Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the effect of interior design, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Dapoer Yuga Cafe and Resto, in Km. 28, Kayu Arang, Sukaraja. This research was a causality study with a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were all of Dapoer Yuga Cafe and Resto customers. The sampling technique used accidental sampling techniques with a total sample of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and questionnaires with an instrument of validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques of this study were used descriptive statistical analysis, classic  assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results of the study show that: (1) Interior design has a positive no significant effect on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of t count of 1.256; significance value 0.212 ≥ 0.05; and the regression coefficient of 0.105; (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, evidenced by the value of t count of 3.077; significance value 0.003 ≤ 0.05; and the regression coefficient of 0.319; (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the t count of 4.505; significance value 0.000 ≤ 5 0.05; and the regression coefficient of 0.316; (4) Interior design, product quality, and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the F count of 49,691 with a significance of 0.000 ≤ 5 0.05; (5) The magnitude of the influence of interior design, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction (R2) is 61.8%.Keywords: Interior Design, Product Quality, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Morale is believed to be something that influences success. So it is not surprising, if the organization demands it. In fact, work that is accompanied by work motivation tends to give better results. Therefore, this study seeks to examine matters related to work morale. The population were 87 employees of BPTP Balitbangtan Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. While the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that communication had a dominant effect on morale. This confirms, that the characteristics of work in the environment BPTP Balitbangtan Bengkulu would be better if the communication aspect was considered by all parties. Even specifically, speech and how to communicate at work must be maintained, namely building a humanist communication culture (considering feelings).

Abstract

Setiap Usaha harus bisa mengelola usahanya dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar yang semakin pesat. Pemberdayaan Ekonomi lokal menjadi ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif melalui Bumdes ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat/kelompok tani untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kemasan serta pemasaran produk yang dapat bernilai dan bersaing. Masalah utama yang menjadi fokus dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal menjadi ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) masyarakat/kelompok tani kopi Desa Pelangkian masih rendah dalam proses kemasan bubuk kopi dan pemasarannya, selain itu kelompok tani kopi Desa Pelangkian belum mendapatkan pembinaan dalam pengembangan usaha. Bentuk Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan yang melibatkan masyarakat/kelompok tani serta Bumdes Desa Pelangkian dalam hal pengelolaan dan pengembangan usaha bubuk kopi mulai dari kemasan sampai kepemasaran produk bubuk Kopi Kitto. Dari kegiatan ini target dan hasil capaiannya adalah terlaksananya kegiatan-kegiatan pengabdian secara lancar, meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman masyarakat/kelompok tani tentang pengembangan usaha kreatif dan inovatif melalui Bumdes dalam dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat/ kelompok tani serta munculnya wirausaha yang sejenis dengan kemitraan yang senergi dalam mengembangan ekonomi lokal menjadi ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif. Abstract

The advance of this modern era is triggered the increasing of fashion trends, which make the need for goods and services in the fashion sector is more increasing and vary. The problem faced, business people are required to provide a variety of fashion that is taste of consumers. By paying attention to shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement business people can attract consumers to do impulse buying. This study aims to analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying consumers of Mantan Karyawan shop’s in Bengkulu city. The research used a quantitative with associative quantitative approach. Sampling of this research used purposive sampling technique with sample of 150 responden. Data was collected through multiple linier regression by using SPSS 24 tool. The results of research showed that there was an effect shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying. The coefficient of determination, which can be seen of R square = 0.786. This showed that shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement affect impulse buying by 78.6 %, while the remaining 21.4% can be explained by other variabels not included in this study. Other, data also showed the effect of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying, this can be seen from the results of t_count, which was greater that t_table, this can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Partially and simultaneously, this study sum up that shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement affect the impulse buying consumers of Mantan Karyawan shops in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Program pengabdian di Desa Padang Gading adalah peningkatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui peningkatan potensi peternakan. Tanaman obat adalah tanaman yang terbuat dari bahan alami terutama tumbuhan dan merupakan warisan budaya bangsa dan digunakan turun temurun secara empirik. Ramuan tanaman obat atau jamu ternak fermentasi dapat digunakan untuk kesehatan ternak. Salah satu desa yang potensial dalam menyediakan bibit tanaman herbal adalah Desa padang Gading yang terletak di Kecamatan Sungai Rumbai melalui program TOGA di pekarangan rumah. Tujuan program penyuluhan ini adalah Mengenalkan, mempraktekkan dan memotivasi masyarakat untuk dapat melakukan pembuatan jamu ternak fermentasi dengan menggunakan alat dan bahan bahan yang ada dilingkungan sekitar serta potensi secara ekonomi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan peternak, bahan-bahan nya jga sangat mudah didapat dan mudah sekali ditanam di pekarangan. Bahannya diantaranya adalah Temulawak, Lempuyang, Kunyit, Gula merah, EM4. Bahan dibersihkan kemudian di haluskan dan dicampur menjadi satu, kemudian disimpan di suatu wadah seperti jerigan.  Rekomendasi sebagai berikut: 1) Desa Padang Gading berpotensi untuk menanam tanaman herbal karena lahannya cukup subur. 2) Manajemen kesehatan ternak membutuhkan kerjasama antar peternak, kelompok tani/ternak dan peternak itu sendiri agar ternak sehat sehingga produksi dan produktivitas ternaknya tinggi. 3) perlu upaya memanfaatkan tanaman pekarangan untuk menanam tanaman herbal dan dimanfaatkan untuk membuat jamu herbal fermentasi secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Jamu herbal, fermentasi, kesehatan ternak

Abstract

Pengertian sampah pada umumnya adalah suatu barang yang memang dianggap tidak mempunyai manfaat dan tidak berguna bagi sebagian masyarakat. Secara umum sampah dapat dibagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu sampah anorganic dan sampah organik. Dengan adanya daur ulang sampah botol plastik dapat memberikan kegiatan yang positif dan juga bisa meningkatkan produktifitas bagi anak-anak di desa air hitam kecamatan pondok suguh kabupaten mukomuko. Sampah yang dapat didaur ulang dengan baik juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas lingkugan alam yang bersih dan juga dapat mengurangi jumlah sampah yang jumlahnya sangat banyak hamper setiap tahunnya. Sampah botol plastic yang merupakan sampah yang berasal dari botol minum air mineral yang juga merupakan termasuk sampah plastic yang tergolong thermoplast, sampah jenis inilah yang akan diolah menjadi sampah daur ulang menjadi celengan yang berguna untuk meningkatkan produktifitas anak-anak di desa air hitam kecamatan pondok suguh kabupaten mukomuko. Dengan adanya kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Tahun 2021 yang dimana dalam kegiatan program kerja dengan melakukan kegiatan pelatihan daur ulang sampah botol plastic menjadi celegan untuk meningkatkan produktifitas anak-anak di desa air hitam kecamatan pondok suguh kabupaten mukomuko.  Kata Kunci: daur ulang, sampah, plastik

Abstract

This is a survey research with a quantitative approach based on the importance of teacher performance in a school. This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance. The object of this research is the teacher in the district of South Bengkulu, Pino. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that the intellectual intelligence variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance Keyword: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance

Abstract

The study was conducted with the formulation of the problem in the study are: How the influence of organizational learning, market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance at BRI Bank Bengkulu Branch Based on the results of research and analysis of the effect of variables on Marketing Performance (Y) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch can be drawn conclusions as follows: From the multiple linear regression equation can be known: Y = 0.271 + 0.332 X1 + 0.458 X2 + 0.176 X3. And that Organizational Learning (X1), Market Orientation (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) have a positive effect on Marketing Performance (Y) at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. Between Organizational Learning (X1), Market Orientation (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) in improving Marketing Performance have a close and positive relationship. This is evidenced from the correlation analysis R = 0.829 (82.9%) and almost close to 1. And the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.687 or about 68.7% while 31.3% is the contribution of other variables not examined. Of all the most dominant variables is the variable that most influences on Marketing Performance (Y), at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch, the Organizational Learning variable (X1) partially influences by 0.007 out of 30 respondents turned out to have a very significant effect because the Leaders and Unit leaders want a change in the work system and in accordance with the wishes of respondents in choosing the leadership and unit leaders they want so as to improve Marketing Performance (Y), at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. Abstract

The economic industry is currently the largest industry throughtout the world and contribute large development on world economy. Specifically, in Bengkulu Province, the strategies that should be applied to attract and increase the economy such as a variety of product diversity, taste and brand image. This study aims to analyze the effect of product diversity, taste and brand Image at the Lia Jaya Crackers factory at Talang Pauh Village, Pondok Kelapa Bengkulu, Central Bengkulu. The samples were 125 respondents by using accident sampling technique. The data that has been collected by using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques, determination coefficient analysis (R2), and partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f-test). The results of the study can be seen from the diversity of products were positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product Diversity (X1), Taste (X2), Brand Image (X3) jointly influence the Purchasing Decision (Y) at Lia Jaya Crackers, Talang Pauh Village, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu. This is evidenced by the F-test showed the value of F_count > F-table 1.190 (102.504> 1.190) and (sig-α = 0.000 <0.05). This means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The correlation coefficient test obtained value R-value = 0.847 and determination coefficient R ^ 2 =0.718, value has the meaning that Product Diversity (X_1), Taste (X2), Brand Image (X3) contribute significantly to effect of 0.718 or 71.8% on the purchasing decision (Y) at the Lia Jaya Crackers Purchase Decision, while the remaining 28.2% is not influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors can affect the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Social Security (X1) and Incentives (X2). The object of this research is all employees of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk Bengkulu, amounting to 120 people. The sampling method in this research is Probability Sampling. In this study, the authors used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including by using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Social Security and Incentives have partially or simultaneously affected the performance of the employees of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk Bengkulu.Keywords: Social Security, Incentives and Employee Performance.
