Abstract

The VIII STIBA Makassar Real Work Lecture (KKN) Program in Damai Village, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, in 2025 aims to strengthen the Islamic character of the community and optimize local potential. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, students carry out various da'wah, educational, social and community empowerment activities. The results show increased religious participation, increased Al-Qur'an literacy, and strengthened social values. The main supporting factors are community openness and village government support. The main obstacle is limited time and resources. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating science, da'wah and community-based empowerment.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan merupakan elemen kunci dalam mendukung tercapainya inklusi keuangan, khususnya di tengah transformasi digital yang pesat dalam sektor keuangan Indonesia. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan, serta dampaknya terhadap keberlangsungan UMKM dan persepsi pelaku usaha terhadap layanan keuangan digital. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode PRISMA dengan menyaring 200 studi menjadi 10 artikel yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap layanan keuangan formal, memperkuat daya tahan UMKM, serta membentuk persepsi positif terhadap kemudahan dan keamanan layanan digital. Namun, tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital dan kepercayaan terhadap keamanan masih menjadi hambatan dalam pemanfaatan optimal layanan keuangan berbasis teknologi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan literasi keuangan melalui edukasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi inklusif perlu menjadi fokus utama dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang merata di Indonesia.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter melalui program Tatanen di Bale Atikan (TdBA) di Purwakarta telah berhasil membentuk karakter siswa, namun integritas SDM sekolah sebagai penggerak utama program masih menjadi tantangan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan integritas guru melalui penerapan manajemen berbasis karakter berbasis nilai Pancawaluya Welulang, Wawuh, Wani, Welas, dan Wiwaha melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan partisipatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN 3 Tegaldatar, Kecamatan Maniis, Kabupaten Purwakarta, pada 3-5 November 2025, dengan sasaran Tenaga Pendidik. Metode kualitatif partisipatif digunakan, meliputi observasi, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan analisis tematik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman nilai Pancawaluya dari rata-rata 36% sebelum kegiatan menjadi 90% setelah intervensi. Seluruh guru merumuskan “Deklarasi Budaya Kerja Pancawaluya” sebagai komitmen kolektif untuk transparansi, kolaborasi, dan keteladanan. Temuan membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis nilai lokal yang partisipatif efektif memperkuat integritas profesional dan dapat direplikasi di sekolah TdBA lain.

Abstract

Research aims: This research aims to analyze the impact of the flexible working arrangement (FWA) system in reducing traffic jams, reducing work stress, and increasing work productivity.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses a sample collection technique with purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 government and company employees and interviewing 5 informants from government employees. Data analysis uses SEM (structural equation model) with the AMOS analysis tool.Research findings: Flexible working arrangements (FWA) have an important role in reducing traffic jams, which can increase a person's work stress. Reducing traffic congestion has a positive impact on workers and decreases work stress. Despite flexible working arrangements (FWA), work congestion and stress do not influence work productivity.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes to the science of human resource management and urban management related to HR work activities.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The results of this research become a source and basis for guidance in structuring work patterns to be more efficient and effective, i.e., working flexibly can reduce the level of traffic congestion.Research Limitations/Implications: The limitation to this research includes the very limited number of respondents and informants who cannot be met directly so the question-and-answer process is less in-depth. Moreover, the indicators for each variable are still lacking, while the references are still weak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Content Marketing and Brand Image on Purchase Intention toward Specs products on TikTok Shop. The research employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the analytical tool. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 125 respondents who are active TikTok users and have purchased Specs products through TikTok Shop within the last six months. The findings reveal that Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, indicating that engaging, informative, and value-driven content can effectively encourage consumers’ buying interest. In addition, Brand Image also demonstrates a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention and emerges as the more dominant factor in shaping consumer intention. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.613 indicates that Content Marketing and Brand Image jointly explain 61.3% of the variance in Purchase Intention. These findings highlight the importance of integrating effective digital content strategies with strong brand image development to strengthen consumer purchase intention in the social commerce environment of TikTok Shop. Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee perceptions of leadership and work environment in startup companies by utilizing review data from the Glassdoor platform. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis of 500 employee reviews from five leading technology startups during the 2020-2024 period. Results indicate that transformational leadership style has a significant positive correlation with employee satisfaction, evidenced by keywords such as vision, transparent, and supportive appearing in high-rated reviews. Conversely, micromanagement and one way communication emerge as primary causes of dissatisfaction in low rated reviews. Flexible work environments are perceived positively but may lead to burnout if work-personal boundaries are not clearly managed. Senior Leadership rating serves as the strongest predictor of employee recommendation (recommend to a friend), surpassing financial compensation factors. Digital review data proves valid as a real-time diagnostic tool for organizational climate with minimal social desirability bias. This study concludes that leadership transparency and authentic work life balance management are key factors in building positive employer branding in the digital era.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Startup, Glassdoor, Employee Perception
