Abstract

Tax optimization, a multifaceted challenge in today's dynamic economic landscape, requires a comprehensive and integrated approach for individuals and businesses. This paper delves into the intricate dynamics of holistic tax optimization, spotlighting the fusion of legal, financial, and strategic methodologies. By examining diverse strategies and their consequential impacts, the research offers a nuanced understanding of how a unified approach can produce superior outcomes when navigating taxation complexities. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analyses, case studies, and qualitative insights from expert interviews and literature reviews. The results underscore the effectiveness of a holistic strategy, wherein legal compliance establishes a robust foundation, financial planning maximizes available incentives, and strategic alignment positions entities for sustained success. The discussion section explores the challenges and opportunities inherent in implementing holistic strategies, addressing regulatory changes, and market dynamics. In conclusion, this paper advocates for a paradigm shift towards an integrated approach to taxation, contributing to the discourse on effective tax planning in the modern era.

Abstract

Through an in-depth literature review and comprehensive analysis, this research probes the multifaceted dimensions of the Constitutional Court's decisions, particularly in high-profile cases involving figures such as Gibran Rakabuming Raka and Prabowo Subianto. The exploration extends beyond legal perspectives to encompass the challenges confronted by the court and the broader implications of these rulings on the landscape of political leadership. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Marketing Strategy, Product Quality, and their interaction on Consumer Loyalty in environmentally friendly products, with a focus on biodegradable detergents. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and questionnaires as data collection instruments, involving 100 respondents who are users of environmentally friendly products. The results showed that Green Marketing Strategy has a positive relationship with Consumer Loyalty, but not statistically significant (p> 0.05). Product Quality shows a negative relationship with Consumer Loyalty, which is also not significant (p> 0.05). The interaction between Green Marketing Strategy and Product Quality has a positive influence on Consumer Loyalty, but this influence is not significant (p > 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that Green Marketing Strategy and Product Quality, both individually and together, have not been able to significantly increase Consumer Loyalty. This indicates the need to strengthen marketing strategies, improve product quality, and educate consumers regarding the benefits of environmentally friendly products. Abstract

The explanation above indicates that this research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, namely an approach that aims to describe each of the main topics used in this article. The researcher will describe the implementation of royalty payments by MSMEs and its impact on MSME income, the implementation of the royalty payment system that has not been optimally absorbed from the perspective of songwriters, and clarity on who pays royalties, whether the singer or the event organizer. The data used in this article is secondary data obtained by the researcher from credible sources such as scientific articles, websites, books, and so on. This data is analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data selection, and drawing conclusions. The Conclusion in this article show that this can affect MSMEs that do not have a good MSME and do not include royalty payments in routine expenses. Conversely, this does not affect MSMEs that have included royalty payments in routine expenses. Regarding the right to freedom of communication, the researcher believes that this right can be limited if other community rights are violated. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that royalty payments are not optimal and will be improved as soon as possible by the government. The government has also emphasized that the party responsible for paying royalties is the event organizer, not the singer.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Pemilik UMKM opak jepit Mekar Sari, Masruroh, mengeluhkan usaha miliknya belum mengalami peningkatan penjualan yang signifikan selama 35 tahun. Setelah dianalisis, ditemukan permasalahan pada sistem produksi dan pemasarannya: proses produksi yang masih bersifat konvensional, serta rendahnya pengetahuan mitra dalam pemasaran digital. Kondisi ini berdampak kepada keterbatasan jangkauan pasar dan rendahnya daya saing produk sehingga sangat dibutuhkan inovasi dalam sistem produksi dan pemasarannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kuantitas produksi harian dengan kualitas sesuai standar quality control mitra, melakukan inovasi dengan menerapkan TTG mesin pencetak opak jepit, memperluas target pasar, dan meningkatkan kemampuan promosi digital melalui platform Instagram. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta demonstrasi TTG kepada mitra. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan hasil yang sangat positif. Melalui wawancara dan hasil angket, mitra menyatakan puas dan sangat terbantu dengan inovasi yang diberikan oleh tim PkM melalui pemanfaatan TTG mesin pencetak opak jepit dan pembuatan wadah promosi online menggunakan foto produk yang baik. Kualitas dan kuantitas produksinya membaik sehingga penjualannya juga mengalami peningkatan secara bertahap sehingga penjualannya pada bulan September dan Oktober 2025 berhasil meningkat sebanyak 30%.Kata kunci: Inovasi; Branding; Digital; Teknologi Tepat Guna. ABSTRACTThe owner of the opak jepit Mekar Sari MSME, Masruroh, complains that her business has not seen a significant increase in sales in 35 years. After analysis, problems were found in the production and marketing systems: a conventional production process and low knowledge in digital marketing. This condition impacts the limited market reach and low product competitiveness, making innovation in production and marketing systems highly necessary. The objectives of this activity are to increase daily production quantity with quality according to partner quality control standards, innovate by implementing the TTG opak jepit production machine, expand the target market, and enhance digital promotion capabilities through Instagram. The methods used in implementing this activity are training and mentoring, as well as demonstrating TTG. This activity showed very positive results. Through interviews and questionnaire results, the partner expressed satisfaction and significant assistance with the innovations provided by the PkM team, including the utilization of the TTG machine for producing opak jepit and the creation of online promotional media using good product photos. The quality and quantity of production improved, leading to a gradual increase in sales as well. Therefore that sales in September and October 2025 managed to increase by 30%. Keywords: Innovation; Branding; Digital; Appropriate Technology.

Abstract

Dapur Bu Ardi merupakan usaha katering yang berlokasi di Kota Surabaya dengan fokus pada produksi kering kentang. Meningkatnya gaya hidup praktis dan sehat masyarakat menjadi faktor pendukung utama keberlangsungan usaha ini. Namun, usaha tersebut masih menghadapi kendala pada proses produksi yang belum optimal serta aspek pemasaran yang terbatas, sehingga menghambat peningkatan kapasitas produksi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan solusi melalui edukasi dan pendampingan pengurusan legalitas serta penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Metode yang digunakan mencakup sosialisasi, pendampingan sertifikasi halal dan PIRT, serta penerapan mesin pengupas kentang, pemotong dan spinner peniris minyak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas dan kapasitas produksi secara signifikan, disertai perluasan jangkauan pemasaran melalui legalitas yang lengkap. Dengan dukungan teknologi dan legalitas tersebut, Dapur Bu Ardi mampu meningkatkan daya saing, memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha, serta memperluas jaringan pasar secara lebih profesional.
