Abstract

Online shop is an online shopping system where transactions that occur between sellers and buyers are entirely carried out online, this certainly gives a change to the shopping system in the era of technology, technological developments provide benefits to humans with innovations that occur, online shops emerge which become business fields and make it easier for the community when shopping for necessities. Currently, people are more dominant in shopping online becauseit is easier and more practical without consuming time, even the products needed are almost all available with various variations in each product or service. The online shop is currently growing because it has become a new shopping place besides a shopping center, apart from that the online shop is also the most visited site every day, even in a matter of seconds dozens of people can open an existing online shop line, operational time makes people happy to see products sold by online sellers, this has become one of the considerations for consumers to switch to shopping besides the availability of varied products and almost all of them are available which creates satisfaction for consumers and this is done almost every time making great interest in shopping online of course this becomes opportunities for online businesses, and become a business field and have reciprocity between sellers and buyers who both provide benefits for every need. The research objective of this research is to see how online shops can become shopping centers that are currently in demand by the community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to see why online shops are a means of shopping for today's society. Abstract

This research discusses the application of Business Model Canvas (BMC) on Seventeen Voucher service business before and after implementation, using SWOT analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses. The study aims to provide insights for business owners in developing effective business strategies and improving customer satisfaction. The data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using qualitative and SWOT analysis methods.The results show that the target customer segment is students in and around the campus, the value proposition is providing convenient services for internet-related needs, and the channels used are WhatsApp Business andFacebook. The study also identifies areas for improvement in customer relationship management and cost structure.The research discusses the evaluation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) implementation in Seventeen Voucher service business and its analysis using SWOT analysis. The study found that affordable prices, promotions, and social media usage for promotion are factors that attract customers. Quality of service, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance are also important factors in customer satisfaction. Pricing is determined by observing the market and adjusting to customerdemand. The BMC helps simplify and communicate business strategies effectively. Overall, the study provides valuable insights for business owners in developing effective business strategies and improving customer satisfaction. The use of the BMC and SWOT analysis methods can help businesses identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to improve their performance. The findings of this study can be useful for businesses in various industries, especially those targeting student customers and in the business progress.Keywords: Analysis, SWOT and Business Model Canvas

Abstract

State Elementary School 09 Rangkang is in Bengkayang District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Bengkayang Regency is geographically directly adjacent to neighboring Sarawak-Malaysia. In managing waste originating from the school environment, Elementary School 09 Rangkang has a management strategy by composting organic waste. Organic waste management at Elementary School 09 Rangkang together with the team aims to provide enrichment to practices regarding organic waste processing with composting. The process of composting organic waste uses the help of an Effective Microorganism (EM4) activator with the aim of accelerating composting and increasing the nutrients from composting. In this service, the implementation method applied is by identifying problems, implementing, and evaluating service activities. The results of the evaluation of this service activity show that the processing of organic waste in the school environment is an innovation in utilizing the waste that is generated every day. In addition, through this program, Elementary School 09 Rangkang teachers can gain competence in processing organic waste in the school environment.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 01 Bengkayang is one of the most popular vocational high schools in Bengkayang Regency. Located in the center of Bengkayang City, SMKN 01 has several departments, one of which is the culinary department. Although they have been equipped with how to make varied food products, these students are still lacking in terms of packaging and giving stickers and product seals so that the products they produce have not been able to compete in the market. The purpose of this community service is to develop the skills of culinary students in the design of the creative products they produce so that they can compete with other products. The methods used in carrying out this community service program include providing understanding through socialization to students about the importance of product design and providing assistance to them in designing and sealing products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan pada usaha kuliner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kecamatan Bengkayang dari November 2022-Juni 2023. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Makanan adalah kebutuhan pokok yang sangat diperlukan manusia setiap hari. Semua bahan yang diolah maupun tidak diolah dan dimakan manusia akan bermanfaat bagi tubuh. Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman fakta mengenai kuliner juga telah berkembang pesat. Tak sedikit orang yang memilih untuk membuka usaha dalam bidang kuliner. Hal ini dikarenakan suatu makanan atau minuman yang unik mudah dikenal oleh banyak orang. Banyak pula para wirausaha yang menggeluti bidang kuliner bukan karena hanya ingin mendapatkan keuntungan dan penghasilan, tetapi juga mau mengembangkan bakat yang ada supaya menjadi lebih bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri dan orang lain. Pengusaha kuliner di Kecamatan Bengkayang melakukan beberapa strategi demi mempertahankan pelanggannya yaitu dengan menjaga kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen dan melakukan strategi tambahan menggunakan bauran pemasaran 4P.

Abstract

The Samu' Adup broiler business is a business initiated by students of the Shanti Bhuana Institute of Entrepreneurship study program with various problems experienced, one of which is business planning which is felt to still need to be evaluated because of its existence in the interior of West Kalimantan, namely in Lumar District, Bengkayang Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods to evaluate business feasibility through SWOT analysis. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of the Samu' Adup broiler business so that it can run smoothly and get profits and increase business volume. The results of the study show that this business can be continued with various adjustments to the results of the SWOT analysis, including the persistence of business actors who need to be increased, repair of business premises, promotions and sales techniques that are not monotonous at trading places but also marketing using social media, using the COD system and sales with ball pick-up system to the consumer's place.

Abstract

Masih rendahnya pengetahuan tentang bagaimana membuat produk yang baik agar diminati oleh para pembeli, promosi yang baik dengan menggunakan sarana yang lebih efektif dan efisien, tempat usaha yang strategis, dengan desain ruang yang membuat kenyamanana bagi para konsumen, harga produk yang yang mungkin sangat kompetitif dipasaran, sehingga konsumen berminat untuk membelinya. Marketing mix adalah dasar dalam menjalankan sebuah bisnis. Pemahaman marketing mix sebaiknya dilakukan oleh pebisnis pemula yang ingin sedang atau menjalankan usaha. Marketing mix adalah strategi dari beberapa unsur untuk menjual produk atau jasa kepada konsumen. Dasar dari marketing mix adalah memastikan pilihan produk, promosi, harga, dan tempat yang tepat dengan tujuan untuk mencapai target penjualan. Dengan adanya implementasi strategi marketing mix dapat membawa manfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM antara lain: produk yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen, promosi yang sesuai dengan perkembangan pasar/ digitalisasi marketing, tempat yang layak dan sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen, harga produk sesuai dengan kualiata dan kinerjanya, serta mengimbangi harga dipasaran. Pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan cara memberikan literasi pemahaman tentang pentingnya implementasi strategi marketing mix, antara mendampingi dalam literasi promosi, penentuan harga, lokasi ushaa yang layak, produk yang selalu diminati oleh konsumen

Abstract

Sustainable farming systems can be implemented properly if each farm is always oriented towards an efficient production process that can be profitable and focuses on improving management and disease prevention. Social capital in social life has similarities with economic capital in society. This study aims to measure the social capital of sustainable corn farmers, namely corn farming in Tiga Berkat Village, Lumar District. The research location was determined intentionally (Purposive Method). In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research is research that is more inclined to describe by means of analysis to find meaning from events involving human life. The analysis carried out in this qualitative research is that the researcher must first understand the events that occurred by communicating directly with the source of the incident. Qualitative research can also be interpreted as research to produce and process data that describes events as they are, through interviews and observations. Results Farmers who live today expect agricultural extension workers to be more open minded about developments in information and communication technology

Abstract

One of the factors that encourages the development of MSMEs in Indonesia is support from the government. The government provides MSME actors with as much space as possible by following the rules contained in government regulations. The government's enormous attention to MSMEs is the right strategic step, in order to encourage the growth of our nation's economic development. The business environment can act as a creator of opportunities or as a threat. These opportunities or threats depend on the extent to which the power possessed can take advantage of existing opportunities. Business environmental factors consist of political, economic, social, cultural, educational, technological, demographic and legal. Having knowledge about the environment can encourage marketing creativity as an expansion of actions to market products. Creativity is centered on something new and meaningful from several outputs, towards general implementation in the field of marketing, and creativity requires the development of newer and more radical alternatives because it is a business solution effort faced by MSMEs every day. The innovation of an MSME is of course to adapt in a dynamic environment, MSMEs are required to be able to create new assessments, new ideas and offer innovative products. To run an MSME, capital is one of the important supporting factors that is absolutely necessary to run a business. Sources of capital can be obtained from own capital, government assistance, financial institutions, both banks and non-bank financial institutions. Every MSME that competes in an industrial environment has the desire to be superior to its competitors. MSMEs MSMEs that have competence in the fields of marketing, products, innovation can be used as a source to achieve competitive advantage. Competitive advantage can be interpreted as a benefit strategy from MSMEs collaborating to create competitive advantages, so that they can dominate in new markets and markets. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an environmental influence on the competitiveness of MSMEs, whether capital factors can influence the competitiveness of MSMEs, whether marketing strategy creativity can influence the competitiveness of MSMEs. The first stage in this research is identifying problems, related to environmental warfare, business capital and MSME marketing creativity. The aim of the research is to identify aspects that are closely related to problems in the environment, marketing capital and creativity, literature study, literature review both journals and texts book, data processing, feasibility study regarding aspects of the role of the environment, capital and marketing creativity, analysis, extent of data processing results research, make conclusions, based on research results and make suggestions. The output of this research is articles published in accredited national journals. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, validity and reliability tests to measure concepts, classical assumption tests to test data so that it meets the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE) criteria so that it can produce a valid estimator.
