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini mnggunakan analisis paired sample t test untuk menguji dan melihat keefektifan perlakuan yang diberikan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 (p˂0.05) yang artinya ada perbedaan kemampuan mengingat mahasiswa melalui penerapan strategi mengingat mnemonk.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning interest of class VII students in participating in PJOK learning at SMP Negeri 08 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is descriptive. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using Google Forms. The subjects in this research were all class VII students at SMP Negeri 08 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 133 students. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis expressed in percentage form. The overall results of this research show that 133 students are in the medium category. With details in the categories "Very High" totaling 8 students (6%), "High" 35 students (26%), "Medium" 45 students (34%), "Low" 36 students (27%), and "very low" 9 students (7). Based on the average value, namely 60.9% of class VII students' interest in participating in PJOK learning at SMP Negeri 08 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year in the "Medium" category. It can be concluded that the interest of class VII students in participating in PJOK learning at SMP Negeri 08 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year is in the medium category. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence bench up and down training has on improving long jump results. The population in this study were students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Pinang who participated in athletics extracurricular activities in the long jump event with a sample of 32 students. This study was conducted using the one group pretest and posttest Experiment method. The instrument used in this study was to measure long jump results. The experimental treatment was in the form of bench up and down training carried out for six weeks or eighteen meetings with a training frequency of three times a week. The results of the study obtained the highest pretest value of 2.48m and the smallest value was obtained at 1.40m with an average value of 1.78, while the highest value in the posttest was obtained at 2.66 and the lowest value was 1.58 with an average value of 1.93, with t-test statistics with a significant level of α = 0.05, t count was obtained 11.432> t table 1.1697, so there is an influence on bench up and down training on the results of the squat style long jump. If t count> t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion, in this study are that bench up and down training has an effect on increasing the results of the squat style long jump. Abstract

Background: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of various dribbling exercises in improving the dribbling ability of basketball players. Methods: This study used a one group pretest-post-test design. The population in this study were athletes registered at the Mustangs Academy basketball club Palembang City, totalling 30 male athletes aged 12-17 years. The test instrument used is a sports skills test in the form of a basketball dribble skill test, using the zig-zag dribble test adopted from the Johnson Basketball Test with a validity value of 0.79 and a reliability value of 0.80. The analysis was conducted using a paired sample t-test statistical test which was preceded by a normality and homogeneity test. Results: The results of this study indicate that variations in dribbling training have a significant effect on improving the dribbling ability of basketball players. Based on data analysis using the paired sample t-test at a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05), the p value is 0.023 (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Variations in dribbling exercises play a crucial role in enhancing basketball players' dribbling abilities. Implementing a mix of foundational drills, game-based scenarios, and specialized exercises like two-ball dribbling or blindfolded practices can lead to significant improvements in control, agility, and overall performance on the court. Regular practice combined with structured training programs is essential for developing effective dribbling skills that translate into better gameplay outcomes.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Kota Palembang tentang alat tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik berbasis digital di laboratorium Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi dan praktik. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 40 guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Kota Palembang pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2024 - 14 September 2024 yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 52 Palembang dan Laboratorium Penjaskes Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya. Instrumen pengabdian ini adalah angket yang dibuat dalam google form, baik untuk pretest dan posttest kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil dari pendampingan ini adalah sebuah keberhasilan dimana terjadi peningkatan kompetensi setelah dilakukan pendampingan berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan dalam menggunakan alat tes pengukuran kondisi fisik berbasis digital.

Abstract

The use of technology in supporting learning is currently massive by teachers, one of the latest technologies that is often used is e-books that make it easier for teachers to deliver learning materials. This study aims to evaluate how effective it is to use e-books based on the Flip PDF Professional application for high school students. The approach used is Classroom Action Research, consisting of three cycles, namely pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The subjects in this study were 30 students of class X1 SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang. Data collection was carried out through test and observation methods carried out in several stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that in the pre-cycle stage, the classical completeness rate reached 30%, the average score of students was 55.6. Furthermore, the level of completeness increased by 60% and the average score was 72. Cycle II got even better results with the level of classical completeness reaching 66.6% and the average score of students increasing to 81. The conclusion of this study is that the use of e-books based on the Flip PDF Professional application for sepak takraw learning is effective for improving students' academic achievement. The use of this interactive e-book is expected to increase students' interest in learning, understanding of concepts, and skills in Sepak Takraw through a more dynamic, visual, and interactive learning experience.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce learning techniques for volleyball service for class IX Junior High School so that by producing new learning techniques, the learning outcomes of student service will be better, this research and development is intended to be a solution to the problem of volleyball game service at junior high school students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development procedure (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data was collected through documentation, observation, questionnaires and top service assessment tests. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. The product implementation stage was carried out in class IX.2 totaling 32 students and IX 4 totaling 32 students at Junior High School No 1 Palembang using the development results in the form of 8 top service drill learning techniques that had been declared valid. The learning outcomes of student service in the realm of attitudes, knowledge and skills obtained an average of 88.58% of students passed the minimum completeness criteria. Based on these learning outcomes, it can be concluded that 8 top service drill learning techniques are said to be effective in learning to serve volleyball games in junior high school students. The findings in this study are that the 8 drill learning techniques developed for top service can be used as a reference for learning techniques that can improve learning outcomes for volleyball service learning.

Abstract

This research evaluates the effectiveness of using the D'Volleyball Learning website to learn volleyball at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with two action cycles, this research involves instruments such as knowledge tests, lower service skills assessments, and attitude assessments. Data collection techniques include tests, observation, and documentation, with analysis based on learning completeness. The research subjects were 21 students in class XII.IPS.2, consisting of 11 men and 10 women. The results of the cycle I showed knowledge completeness of 42.9% with an average score of 69.4, bottom serve skill at 52.3% with an average of 59, and attitude of 42.9% with an average of 60.2, resulting in an overall average of 46% in the sufficient category. In cycle II, knowledge completeness increased to 85.7% with an average of 88; bottom serve skills to 80.9% with an average of 76.6; and attitude to 85.8% with an average of 80.5, resulting in an overall average of 84.1% in the outstanding category. In addition, student activity increased from 71.3% (active) in cycle I to 80.6% (very active) in cycle II. In conclusion, using the D'Volleyball Learning website has proven effective in improving volleyball learning at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara.
