Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environmental beliefs on the intention to visit ecological site through ecotourism attitude. The location of this research was conducted in Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UGGp. In this study, the exogenous variable used were environmental beliefs with ecotourism attitude as the mediating variable and intention to visit ecotourism as the endogenous variable. The type of this research uses descriptive and verification with explanatory research methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, amounting to 460 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equating Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the description of environmental belief, ecotourism attitude, and intention to visit ecotourism are in a fairly good category. The findings in this study suggest that environmental belief variables indirectly influence the intention to visit visit ecological through ecotourism attitude. The research recommend both of tourists and Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UGGp to increase environmental belief and ecotourism attitudes in order to create positive tourist visiting intentions.

Abstract

As a culture-based tourism destination, Istano Basa Pagaruyung attempted to enhance the strategy of domestic tourists’ revisit intention. Therefore, this study aimed to obtain findings regarding the Perceived Value, Revisit Intention, and the influence of Perceived Value on culture-based tourism at Istano Basa Pagaruyung on revisit intention. This type of research was descriptive and verification with explanatory survey methods. The samples in this study were 110 domestic tourists, using the incidental sampling technique because the target population was those who had visited Istano Basa Pagaruyung. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The relusts obtained indicate that the description of Perceived Value variable had a significant effect on the revisit intention variable, and partially it was found that there were 2 sub-variables, namely social value and epistemic value, which had a significant effect on Revisit Intention. However, the two other dimensions, emotional value and conditional value which did not have significant direct effect on revisit intention. Abstract

In carrying out the development of geotourism in a sustainable manner, there is a need for studies related to geotourism destination planning that can affect the development opportunities of an area. In response to this, research was conducted in planning a marketing development program at one of the geotourism destinations in West Bandung, namely Pawon Cave, so that it can become a geotourism area that cares about the environment and remains attractive to tourists. The approach used is a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive study approach. The data collection technique used was by conducting interviews with related parties as well as observation and documentation in supporting this research. The results of this study provide recommendations for the development of geotourism marketing for Pawon Cave with a focus on the involvement of the surrounding community in developing geotourism areas, conservation education for geotourism areas, partnerships with various parties in regional development and the creation of geotourism interpretation media for the convenience of tourists.

Abstract

Tourism destination one of the key concepts of the tourism sector. The rapid growth of tourism destination which have grown rapidly in recent years necessitate marketing as an important factor in tourism destination management. One of the important concepts in the literature of marketing and tourist behavior is self-congruity. Many studies have tested and applied the theory of self-congruity in various industries including tourism destinations with mixed results and findings. The purpose of this study is to generate future research directions by identifying the application of self-congruity in tourism destinations over the last five years. This study uses a systematic literature review method to explain self-congruity in tourism destinations through the identification of ten articles. This literature review research reveals the context of tourism destinations, the variables that have been linked and further research on self-congruity in tourism destinations in the ten articles. This research is the basis for developing self-congruity studies for further research. In addition, this research has a role to provide input to tourism destination stakeholders regarding the application of self-congruity in tourism destination.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on tourism in Indonesia, particularly in the West Bandung Regency. This study aims to comprehend the direction of destination governance policies, tourism crisis mitigation management, and the West Bandung Regency Tourism Office's implementation of tourism destination marketing in the New Habit Adaptation Era. Regulatory and marketing conditions in the West Bandung Regency area will be characterized using a descriptive approach and case study methodology. In the New Habit Adaptation Era, the results of this study indicate the direction of destination governance policies, mitigation management, and marketing in the destination area

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the SMK learning block system on the learning interest of 11th grade ULP students with a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach. Starting from the description of the block system learning and student interest in learning when the learning model takes place. with quantitative descriptive methods through simple linear regression data processing to determine the value of the influence of the vocational learning block system variable on student interest in learning Data collection is carried out through classroom observations, filling out questionnaires to students, and interviews with teachers as well as the curriculum vice-secretary and human resources (HR) bidand. This research is located at SMKN 9 Bandung , West Java. The results showed that there is no influence between the block system and students' interest in learning, there are other stronger factors that affect the interest in learning of students in class XI of the ULP.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the condition of hotel industry post-tsunami and its preparedness in Anyer, Carita, and Tanjung Lesung area. This research was conducted for six months from April to September 2020. The method employed was a qualitative. The primary data of this study were acquired through observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires. The secondary data were collected through previous studies and the regional government policies. The data were analyzed in a qualitative analysis. This study showed that the hotels have not been applying tsunami-ready hotel before the disaster occurred. The absence of tsunami standard operational procedure is one of the biggest causes to the big number of casualties

Abstract

Perilaku hidup sehat menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah karena Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam pencapaian untuk meningkatkan cakupan kesehatan pada program Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) tahun 2015-2030. Mencuci tangan yang benar dengan memakai sabun menjadi cara sederhana untuk mencegah berbagai penyakit, termasuk diare. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya hal tersebut masih belum membudaya di masyarakat Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa KKN-Tematik UPI Desa Sukaratu, Sucinaraja, Garut, mengusung program yang mendukung peningkatan kesadaran dan pengaplikasian hidup bersih melalui sosialisasi cuci tangan yang benar kepada siswa SDN Sukaratu 1. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan pemberian materi mengenai kebiasaan perilaku cuci tangan siswa/siswi dalam mencuci tangan, dampak dari mencuci tangan yang benar dan menjelaskan langkah dalam mencuci tangan yang benar menggunakan lagu 6 Langkah Cuci Tangan yang Benar dengan lagu “Naik Becak” agar informasi yang disampaikan dapat mudah dipahami dan dihafal di usia mereka.

Abstract

The government is currently focused on creating sustainable tourism destinations in disaster areas, with special attention given to developing geotourism as a form of educational tourism. This research aims to design educational tour packages with a geotourism theme specifically for disaster-prone areas. The study was conducted in the Tangkubanparahu Volcano disaster-prone area of North Bandung, using a combination of observations, interviews, and library documents. The data obtained was analyzed through descriptive and map analysis. The results of the research showed that geotourism has great potential as a theme for educational tourism packages in the Tangkubanparahu Volcano disaster-prone area. The 10 km route includes natural, cultural, and man-made tourist attractions which are supported by the availability of tour guides

Abstract

Peningkatan nilai tambah dan daya saing destinasi pariwisata yang berada di kawasan rawan bencana dapat dilakukan melalui perancangan paket wisata edukasi dengan didukung oleh literasi bencana melalui media pemasaran. Dibutuhkan menciptakan dan mempromosikan produk wisata yang dikaitkan dengan tema edukasi dan kebencanaan yaitu melalui perancangan paket wisata edukasi bencana. Artikel ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan mitra pada teknik perancangan paket wisata edukasi bencana melalui pelatihan dan penyusunan paket wisata edukasi bencana. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui lima tahapan utama yaitu identifikasi potensi wisata edukasi, perancangan pemasaran, sosialisasi program, implementasi program, dan evaluasi program. Inovasi produk yang dihasilkan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yaitu Paket Wisata Edukasi Bencana. Untuk menghasilkan produk dan inovasi tersebut, terlebih dahulu dirancang paket wisata edukasi bencana sesuai karakteristik wilayah dan kelembagaan yang mengelola Desa Wisata Cikahuripan. Setelah terancangnya paket wisata maka dilakukan pelatihan kepada mitra sasaran dan simulasi paket wisata
