Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi pra penelitian di SD Negeri Depok 1 Sleman diketahui bahwa sebagian siswa belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yang telah ditentukan sekolah yaitu 80. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri Depok 1 Sleman materi pecahan melalui pembelajaran teams games tournament berbantuan media puzzle pecahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan lembar soal tes dan lembar observasi guru. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar 73,68% (baik) dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 89,47% (sangat baik). Rata – rata hasil belajar Matematika pada siklus I memperoleh nilai 67 dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 88,53%. Ketuntasan hasil belajar Matematika pada siklus I sebesar 57,14% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 82,14%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran teams games tournament berbantuan media puzzle pecahan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement of Mathematics calculation skills by implementing STAD learning assisted by PANAMA media (Mathematics Napier Board). This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the research subjects being 27 class IV students at SD Negeri Depok 1, Sleman. The object of this research is mathematical calculation skills in the arithmetic operations of multiplication and division. The instrument used in this research was test questions supported by observation sheets. The results of the research at the pre-cycle stage showed a class average of 68.07 with the number of students completing only 10 students or 37.0%. These results increased significantly after taking action in cycle I with a class average of 81.18 and in cycle II the class average was 90.59. In cycles I and II, it was seen that there was an increase in Mathematics calculation skills by 22.2% with the number of students who achieved KKTP at the end of cycle II being 23 students or 85.1%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of STAD learning assisted by PANAMA media) can improve calculation skills, especially in the calculation operations of multiplication and division.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model on the learning outcomes of class IV Pancasila Education at MIM Al Muttaqien. This research is quantitative research using a pre-experimental design research method with one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all class IV students at MIM Al Muttaqien. The data collection technique in this research uses multiple choice questions as an instrument. To test the hypothesis, a significance value (2 tailed) of 0.000 is obtained, which means it is less than the significance level (α) of 0.05, so Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. From these results it can be seen that the t count has a negative value, namely – 8.906, which means the average pretest score is lower than the average posttest score. Based on these data, it can be concluded that "There is an influence of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model on the Pancasila Education learning outcomes for class IV MIM Al Muttaqien".

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar dan rasa kepedulian lingkungan melalui Praktikum Bervisi SETS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Kemirirejo 3 Kota Magelang, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes dan angket. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis ketuntasan klasikal, analisis ketuntasan rata-rata uji t, analisis uji banding sample t test, dan analisis peningkatan uji Normalized Gain, serta angket kepedulian lingkungan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen 90,25 melebihi batas KKM 68, sehingga tuntas secara klasikal dan individual. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 90,25 lebih baik dari kelas kontrol yang memperoleh rata-rata 77,5. Uji Normalized Gain menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 69 % dalam kategori sedang, sedangkan rata rata skor kepedulian lingkunag kelas eksperimen berada pada angka 86 % dengan kategori sangat bagus.

Abstract

Indonesian students often commit negative things. This depravity continued to happen in an aggregate number recently. One of the reasons is the lack of noble morals. This study intends to examine the Pancasila Student Profile program, especially for Elementary School Students, as an attempt to edify the students’ morals, which is one of the mandates in Merdeka Curriculum. Merdeka Curriculum provides fun learning experiences oriented in Indonesian people development. This study used mixed method approach. The research was conducted interactively, by which the data from different methods were confirmed to attain saturated data lead to the conclusion making. The data sources were 6 headmasters and 12 teachers from the teaching committee in sekolah penggerak (mover school) program. The data were collected by using questionnaire, interview, document review, and field study. The data were then analyzed by using descriptive, document review, and qualitative approach. The results showed that: 1) religious values were clustered into three, namely (a) religious values became the reference in operational curriculum design, (b) religious values were part of curriculum frameworks embedded in the Pancasila students profile, intra-curricular, school-characterized, and extracurricular activities, (c) religious values own 26% of place position counted from 5 subdimensions out of 19 subdimensions in the Pancasila student profile development phases. 2) the implementation of Pancasila student profile in sekolah penggerak (mover schools) follows six stages, namely understanding the project, setting up the school ecosystem, designing the project, managing the project, documenting the project and managing the project’s results, and evaluating as well as following up the project. 3) the supporting factors in internalizing the religious values in Pancasila student profile project were facilitator assistance and collaboration among schools, parents, societies, and the community of practitioners. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of internalization were the overlapping schools’ agendas, individual-centralized teachers’ workload, distribution, and participation of non-teaching committee teachers.

Abstract

Sekalipun pengaturan prosedur penyelesaian Perselisihan hubungan industrial tersebut sudah diatur secara normative dalam Undang Undang No. 2 Tahun 2004, namun dalam prakteknya  masih banyak penyimpangan terutama yang dilakukan oleh pihak Perusahaan, dilain sisi pihak pekerja/buruh juga secara umum masih sangat banyak yang belum memahami prosedur itu, oleh karena itu keberadaan Serikat Pekerja/Buruh sebagai Organisasi yang dibentuk oleh Pekerja/Buruh berdasarkan Undang Undang No. 21 Tahun 2000 tentang Seikat Pekerja/Buruh, tentu sangat diharapkan fungsi dan peranannya untuk mendampingi pekerja/buruh yang menjadi anggotanya untuk  memberikan advokasi, sehingga permasalahan yang terjadi  dapat diselesaikan dengan baik dengan demikian akan terbangun selalu hubungan Industrial (Industrial Relation)yang harmonis, dinamis dan berkeadilan antara pelaku proses produksi. Organisasi Pekerja/Buruh yang memiliki fungsi sebagai wadah perjuangan guna mewujudkan peningkatan kesejahteraan pekerja/buruh berserta keluarganya, dituntut supaya mampu memperjuangkan aspirasi anggotanya, Dengan adanya kegiatan workshop penyelesaian sengketa hubungan industrial ini yang dikhususkan bagi Pengurus Serikat Pekerja Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Asahan, diharapkan dapat menjadi sumbangsih pengetahuan sehingga para Pengurus yang tergabung dalam Organisasi SP.PP- SPSI dapat memahami bagaimana teknis dalam penyelesaian sengketa hubungan industrial yang terjadi kepada anggotanya khususnya ditingkat Non Litigasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui bentuk tesyang dilakukan oleh guru, (2) mengkaji kendala dan hambatan gurudalam pelaksanaan tes berbasis komputer, (3) mengeksplorasikebutuhan guru terhadap tes berbasis komputer. Penelitian initermasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survei dengan menggunakan 43guru kelas 4 dan 5 sekolah dasar di kecamatan Secang sebagairesponden. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Teknik analisis datamenggunakan analisis statistika deskriptif. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa: (1) tes yang diterapkan sekolah di kecamatanSecang mayoritas masih menggunakan tes berbasis kertas, (2) Kendalayang dihadapi guru dalam penyusunan tes berbasis komputer yaituminimnya wawasan dan pengalaman guru dalam tes berbasiskomputer serta sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai untukmelaksanakan tes berbasis komputer, (3) Kebutuhan guru akan tesberbasis komputer yaitu: Pertama, guru membutuhkan wawasantentang pembuatan tes berbasis komputer yang mudah untuk disusundan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Kedua, perlu adanya saranayang memadai untuk melaksanakan tes berbasis komputer. Ketiga,soal tes dapat disusun melalui perangkat yang sederhana dan mudahuntuk dioperasikan.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of the effect of Course Review Horray learningassisted by human apron media on science learning oitcomes research on 5th elementarygrade students in kradenan village. This type of pre-experimental research with the designof one group protest posts.Course Review Horray learning with human aprons media on science learningoutcomes in fiifth grade elementary school students in Kradenan village totaling 18students.The data collection method used in this research is using the pretest and posttesttest methods in the form of multiple choice questions. The sampling technique used totalsampling. Data was collected through wal pretest posttest and than analyzed using unWilcoxon in the SPSS 25.00 program for windows.The results showed that the learning Course Review Horray assisted by human themecermatusia apron media had an effect on the learning outcomes of natural science. Thisis evidenced from the results of the analysis of the Wilcoxon signed rank test test with theAsymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0,000 <0.05 and Z score is -3,728. Based on the result of theanalysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score pretest and posttest,namely the results pretest 54,97 and posttest 78,96, both of which have a difference of 20%.The results of the study can be concluded that learning Course Review Horray assisted byhuman apron media has an effect on learning outcomes of natural science learning in 5thgrade students of Kradenan Village, Srumbung District, Magelang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how mediation exists in resolving disputes in the Kisaran Religious Courts and aims to analyze the effectiveness of Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 regarding the Implementation of Divorce Mediation in the Kisaran Religious Courts as well as to find out the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the Court Regulations. Agung Number 1 of 2016 at the Sengkang Religious Court. This research was carried out at the Kisaran Religious Court. The research method used is field research with data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 has not been implemented effectively because it has not been implemented optimally because the comparison of cases each year with the success of mediation is far different. The factors that hinder the effectiveness of Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 regarding the implementation of divorce mediation at the Sengkang Religious Court are internal factors, namely the quantity of cases due to the large number of cases being handled at the Sengkang Religious Court and external factors, namely the support of legal counsel where legal counsel is lacking. encourage the parties to undertake the mediation process. Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA materi manusia dan lingkungan merupakan salah satu materi yang tergolong mudah tetapi untuk tingkat berpikir siswa dalam materi ini tergolong masih rendah. Hal ini mengakibatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mereka masih kurang baik, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V yang ada di Desa Sambong Kecamatan Punggelan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian Pre Experimental Design dengan tipe One-Grup Pretest-posttest design. Dengan pengambilan sampel siswa sebanyak 24 yang akan dijadikan sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampeling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes uraian. Tes dilakukan guna menguji sejauh mana siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam berpikir kritis sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya perlakuan. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji prasyarat dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji t (Paired Sampel T-Test) dengan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil menunjukan bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, hasil menunjukan perbandingan hasil pretest rata-rata 52,54 dan hasil posttest rata-rata 79,75 dengan hal ini menunjukan bahwa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA.
