Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence Trust and Price have on Purchasing Decisions through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi. By distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The data analysis methods used are Outer Model analysis, Avarage Variance Extracted (AVE), Reliability Research, and Inner Model (Structural Model) testing using Smart PLS 3. Data collection methods are through surveys and distributing questionnaires to consumers as respondents. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between Price on Customer Satisfaction at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, there is a positive and insignificant influence between Price on Purchasing Decisions at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, there is a positive and significant influence between Trust and Customer Satisfaction at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, there is a positive and insignificant influence between Trust on Purchasing Decisions at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, there is a positive and significant influence between Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decisions at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, Price mediates the Purchasing Decision through Customer Satisfaction at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, Trust mediates Purchase Decisions through Customer Satisfaction at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of price, location, and service quality on purchasing decision with purchasing interest as intervening variables at Transmart Padang. There are some variables need to be ensured on this study. They are the influence of price, location and service quality on interest at Transmart Padang. Another one is the influence of purchasing interest on purchasing decisions at Transmart Padang City. Besides, there is also the influence of price, location and service quality on purchasing decisions at Transmart Padang through purchasing interest as an intervening variable. This research was conducted using a descriptive and causal research design and samples were taken using a non-probability-silling sample design using accidental sampling technique. In this study, the number of samples was 100 people. While the research instrument was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis were used as data analysis techniques in this study. The results showed that location had no significant effect on consumer purchasing interest at Transmart Padang, while price and service quality had a significant effect on consumer buying interest at Transmart Padang. Service quality had no significant effect on purchasing decisions at Padang City Transmart, while price, location and purchasing intention had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Transmart Padang. Location had no significant effect on purchasing decisions at Transmart Padang through purchasing intention, while price and service quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Transmart Padang through purchase intention.

Abstract

Research with the title "The Effect of Colleague Support and Work Motivation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sungai Banyak City". The object of this research is employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sungai Banyak City. The type of research used used in this research is quantitative causality research, the data collection method is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the smartPLS program. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sample by analyzing 74 respondents.  Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that co-worker support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Colleague support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of coworker support on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The influence of product quality, price and service on sales levels at PT. Kurnia Garam Sejahtera in Padang City, under the guidance of Mr. Dr. Yulasmi, S.E., M.M and Mrs. Ai Elis Karlinda, S.E., M.M. This research aims to determine and try to analyze the influence of product quality, price and service on sales levels at PT. Karnia Garam Sejahtera in Padang City. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are consumers of PT. Karnia Garam Sejahtera in Padang City. The research results found that there was a positive and significant influence between product quality and sales levels. There is a negative and significant influence between Price and Sales Level. There is a positive and significant influence between Service and Sales Level. There is a joint influence of Product Quality, Price and Service on Sales Levels.

Abstract

This study tries to explain the influence of the supplier's role on the performance of the new product development team through the quality of the team moderated by the influence of corporate culture. The object of observation is the New Product Development Team (part of the company's R&D Division, Maspion Ltd. Corp. (Tbk),  Sidoarjo. Objectives:  Analyze the effects of the supplier's role on the performance of the new product development team, the supplier's role on the quality of the new product development team, and how corporate culture strengthens the influence of the supplier's role on the quality of the new product development team.Methodology: Observations were made on 78 employees of the New Product Development Team at the R&D Division of Maspion Ltd. Corp. (Tbk) Units I, II, III, in Sidoarjo, and Unit IV in Surabaya. The analytical method used is the structural equation modelFindings:  (1) the role of the main supplier is important because it has a significant positive effect on the quality of the team in the innovative process; (2) the quality of the team has a significant positive effect on the performance of the new product development team; and (3) corporate culture strengthens the influence of the supplier's role on team quality.  Conclusion: Corporate culture and the role of suppliers are able to improve the quality of the new product development team and the team's performance in producing new products or product lines that are more marketable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarnya pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan beauty vlogger terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan brand image sebagai variabel intervening pada produk scarlett whitening.Metode yang digunakan adalah Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partikal Least Square (PLS) 3.0.Dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 85 responden.Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel celebrity endorsement terhadap variabel brand image.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel beauty vlogger terhadap variabel brand image.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan variabel celebrity endorsement terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan variabel beauty vlogger terhadap keputusan pembelian.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan variabel brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan celebrity endorsement terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui brand image.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan beauty vlogger terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui brand image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening di Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Mukomuko. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 pegawai tetap. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelitian lapangan dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator penelitian memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai Average Variance Extracted (AVE) di atas 0,5 serta Cronbach’s Alpha di atas 0,7. Uji model struktural menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dengan nilai R² sebesar 62,5%. Namun, pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai lebih rendah, dengan nilai R² sebesar 6,8%, yang mengindikasikan adanya faktor lain yang turut mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat memperkuat komitmen organisasi, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, instansi terkait disarankan untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas pegawai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor BPBD Kabupaten Agam. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Dengan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 56 responden. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan karir terhadap motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.

Research entitled "The Influence of Career Development, Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Civil Servants of the Kerinci Regency Social Service". Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of School Principal Leadership Style, Student Engagement, and Curriculum on Learning Environment and Learning Outcomes in schools. The sample used in this study consists of 100 respondents, including teachers and students. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with the SmartPLS application to test the relationships between variables. The results of the study indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence of the School Principal Leadership Style on the Learning Environment; (2) there is a significant influence of Student Engagement on the Learning Environment; (3) there is a significant influence of Curriculum on the Learning Environment; (4) there is a significant influence of the School Principal Leadership Style on Learning Outcomes; (5) there is a significant influence of Student Engagement on Learning Outcomes; (6) there is a significant influence of Curriculum on Learning Outcomes; (7) there is no significant influence of the Learning Environment on Learning Outcomes; (8) the Learning Environment does not mediate the relationship between School Principal Leadership Style and Learning Outcomes; (9) the Learning Environment does not mediate the relationship between Student Engagement and Learning Outcomes; and (10) the Learning Environment does not mediate the relationship between Curriculum and Learning Outcomes. These findings provide valuable insights for educational management, particularly in the roles of school leadership, student engagement, and curriculum implementation in creating an environment that supports optimal learning outcomes.
