Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia memiliki sejarah yang panjang sejak pendiriannya oleh Gubernur Jenderal GW Baron van Imhoff pada tanggal 26 Agustus 1746 di Batavia (sekarang Jakarta). Statusnya ditingkatkan menjadi Persero pada tanggal 25 Februari 1995, menjadikannya perusahaan otonom yang mampu memberikan layanan yang lebih profesional. Dalam menghadapi persaingan ketat di industri jasa pengiriman paket, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) perlu menyusun strategi untuk tetap kompetitif dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan lokasi PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Pembantu Kedondong guna meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik accidental sampling, melibatkan 150 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan observasi langsung, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda serta uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh paling besar, diikuti oleh kualitas produk dan lokasi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar PT. Pos Indonesia meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan, serta memperbaiki lokasi agar lebih strategis untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Purpose: Flexible work policies remote work, flexible schedules, and compressed workweeks are intended to improve work-life balance for female academics with added responsibilities. In Indonesia, despite alignment with labor laws, implementation remains inconsistent and overlooks gender bias and shadow work such as mentoring and administration. This study examines their impact on shadow work and gender equality advocacy, stressing institutional support. Methodology: This research employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS) for quantitative analysis and thematic analysis using NVivo for qualitative insights. Data were collected through surveys from 450 female academics and in-depth interviews with 30 respondents from various universities. Results: Findings show that flexible work policies reduce shadow work but only strengthen gender equality advocacy when backed by strong institutional support. Policy intensity, not mere availability, drives advocacy, while weak structures leave female academics burdened with shadow work and limited advocacy roles. Conclusions: This study concludes that flexible work policies alone are insufficient to drive systemic change in gender equality within academia. Their effectiveness is highly dependent on institutional culture, leadership commitment, and policy integration into broader faculty development programs. Limitations: Stronger institutional support, policy refinement, and awareness campaigns are recommended to ensure that flexible work arrangements not only improve work-life balance but also empower female academics in advocacy and leadership roles. Contribution: Future research should explore the long-term effects of flexible work policies and the intersection of social, economic, and cultural factors in shaping gender equity in higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh sosial, inovasi layanan, kepercayaan, dan hambatan komunikasi terhadap persepsi manfaat penggunaan e-Wallet di kalangan pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO) Lampung. Penggunaan e-Wallet sebagai instrumen pembayaran digital kini semakin meluas, termasuk di sektor UMKM, karena dianggap mampu meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan mendukung digitalisasi ekonomi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 42 UMKM di bawah naungan APINDO Lampung, dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui program IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial keempat variabel independen, yaitu pengaruh sosial, inovasi layanan, kepercayaan, dan hambatan komunikasi, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat e-Wallet. Uji simultan (uji F) juga menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat e-Wallet. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,624 menunjukkan bahwa 62,4% variasi persepsi manfaat dapat dijelaskan oleh keempat variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 37,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa persepsi positif terhadap manfaat e-Wallet di kalangan UMKM dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial dan inovasi layanan yang memudahkan interaksi bisnis, kepercayaan terhadap keamanan sistem, serta kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam mengatasi hambatan komunikasi teknologi.   Kata Kunci: E-Wallet, Inovasi Layanan, Kepercayaan, Hambatan Komunikasi, UMKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Dealer Honda Jaya Motor Kecamatan Gedongtataan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal, yaitu untuk menguji hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dealer Honda Jaya Motor yang berjumlah 30 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert, dokumentasi, serta studi kepustakaan. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 1,694 dan p-value sebesar 0,045. Motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 1,814 dan p-value sebesar 0,035. Sementara itu, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 1,558 dan p-value sebesar 0,060. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,774 menunjukkan bahwa 77,4% variasi loyalitas karyawan dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja, sedangkan sisanya 22,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja belum memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Dealer Honda Jaya Motor Gedongtataan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the mechanism for testing intact hymen for women as a means of evidence of criminal acts, and its application to jinayah jurisprudence. This research is qualitative research with a type of library research that focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts, using conceptual, normative juridical and comparative approaches. The results of the research and discussion of this research are: first, intact hymant testing for women was carried out by a medical team experienced in their field. Of course, the testing mechanism is carried out structurally and with great care. The medical team examines the hymen by assessing the shape of the intact hymen and then measuring the diameter of the hymen hole using a cotton swab which is rubbed in a forward, backward, up and down direction and rotating for 20 seconds around the vulva/vagina. Then the cotton swab is rubbed on the slide. Next, spermatozoa were examined in the emergency room laboratory and vaginal swabs were carried out twice to show the results of the examination of the blood membranes. Second, the type of criminal act in jinayah jurisprudence is characterized by an argument stating the consequences or punishment. The punishment for this form of crime is usually called hudud. As for crimes/criminals that are not mentioned in detail in the arguments/nas, the punishment is determined by the competent judge. Third, in essence, intact hyment testing is not permitted unless it is an emergency and there is a benefit in it. What is permissible if the factors behind this aim to uncover cases of criminal acts of rape.

Abstract

The advent of information technology has permeated all aspects of life, facilitating a myriad of conveniences in daily human activities, including those within the tourism industry. The nomination of Bhinneka Village, Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village, and Pulau Untung Jawa tourist village for the 2021 Indonesian Tourism Village Award underscores the integration of technological advancements in the tourism sector. Nevertheless, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating within these tourist villages confront several challenges related to the production, marketing, and sales of their offerings. To mitigate these challenges, tailored assistance and training programs are being deployed with the objective of empowering MSMEs to enhance their business operations and to adeptly leverage digital platforms for promotion, marketing, and sales activities. This initiative necessitates a collaborative approach, wherein managers of tourist villages, Pokdarwis, and MSME stakeholders collectively endeavor to execute both traditional and digital marketing strategies, thereby ensuring optimal service delivery to tourists. The deployment of the Wisataqu.id application emerges as a pivotal tool in this context, offering substantial support to tourism village managers and surrounding MSMEs in their pursuit of digital promotion and marketing. This integration of digital tools is poised to not only elevate the visibility and accessibility of these cultural destinations but also to stimulate local economies by fortifying the tourism sector's foundation— the MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the last five years (2016-2020 period). The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of Company Financial Statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study were based on an analysis using the EVA method from five food and beverage companies that had good financial performance (positive EVA) during the 2016-2020 period, namely MLBI, MYOR, and ULTJ. Analysis of the company's performance with the method shows the EVA fluctuating results. This is because the value of NOPAT and capital charges is very influential on EVA results. Where if the NOPAT value is greater than the value of capital charges, the resulting EVA will increase and vice versa. The results of the EVA analysis show that positive accounting earnings do not always show the results that the EVA value is also positive. This is due to an increase in the cost of equity capital which greatly affects the value of WACC which results in an increase in the value of capital charges borne by the company, where the value of capital charges reduces the value of EVA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the financial performance of building sub-construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period using the Du Pont System method. The Du Pont System includes the calculation of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Return On Investment (ROI), Equity Multiplier (EM) and Return On Equity (ROE). The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and the data collection technique used is the company's annual report documentation technique. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be seen that the Du Pont System analysis of building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period shows a fairly good ROE performance, this is based on a comparison of industry standards. PT. Total Bangun Persada Tbk and PT. Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk is the company with the largest ROE, namely 18.37% and 17.18%, when compared to industry standards, these two companies are in very good condition. This indicates that the company is able to provide a very good return on the capital invested by the shareholders. The results of the research show that the average NPM ratio is in good condition which reflects the company can reduce costs so as to produce maximum profit. The average ratio of TATO and ROI shows a bad company condition that reflects the company's inefficient management of assets for sales and inefficient investment of assets. The results of the average EM show that the company's condition is quite good which reflects the company's efficiency in using its own capital to finance assets.

Abstract

Program UKM Indonesia Bangkit memberdayakan Mitra UKM RTA yang terdampak Pandemi Covid-19, hampir semuanya gulung tikar. Bisnis mitra terletak di Desa Tuan Kentang, Kecamatan Jakabaring, Palembang. Desa ini dikenal sebagai Pusat Industri Tenun Khas Palembang atau disebut sebagai RTA. Untuk mengatasi penurunan omset bisnis yang signifikan, Tim Implementasi memperkenalkan inovasi yang bernama e-Kataloq yang tersedia dalam Android maupun website. e-Kataloq RTA ini menampilkan berbagai produk kain tenun tajung dan blongsong yang diproduksi oleh para Mitra. Sama seperti katalog produk, calon konsumen dapat langsung melihat berbagai kain tenun hasil produksi dari RTA dan bisa melakukan pembelian atau pemesanan barang secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam close training dan bantuan dalam pengoperasian e-katalog RTA adalah e-Katalog RTA, situs web versi dan Android dengan face to face training yang dilakukan sesuai protokol kesehatan dan online. Manfaat yang diperoleh melalui inisiatif ini adalah peraihan omset yang berhasil dilakukan dan peningkatan penerapan sains dan teknologi yang ditransfer kepada Mitra. Serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan manajemen pemasaran Mitra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan atas tagihan pemakaian air bersih secara Virtual Account dengan Dealer Information System (DIS) yang dikerjakan pada PT. Kedamaian apakah sudah berjalan secara baik atau belum serta bagaimana pengendalian internal pada perusahaan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan analisis sistem informasi akuntansi serta sistem pengendalian internal, dimana sistem yang digunakan oleh perusahaan sudah baik karena telah membantu pencatatan penerimaan atas tagihan pemakaian air bersih oleh 1089 warga sehingga cukup efisien dalam segi waktu sedangkan sistem pengendalian internal pada perusahaan juga sudah cukup baik walaupun masih ditemukan perangkapan tugas pada bagian tertentu.
