Abstract

This study, entitled "The Influence of Work Discipline, Compensation, and Work Culture on Employee Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable among Civil Servants at the BKPSDMD of Kerinci Regency," focuses on all Civil Servants (PNS) at the BKPSDMD of Kerinci Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression analysis using the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The sampling technique employed is a saturated sample, involving the analysis of 70 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation has an insignificant effect on work motivation, and work culture has an insignificant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has an insignificant effect on employee performance, and work culture has an insignificant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, while compensation and work culture have insignificant effects on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee work motivation at the Tanah Datar Regency Transportation Office. The research approach used is associative quantitative with a sample of 60 employees taken using total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires compiled based on the indicators of each variable, and analyzed by multiple linear regression using the SPSS version program. The results of the study indicate that: (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, and (3) simultaneously, leadership and work environment have a significant effect on employee work motivation. These findings strengthen the view that employee work motivation in government organizations is greatly influenced by the leadership style applied and the conditions of the work environment created. Therefore, it is important for agency leaders to create a conducive work climate and apply a leadership style that can encourage employee enthusiasm and involvement to the maximum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee work productivity. The sample technique used in this study is saturated sampling, so the sample obtained amounted to 47 people. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely 1) Validity Test was tested with Pearson correlation (r count > r table). 2) Reliability tested with Cronbach Alpha (> 0.60 is considered reliable). 3) Normality Test to find out whether the data is normally distributed or not 4) T test to find out the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. 5) F test to determine the influence of workload and work environment simultaneously on employee productivity at the headquarters of the Central Statistics Agency of Tanah Datar Regency. 6) Coefficient of Determination (R²) to find out how much contribution independent variables contribute in explaining dependent variables. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been presented, the following conclusions can be drawn:. 1) Workload variables affect employee productivity at the Central Statistics Agency of Tanah Datar Regency. This means that the better the workload control, the higher the employee productivity level. 2) Work environment variables have a positive effect on employee productivity at the Central Statistics Agency of Tanah Data Regency. This means that the better the work environment for the institution, the more employee productivity will increase.3) Simultaneously, the workload, and the work environment have a positive effect on employee productivity at the Central Statistics Agency of Tanah Data Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui stres Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Sijunjung. Penelitian ini adalah model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sijunjung. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dimana terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap stres kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap stres kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan beban kerja terhadap stres kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan stres kerja kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of teaching ability, technology use, and social support on teacher performance at MTSN 2 Kerinci, with work motivation as an intervening variable. Data collection methods included a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 61 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of teaching ability on work motivation at MTSN 2 Kerinci. There was an insignificant effect of technology use on work motivation at MTSN 2 Kerinci. There was an insignificant effect of social support on work motivation at MTSN 2 Kerinci. There was a significant effect of teaching ability on teacher performance at MTSN 2 Kerinci. There was a significant effect of technology use on teacher performance at MTSN 2 Kerinci. There was a significant effect of social support on teacher performance at MTSN 2 Kerinci. There was a significant effect of work motivation on teacher performance at MTSN 2 Kerinci. Work motivation mediated the effect of teaching ability on teacher performance at MTSN 2 Kerinci. Work motivation did not mediate the effect of technology use on teacher performance at MTSN 2 Kerinci. Work motivation does not mediate the effect of social support on teacher performance at MTSN 2 Kerinci.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar analisis kinerja pegawai berdasarkan karakteristik individu, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 78 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan structural equation modeling menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan karakteristik individu terhadap motivasi kerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja tidak memdiasi pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja memdiasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja memdiasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the extent of the influence of organizational communication, work culture, and participative leadership on work enthusiasm with job satisfaction at the Department of Industry and Trade of Kerinci Regency. The type of research used is quantitative through a survey method. The data collection method was conducted by distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 76 respondents. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of organizational communication on job satisfaction. There was a significant effect of work culture on job satisfaction. There was a significant effect of participative leadership on job satisfaction. There was an insignificant effect of organizational communication on work morale. There was an insignificant effect of work culture on work morale. There was an insignificant effect of participative leadership on work morale. There was a significant effect of job satisfaction on work morale. Job satisfaction mediated the effect of organizational communication on work morale. Job satisfaction mediated the effect of work culture on work morale. Job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of participative leadership on work morale

Abstract

This research aims to examine the extent of the relationship between job satisfaction, employee loyalty, and financial well-being on work productivity with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Secretariat of Sungai Penuh City. The data collection method was through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 82 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The research results showed a significant influence of job satisfaction on work motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant influence of employee loyalty on work motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Sungai Penuh City. There is no significant influence of financial well-being on work motivation. There is no significant influence of job satisfaction on work productivity. There is no significant influence of employee loyalty on work productivity. There is no significant influence of financial well-being on work productivity. There is a significant influence of work motivation on work productivity. Abstract

This study aims to test the extent of the influence of e-absenteeism, organizational commitment, and employee additional income (TPP) on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Community Empowerment and Village Office of Sungai Penuh City. The data collection method involved surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The research results show that e-absenteeism has no significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Community Empowerment and Villages of Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction at the Department of Community Empowerment and Villages of Sungai Penuh City. Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress, and workload on job satisfaction of employees with work motivation as an intervening variable at the personnel agency and human resource development of Sungai Penuh City. The subjects of this research are employees of the BKPSDM of Sungai Penuh City. The type of research used in this study is causal quantitative research, and the data collection method is through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research is saturation sampling by analyzing 53 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the SmartPLS program. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that work conflicts significantly affect work motivation. Work stress does not significantly affect work motivation. Workload significantly affects work motivation. Work conflicts do not significantly affect job satisfaction. Work stress does not significantly affect job satisfaction. Workload significantly affects job satisfaction. Work motivation significantly affects job satisfaction. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of work conflicts on job satisfaction. Work motivation is unable to mediate the effect of work stress on job satisfaction. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction.
