Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and workload on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. The method used is quantitative with path analysis techniques, distributing 67 questionnaires. The research results show a positive but not significant effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. There is a positive and significant effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction. There is a negative and significant effect of workload on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect of employee engagement on employee performance. There is a negative and significant effect of workload on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of workload on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the extent of employee performance analysis based on leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the body of civil service and human resource development in Sungai Penuh City. The data collection method used surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 77 respondents. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The research results show a significant influence of leadership style on organizational commitment at the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant influence of work motivation on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence of work discipline on organizational commitment. There is an insignificant influence of leadership style on employee performance. There is an insignificant influence of work motivation on employee performance. There is an insignificant influence of work discipline on employee performance. There is a significant influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. Organizational commitment mediates the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Organizational commitment mediates the influence of work motivation on employee performance. Organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja  Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Semangat Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Di UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto dengan populasi 50 orang dan sampel yang di ambil pada penelitian ini adalah 50 orang dengan teknik Total Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS Versi 4.1.1.4 dengan metode Structural Evaluation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah :  Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pada UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pada UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pada UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pada UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto.Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Air Manjuto. Abstract

The tourism sector is very important in the country's foreign exchange earnings, a developed tourism sector should be supported by products, prices, and how tourism carries out its digital marketing. However, due to the lack of products, prices, and marketing offered, the tourism sector in Solok Regency experienced a decrease in tourist visits. The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that are considered relevant to influence visiting decisions, namely products, prices, and digital marketing. This type of research is causal research with data collection methods through surveys and questionnaire dissemination, and with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software, Hypothesis Test using SmartPLS 3.0. The results stated that product variables and digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions. However, the price stated that it did not affect the decision to visit. The implication of this study is that tourism managers must also prioritize developments that occur in the tourism industry so that tourist attractions are not left behind in the face of competition with other tourist attractions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and work ethic on work motivation and employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. This research employed a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). A total of 98 employees participated in this study, selected through purposive sampling techniques. The results indicate that organizational culture, work environment, and work ethic significantly affect work motivation. Furthermore, organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while work environment and work ethic significantly affect employee performance. Work motivation was found to have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Regarding mediation, the findings reveal that organizational culture significantly affects employee performance through work motivation, and work environment significantly affects employee performance through work motivation, whereas work ethic shows a positive but not significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. These findings imply that in order to improve employee performance, the organization should pay greater attention to the work environment and work ethic directly, while also optimizing the role of work motivation as a mediator between organizational culture and work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance through the influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and competency, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable and the work environment as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BBPOM) in Padang, West Sumatra. Data was collected through survey of BBPOM employees to assess the direct and indirect effects between these variables. The results show that transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and competency have a significant impact on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of OCB. Furthermore, the work environment plays a crucial role in moderating the relationships between these variables. In conclusion, the combination of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, competency, OCB, and conduciveness work environment significantly enhance employee performance. This research contribute to the development of human resources management in the public sector, significantly in improving organizational performance through leadership and fostering organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Pelayanan Keluhan Pelanggan, Harga dan Kepercayaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden pada pelanggan PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Padang. Analisis diata dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.6 dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelayanan Keluhan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) Harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (4) Pelayanan Keluhan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. (5) Harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. (6) Kepercayaan  berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. (7) Kepuasan Pelanggan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. (8) Pelayanan Keluhan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. (9) Harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. (10) Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening (11) Kontribusi variabel Pelayanan Keluhan Pelanggan, Harga dan Kepercayaan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan yaitu sebesar 0,385 atau 38,5% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. (12) Kontribusi variabel Pelayanan Keluhan Pelanggan, Harga, Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan yaitu sebesar 0,589 atau 58,9% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of product quality, social media marketing, and customer relationship on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction in the context of Putri Chaniago Furniture. The research findings reveal several significant relationships. Firstly, product quality demonstrates a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, indicating the importance of delivering high-quality products to enhance customer satisfaction. Secondly, while social media marketing positively affects customer satisfaction, its impact is found to be nonsignificant, suggesting the need for further exploration of social media strategies for improving customer satisfaction. Thirdly, customer relationship exhibits a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, highlighting the importance of fostering strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction levels. Furthermore, all three factors—product quality, social media marketing, and customer relationship—positively and significantly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, underscoring their collective importance in driving customer loyalty. These findings suggest that companies should prioritize efforts to improve product quality, optimize social media marketing strategies, and strengthen customer relationships to foster customer loyalty. Future research endeavors could explore additional variables and expand the scope of analysis to gain deeper insights into customer loyalty dynamics. Additionally, enhancing sample sizes, utilizing updated data, and broadening the research scope are recommended for ensuring the relevance and accuracy of future studies.

Abstract

Workshop customers, known as unit entry by the automotive world, are one of the sources of revenue for automotive companies. Workshop unit entry is related to customer loyalty. The study aims to determine the relationship between perceived price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction in auto repair shops customers. A quantitative approach is used as a research approach. Data were collected by questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed to determine the effect between variables, and the analysis technique was Partial Least Square (PLS). The research was conducted at Auto2000 West Sumatra. The research subjects are Auto2000 consumers who use workshop services. The object of research is a review of the influence of perceived price on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as mediation. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The results showed that Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of perceived price on customer loyalty of consumers who use Auto2000 workshop services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lifestyle, product quality and price on beef purchasing decisions at the Lubuk Basung Geragahan Union Market. The population in this study were all consumers in the Lubuk Basung Geragahan market. The determination of the sample was carried out randomly using the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Methods of data collection through surveys and distribution of questionnaires to consumers as respondents for 1 week. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that lifestyle, product quality and price on purchasing decisions were in the fairly good category. Then hypothesis testing showed that variable Style There is a positive and significant influence on the beef buyer's decision at the Lubuk Basung-Gerahan Union Market, Product Quality There is a positive and significant influence on the Beef Buyer's Decision at the Lubuk Basung-Gerahan Union Market, Price There is a positive and significant influence on beef buyer decisions at the Lubuk Basung-Geragah Unio Market.
