Abstract

Desa Sebente adalah desa yang memiliki komoditi pertanian dan potensi daerah wisata di Kabupaten Bengkayang. Desa Sebente berada pada daerah yang berbukit yang memiliki potensi wisata pemandangan wilayah perbukitan. Potensi wisata Desa Sebente mendorong pemerintah desa untuk dapat mendukung dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dengan menciptakan produk-produk yang khas dari Desa Sebente. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) melalui perencanaan produk lokal Desa Sebente, Kecamatan Teriak, Kabupaten Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat. Proses kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan dalam empat tahapan kegiatan. Pertama observasi, kedua penjadwalan kegiatan, ketiga pelaksanaan, dan keempat evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pelaksanaan ini diikuti oleh 15 orang peserta dengan jumlah 3 kali pertemuan. Kesimpulannya bahwa masyarakat dapat melakukan pengemasan produk lokal. Produk yang dihasilkan berasal dari lingkungan masyarakat. Dengan pengemasan, masyarakat dapat menjamin kebersihan dari produk makan, kemasan dapat juga memastikan produk lainnya yang dipasarkan juga telah melalui proses yang benar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Teriak Kabupaten Bengkayang sebagai tindak lanjut dari kegiatan pertemuan peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga (P2K2) pada program keluarga harapan (PKH) yang dilakukan oleh para pendamping sosial sebagai upaya peningkatan perubahan perilaku, apakah dengan dilakukannya kegiatan tersebut sudah menjawab harapan pemerintah dan menjawab tujuan dari adanya program keluarga harapan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya masyarakat yang berharap mendapat bantuan PKH dan menjadikan bantuan sebagai sesuatu yang harus diterima. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi bagaimana penerapan kegiatan P2K2 dalam mempercepat perubahan perilaku masyarakat yang menjadi KPM PKH. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam serta pengamatan langsung terhadap perilaku warga penerima bantuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan P2K2 secara rutin dan konsisten melalui lima modul pertemuan dapat mempercepat perubahan perilaku masyarakat dari yang menganggap bahwa kesejahteraan merupakan tanggung jawab pemerintah, berubah menjadi tanggung jawab setiap masyarakat untuk bekerja keras merubah perilaku. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan P2K2 sangat efektif dalam merubah dan mempercepat perubahan perilaku masyarakat penerima bantuan PKH untuk dapat lebih sejahtera baik dengan ada atau tidaknya bantuan sosial.

Abstract

Tax Volunteers are one of the govemment programa, especially the Directorate General of Taxes, which aims to increase tax inclusion and awareness of taxes in the community around Bengkayang Regency. The Shanti Bhuana Institute carries out tax center management recruitment for Shanti Bhuana Institute students who will become prospective tax volunteers, then interviewa and writing tests are carried out. The regionl office will inaugurate tax volunteers who pass the selection. These tax volunteers will help KP2KP in Bengkayang to help increase awareness of texpayers to always report tax obligations and help in filing out and reporting annual SPT a based-on e – filling. Apart from that, tax volunteer willalso help carry out socialization and assistance to taxpayers in watching NIK-NPWP

Abstract

Business is a word that we often hear in every conversation between people who are carrying out various activities. Business can be interpreted as a business in the world of trade or a certain business field. Business in general terms can be interpreted as an activity or activity which includes activities such as: producing goods/services, distributing goods/services, then selling them to consumers whose goods/services are useful for their daily lives. The aim of this research is to find out a picture of the implementation of the Dafsa Vouin business before and after a SWOT analysis. This type of research is qualitative with an individual interview method. A qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observable behavior. Data collection was carried out by the author directly from the original source or location where the research was carried out, up to finding ways to obtain it. The following are the results of interviews that have been answered by respondents with marketing strategies that have been carried out by business actors in providing services and promoting Vouin Dafsa businesses to consumers. Based on the research results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that there are several strategies used, namely SWOT analysis to improve the Vouin Dafsa business

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Efforts to Increase JR Business Volume through SWOT Analysis. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The subjects in this study amounted to 8 respondents using in-depth interview techniques. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that there are several aspects that affect the strength, namely: good product taste, many flavor variants, easy-to-reach business location, affordable product prices, good service. Meanwhile, the disadvantages are as follows: JR snack products cannot be stored for too long, the product packaging is still standard, the production process is still carried out manually, and the supply of stock is not much. For the opportunity itself, namely providing a new product menu, developing products that are in demand by many consumers. And for the threat as follows: the increasing level of competitors, competitors with the same type of products

Abstract

Trade also helps improve the regional economy, in this case Bengkayang district, because of Bengkayang's geographical location which is near the border area between Indonesia and Malaysia. Based on this geographical location, culinary businesses can be an option for entrepreneurs/investors. The purpose of this research is to find out the asset-based development strategy that can be carried out by Weng Coffee, to find out how the process of implementing and evaluating the asset-based development strategy carried out by Weng Coffee is. This research uses qualitative research methods using techniques and the type of research used is action research using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Action research is a methodology that is closely related to participant involvement, so that the process and results are greatly influenced by the values and culture of the participants. The results of the research conducted at Weng Coffee were the researcher's desire to open his own business. Several assets owned by Weng Coffee, such as human/individual assets (human capital), environmental assets (natural capital), financial assets (financial capital), social assets (social capital), physical assets (phsycal capital).

Abstract

Culinary in Indonesia today has a variety of characteristics that continue to develop in accordance with the ideas and thoughts embraced by business actors. Business actors must be able to see and take advantage of the potential business opportunities in the surrounding environment so that they can become a source of income in their business activities. In the fried rice business run by Nasgortri, it is inseparable from the innovations and marketing strategies applied to it, there are qualified innovations such as modulation approaches, complementary ingredient approaches and business reduction approaches, which are service standards that must be complied with. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique consists of observation and interviews. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that NASGORTRI's fried rice business in running the business offered to consumers applies several sales strategies using methods of approach, including modulation approaches, complementary ingredients, and effort reduction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out marketing strategies to increase sales and develop blooming bouquet products. This research uses a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews, and research documentation by means of interviews conducted in Bengkayang and its surroundings, there are several informants who will be interviewed, with 3 aspects of questions, the research results obtained are regarding marketing strategies in improving and developing Blooming products. bouquets use marketing strategies, there are several things that must be done by business actors, namely carrying out product innovations in terms of shapes and variants requested by consumers as well as displaying more attractive packaging.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the marketing mix strategy of the Cassava Snack cassava chips business using social media, namely by using Facebook, Whatsapp and marketing directly to consumers. The 4P marketing mix in this study is products, prices, promotions, and places. The methods used in this study are qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. To obtain data in this study, researchers conducted observations, direct interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the marketing mix strategy using the 4P method can increase product sales if applied properly, besides that marketing using social media can also help increase product sales, besides that product quality can also affect the marketing mix, because consumers will certainly see the product first from the quality, therefore quality plays a very important role in the marketing mix of a product especially in Cassava Snack products

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of observing and finding out the extent of consumers’ preferences for consuming village rice. This research was carried out using qualitative methods through data collection by conducting observations and interviews. The results of this research are that village rice has several attribute elements such as price, shape of rice, taste, aroma, color and packaging size. These product attributes are one way to develop products and services that have been used by business actors. This product attribute can help consumers to differentiate village rice products from market rice because both have different attributes so that with these product attributes business actors can see consumer preferences in consuming village rice. Consumer preferences in the Andeng village area, Sengah Temila sub-district, Landak district can be seen from how often consumers buy or consume village rice sold by business actors. In terms of consumer interests and tastes, many consumers prefer to buy village rice rather than buy rice in the market because the price of village rice is cheaper than the price of market rice
