Abstract

Teknologi informasi membuat berbagai proses yang manual diubah menjadi sesuatu bedasarkan sistem komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi perpustakaan dekstop untuk Universitas XYZ, menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman Java serta prinsip – prinsip Pemrograman Berbasis Objek (OOP). Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan buku dan skripsi, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, administrasi anggota, dan pembuatan laporan perpustakaan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Kebutuhan, Desain Sistem dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan implementasi aplikasi menggunakan NetBeans, serta pemeliharaan sistem sesudahnya. aplikasi ini juga terbuka untuk pengembangan di masa mendatang, termasuk penambahan kemampuan manajemen e-book dan pengembangan portal mahasiswa berbasis web.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengembangkan aplikasi mobile untuk pemesanan tiket wisata berbasi Flutter yang dapat memberikan kemudahan serta efisiensi dalam pemesanan tiket secara online. Metode agile development dipakai guna mendukung proses pengembangan berbasis iterasi cepat serta dapat merespon dengan cepat kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil testing menandakan aplikasi berfungsi dengan semestinya, mempermudah proses pemesanan, dan meningkatkan keamanan verifikasi tiket dengan menggunakan QR code. Aplikasi ini diharapkan menjadi solusi digital yang efektif serta efisien untuk menunjang perkembangan pada sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

Curriculum development can be understood as a process that involves the selection, organization, implementation, and evaluation of learning experiences. This process is based on the needs, abilities, interests of students, and the demands of the community. Furthermore, curriculum development is a dynamic process that takes place continuously in line with existing developments. This allows it to be adapted to the current educational context while also providing the flexibility to adapt the curriculum over time. This research in general aims to research and improve the curriculum in higher education, especially in Stai Yastis Padang. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a library approach (Library Research) or known as literature study. The curriculum includes a set of knowledge or subjects that students must learn to achieve their educational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Malay language revitalization efforts within the educational environment at Yanyawit School, Thailand. Malay, as one of the ethnic languages ​​​​living in Southern Thailand, is experiencing a decline in function and use, especially among the younger generation. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study explores the strategies implemented by educational institutions in maintaining and developing Malay as part of the local cultural identity. Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documents. The results show that Yanyawit School has undertaken various revitalization efforts, including through the integration of Malay into the curriculum, extracurricular activities in Malay, and community involvement in language preservation. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of schools as agents of local language preservation and provide recommendations for the development of multilingual education policies in multiethnic regions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to investigate the effect of Training, Work Discipline, and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at the South Sukabumi Village Office. Using a Likert scale questionnaire, the study involved a sample of 62 respondents with the Non-Probability Sampling method and saturated sample technique. The results of multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS v.26 showed that Training had no effect while Work Discipline and Compensation had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. These findings provide insight for management in managing Training as well as to improve supportive Work Discipline and Compensation conditions, with practical implications for improving employee/staff Job Satisfaction, organizational effectiveness, and recommendations for further research in this area.
