Abstract

The purpose of this research id to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variables studied. In this research using quantitative research approach with a sample number of 99 students with multiple regression analysis methodes spss aplikasi assistance 25. This research was conducted at (Case Study of Undergraduate Students) STIE Amkop Makassar. The purpose of this research shows that from the results of data management using the SPSS 25 application, it is known that that there is a positive and significant effect of online customer review on purcashing decision, and so is partial teasting of influencer marketing on meaningful perfomance of positive and significant effect, while simultaneous testing shows that online customer review and influencer marketing have a positive and significant effect on perfomance

Abstract

Research aims: This research aims to analyze the impact of the flexible working arrangement (FWA) system in reducing traffic jams, reducing work stress, and increasing work productivity.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses a sample collection technique with purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 government and company employees and interviewing 5 informants from government employees. Data analysis uses SEM (structural equation model) with the AMOS analysis tool.Research findings: Flexible working arrangements (FWA) have an important role in reducing traffic jams, which can increase a person's work stress. Reducing traffic congestion has a positive impact on workers and decreases work stress. Despite flexible working arrangements (FWA), work congestion and stress do not influence work productivity.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes to the science of human resource management and urban management related to HR work activities.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The results of this research become a source and basis for guidance in structuring work patterns to be more efficient and effective, i.e., working flexibly can reduce the level of traffic congestion.Research Limitations/Implications: The limitation to this research includes the very limited number of respondents and informants who cannot be met directly so the question-and-answer process is less in-depth. Moreover, the indicators for each variable are still lacking, while the references are still weak.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) yang merupakan lembaga atau badan ekonomi yang ada di desa dan berbadan hukum serta dibentuk dan menjadi hak milik Pemerintah Desa, dikelola secara ekonomis mandiri dan profesional dengan modal seluruhnya atau sebagian besar merupakan kekayaan desa yang dipisahkan. Kehadiran Bumdes sejatinya sangat besar pengaruhnya pada bagaimana meningkatkan perekonomian di Desa, akan tetapi hal ini cenderung masih belum disadari. Kegiatan ini dilakukan tujuannya adalah meningkatkan literasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya kehadiran Bumdes dan apabila dikelola dengan baik akan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan PKM ini yakni dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan ceramah dan juga mendengarkan feedback agar mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat serta pengurus Bumdes. Kegiatan PKM ini harapannya adalah dapat membuat masyarakat setempat menjadi lebih mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana peranan Bumdes bagi Desa mereka. Melalui kegiatan PKM ini juga diperoleh banyak input dari masyarakat khususnya terkait dengan kegiatan lanjutan agar Bumdes yang ada di Desa ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah, termasuk di wilayah Kabupaten Majalengka. Namun ada temuan bahwa UMKM masih menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek pengelolaan keuangan, khususnya terkait dengan likuiditas dan solvabilitas, yang berdampak pada kinerja keuangan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana likuiditas dan solvabilitas memengaruhi kinerja keuangan UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian melibatkan 50 UMKM aktif di Kabupaten Majalengka yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel independent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan solvabilitas memberikan pengaruh negatif yang juga signifikan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel ini punya nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,527 artinya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sebesar 52,7% variasi dalam kinerja keuangan dapat dijelaskan oleh likuiditas dan solvabilitas. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang baik bagi UMKM, terutama dalam menjaga tingkat likuiditas yang sehat dan menghindari ketergantungan pada utang yang berlebihan. Karenanya diperlukan upaya peningkatan literasi keuangan serta dukungan dari pemerintah dan lembaga terkait untuk memperkuat kapasitas manajerial UMKM.

Abstract

Companies need to see how much employees are involved in working and preferred behavior that is not part of an employee's formal work obligations, but supports the effective functioning of the organization in order to achieve optimal employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance. The sample in this study were 47 respondents using saturated sampling as the sampling technique. Data processing in this study used SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that Employee Engagement has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance because it has a p values (0,003) < 0,05. The results also show that Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance because it has p values (0,000) > 0.05. Finally, it is also known that Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously on Employee Performance because it has a p values (0,000) > 0.05

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, which uses previous research as the primary material for creating hypotheses, adding novelty elements that are different from previous studies, and testing the hypotheses that researchers make. The primary material that researchers mean in this study is research. The data used in this study is primary data that researchers obtained from Gacoan noodle customers spread across several corners of Indonesia, with the minimum criteria of having shopped more than three times, with a many of 400 customers. The data used in this study were analysed using the innovative PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article shows that each hypothesis in this study can be proven. The first hypothesis in this study is that the Customer Trust variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance. Based on the third table above, the Customer Trust variable can have a positive relationship direction and a considerable impact on Repurchase Intention because the P-values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.011. These results show that the higher the Customer Trust, the more likely it is to lead to purchasing decisions, increase customer loyalty, and increase customer comfort. These indicators will ultimately have a good impact and significantly influence Repurchase Intention. The following hypothesis used in this study is that the Security Perception variable can moderate the influence of the Customer Trust variable on the Repurchase Intention variable. This is because the P-values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, more significant than the direct testing of 0.011. Increasing Security Perception can further increase Customer Trust because Customers feel safe and comfortable. Ultimately, these rights can have a more significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, penelitian dilakukan terhadap 25 informan dari berbagai tingkatan jabatan selama Mei Juni Juli 2025. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, serta divalidasi melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem absensi digital secara teknis berhasil meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan kehadiran dan mengurangi praktik manipulasi seperti titip absen. Kebijakan sanksi (pemotongan insentif) dan reward (penghargaan kehadiran 100%) turut mendorong peningkatan ketepatan waktu dan akuntabilitas. Namun, dampak positif tersebut tidak merata karena adanya kendala teknis, rendahnya literasi digital, resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta persepsi bahwa sistem lebih bersifat pengawasan daripada fasilitasi. Temuan menegaskan bahwa efektivitas sistem absensi digital sangat bergantung pada integrasi antara infrastruktur teknis, kebijakan adaptif, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan pendekatan humanis.

Abstract

Transformasi digital mendorong institusi pendidikan untuk mengoptimalkan media sosial sebagai sarana strategis dalam membangun citra dan meningkatkan daya saing. SMA Hasanuddin Wajak Malang, sebagai sekolah berbasis pesantren tertua di wilayahnya, memiliki potensi keunggulan yang belum sepenuhnya terekspos melalui strategi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dan siswa dalam mengelola social media marketing (SMM) guna memperkuat branding sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup asesmen kebutuhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan berbasis praktik langsung. Materi yang diberikan meliputi konsep branding, perancangan konten, hingga analisis insight media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep branding dan keterampilan teknis SMM, yang ditunjukkan melalui kemampuan merancang konten kreatif dan menyusun content calendar. Selain itu, telah terbentuk tim media sosial permanen yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa, serta dirumuskan pembagian peran untuk mendukung konsistensi publikasi. Program ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran peserta akan pentingnya narasi lokal sebagai pembeda dalam pembangunan citra sekolah. Kegiatan berpotensi berkelanjutan melalui pendampingan virtual, evaluasi performa konten, dan penyusunan SOP pengelolaan media sosial. Secara keseluruhan, PkM ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat branding sekolah berbasis media sosial dan dapat direplikasi pada institusi pendidikan serupa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of third-party funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), return on assets (ROA), Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), and NPL (Non-Performing Loans) on Credit Distribution to commercial banks listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesian Securities for the period 2018-2021. The type of research used in this research is associative research. Associative research is research to know the relationship between two or more variables. Thus, Dabat builds a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The researcher explains whether TPF, CAR, ROA, BOPO, NPL, and Credit Distribution in this study. The population of this study is the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as many as 42 banks. The sample selection method used is purposive sampling. So the total sampled is 120 samples. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square model using the Eviews Version 12 software. The results of this study found that Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Return on Assets (ROA) had a positive and significant effect on Credit Distribution to banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Meanwhile, Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) and NPL (Non-Performing Loans) have a negative and significant effect on Credit Distribution to banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
