Abstract

Background: Good nutritional status is important in supporting the success of national development. Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women can result in miscarriage, premature birth, birth defects, Low Birth Weight and fetal growth and development disorders. Providing Supplementary Food (PMT) made from local foods such as bananas can be an alternative to overcome KEK. Biscuits are processed dry cakes that have a long shelf life, are crispy, brittle and dry, brownish yellow or according to the ingredients and have a fragrant aroma with a savory and sweet taste.Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with One-Group Pre Test-Post Test Design. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test.Results: The size of the LILA of KEK pregnant women before and after consuming banana kepok biscuits was obtained an average of 22.73 cm and increased to 22.83 cm.Conclusion: Consumption of banana kepok biscuits has an effect on the size of the LILA of KEK pregnant women. Pregnant women are expected to increase their nutritional intake by consuming banana kepok biscuits to prevent and overcome KEK

Abstract

Remaja mempunyai peran penting dalam masyarakat. Tiga beban gizi yang dihadapi remaja Indonesia yaitu malnutrisi, kelebihan gizi, dan kekurangan gizi mikro akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi negara serta menghambat kemajuan dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat "Peer Learning: Remaja Sadar Gizi di Desa Bojong" bertujuan untuk menguatkan peran remaja dalam meningkatkan status gizi remaja sehingga terwujud generasi penerus bangsa yang sehat dan berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menguatkan peran remaja sebagai kader Posyandu Remaja melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa peningkatan pengetahuan kader Posyandu Remaja "CERDIK" tentang Gizi Remaja, buku "Gizi Remaja" yang telah mendapatkan sertifikat Hak Cipta dan bentuk kerjasama antara Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang dengan Pemerintah Desa Bojong sebagai Mitra PUI P2PTM "Desa Sehat Remaja Bebas Anemia Gizi Besi". Kegiatan pembinaan kader dan pemantauan kegiatan posyandu remaja sebaiknya dilakukan secara berkesinambungan baik oleh bidan desa maupun petugas promosi kesehatan di puskesmas serta perangkat desa dan PLKB Desa Bojong.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, terjadi penurunan produksi tanaman sayur dan luas panen tanaman sayuran. Hal ini terjadi sebagai dampak dari peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang menyebabkan maraknya peristiwa alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi lahan pemukiman. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk juga berkorelasi positif terhadap keberadaan limbah organik rumah tangga di lingkungan masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan setiap daerah berpotensi untuk menyumbang sampah rumah tangga, tidak terkecuali di Desa Sitirejo. Pengolahan sampah organik dan anorganik di Desa Sitirejo, sebagian besar dilakukan dengan cara pembakaran. Apabila cara ini dilakukan secara berkepanjangan, maka akan menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan edukasi mengenai pengolahan limbah organik rumah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat seperti POC dan biopestisida. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung selama pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi. Edukasi dilakukan dengan melibatkan masyarakat Desa Sitirejo. Kegiatan edukasi dilakukan melalui sosialisasi penjelasan umum terkait POC dan biopestisida, keuntungan kedua produk tersebut, serta cara pembuatan dan pengaplikasiannya. Kegiatan edukasi yang telah dilakukan diketahui membawa dampak positif dan mampu mengubah pola pikir dari peserta. Seluruh pertanyaan yang diajukan dapat dijawab benar oleh audiens.  Para pengurus KWT dan PKK yang awalnya tidak mengerti mengenai POC dan biopestisida menjadi paham.

Abstract

Abstrak: Amanat yang terkandung dalam UU nomor 36 tahun 2009 menuntut adanya transformasi kesehatan atas kondisi pasca pandemic Covid-19. Pemerintah mencanangkan 6 pilar tranformasi sistem kesehatan salah satunya transformasi layanan primer. Transformasi posyandu berupa Posyandu Prima sebagai sarana pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam asuhan kesehatan dasar sesuai kebutuhan secara terpadu di desa. Dokumentasi kegiatan posyandu prima masih belum terintegrasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mendampingi agar mampu menyebutkan dan mempraktikkan berbagai pemeriksaan yang dilakukan saat pelayanan posyandu prima seseuai kewenangan kader serta melakukan praktik dokumentasi aplikasi Posprima. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan ceramah, tanya jawab serta praktik. Sasaran kegiatan adalah kader posyandu sebanyak 30 (tiga puluh) orang. Evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner sejumlah 20 soal serta checklist untuk memantau peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu sebanyak 26 poin. Kader juga telah mampu melakukan pemeriksaan pengukuran tinggi badan, berat badan, tekanan darah, penghitungan indeks massa tubuh, dan penentuan status gizi serta melakukan entry data hasil pelayanan pada aplikasi Posprima.Abstract: The mandate contained in Law Number 36 of 2009 demands a health transformation for post-Covid-19 pandemic conditions. The government has launched 6 pillars of health system transformation, one of which is primary service transformation. The transformation of Posyandu in the form of Posyandu Prima as a forum for community empowerment that provides basic health services according to needs in an integrated manner in villages. Documentation of Posyandu Prima activities is still not integrated. This community service activity aims to assist cadres are expected to be able to identify and perform various examinations conducted during Posyandu Prima services within their authority and to practice Prima application. The method of implementing the activity uses lectures, questions and answers and practices. The target of the activity is 30 (thirty) Posyandu cadres. Evaluation is conducted using a 20-question questionnaireand checklists to monitor the increase in cadre knowledge and skills. This activity was able to increase the knowledge of Posyandu cadres by 26 points. Cadres have also been able to carry out height, weight, blood pressure measurements, calculate body mass index, and determine nutritional status and enter data on service results in the Posprima application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of developing flashcard media for descriptive text learning and also to determine the results of developing flashcard media for teaching descriptive text in class VIII at MTs Syekh Subakir 2 Sumberasri, in accordance with the source of the problem that has been found, namely the ability to memorize English vocabulary which is still relatively low. This studyis a qualitative research, the technique used for data collection in this research is a simple saturation technique with a sample of 18 students, this research uses the ADDIE model development, this model was chosen because it is in accordance with the media development carried out by the researcher,The instruments used in this study were questionnaires from media experts, material experts and student response questionnaires. Based on the responses, the flashcard media development was quite effective, with expert validation showing a score of 90.0% from media experts and 83.5% from content experts. Meanwhile, the student response score was 66.8%. This indicates that flashcard learning media is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

This study critically examines the integration of edupreneurship into the curriculum of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) program at Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari (UNHASY), framed within the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach and informed by critical theory. The urgency of this research stems from the growing pressure on Islamic higher education institutions to respond to global economic demands while simultaneously preserving the spiritual-ethical identity of Islamic education. In this context, the incorporation of edupreneurship into teacher education raises fundamental questions about how economic competencies can be harmonized with the moral, social, and cultural values rooted in pesantren traditions. Employing a qualitative methodology comprising document analysis, classroom observations, and in-depth interviews the research identifies a persistent tension between the technocratic orientation of OBE and the emancipatory vision of Islamic education. While the curriculum embeds entrepreneurial competencies within learning outcomes and course structures, its implementation tends to prioritize technical outputs over the cultivation of spiritual-ethical values. Nevertheless, evidence of cultural resistance emerges through students and lecturers who uphold pesantren-based ethics such as sincerity (ikhlas), social responsibility, and barakah (divine blessing). The study concludes that Islamic edupreneurship must be critically safeguarded to prevent its reduction to mere economic instrumentalization, ensuring instead that it functions as a vehicle for social transformation, community empowerment, and the preservation of Islamic educational ideals.
