Abstract

Job satisfaction that is appropriate an expected by employee is loyal to the regulation and goals of the organization. This study aims to determine the correlation between job satisfaction on turnover intention in employee for regional enterprise of warehousing and miscellaneous business in Samarinda. This study used quantitative approach. Research subjects were all 30 employees of regional enterprise of warehousing and miscellaneous business in Samarinda and were then selected by using the technique of saturation sampling. The data obtained in this study are using by turnover intention and job satisfaction scale. Research data analyzed with a pearson r correlation analysis test and the partial correlation test. The results showed that there was a correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention with a correlation coefficient (r) of -0.653 with a significance value of p = 0.000 (<0.05) which means that the two variables have a strong correlation, but show a negative correlation direction. Kepuasan kerja yang sesuai dengan harapan setiap karyawan yaitu loyal terhadap nilai-nilai dan tujuan organisasi, semakin puas seseorang terhadap pekerjaannya maka sedikit keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan intensi turnover pada karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Pergudangan dan Aneka Usaha Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PDPAU yang berjumlah 30 orang dan dipilih menggunakan teknik saturation sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala intensi turnover dan kepuasan kerja. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji analisis berupa pearson r correlation dan uji korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover yaitu dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar -0.653 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0.000 (< 0.05) yang artinya bahwa kedua variabel memiliki korelasi yang kuat.

Abstract

This study looked at how survivors are able to become resilience after experiencing violence, based on the traits they display. Four female survivors were selected using a random sampling method, which was based on criteria determined using the screening method. This type of research is qualitative, using phenomenological analysis. The data collection method used is an interview using semi-directed interview techniques that are in accordance with the interview guidelines compiled by the researcher and developed during the interview. The data analysis techniques used are preparing data, reading the entire data, coding data, applying the results of data coding to the topic to be analyzed, presenting the topic in the form of a narrative, and interpreting the data. In the results of research on the subject of female students survivors of violence, with the results of the subject having the ability to regulate self-emotions including the subject of regulating emotions, the ability to control impulses including subjects who are able to control desires, the ability to optimism includes positive thinking in their situation, the ability to find out the source of the problem includes subjects who are able to know the cause of the incident, the ability to self-efficacy includes the desire in the subject to complete  the problem is, empathy ability includes subjects who feel what others feel, and achievement abilities include subjects who are able to achieve what they want and overcome fears in their lives. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana survivor mampu menjadi resiliensi setelah mengalami kekerasan, berdasarkan sifat-sifat yang mereka tampilkan. Empat perempuan penyintas dipilih menggunakan metode random sampling, yang didasarkan pada kriteria yang ditentukan menggunakan metode skrining. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara semi terarah yang sesuai dengan pedoman wawancara yang disusun oleh peneliti dan dikembangkan selama wawancara.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menyiapkan data, membaca seluruh data, mengkodekan data, menerapkan hasil pengkodean data pada topik yang akan dianalisis, menyajikan topik dalam bentuk narasi, dan menginterpretasikan data. Pada hasil penelitian pada subjek mahasiswi penyintas kekerasan, dengan hasil subjek memiliki kemampuan regulasi emosi diri meliputi subjek mengatur emosi, kemampuan pengendalian impuls meliputi subjek yang mampu mengendalikan hasrat, kemampuan optimisme meliputi pemikiran yang positif pada situasi mereka, kemampuan mencari tahu sumber masalah meliputi subjek yang mampu mengetahui penyebab dari kejadian tersebut, kemampuan efikasi diri meliputi keinginan dalam diri subjek untuk menyelesaikan masalahnya, kemampuan empati meliputi subjek yang merasakan apa yang orang lain rasakan, dan kemampuan pencapaian meliputi subjek yang mampu meraih apa yang dinginkan dan mengatasi ketakutan dalam hidupnya.

Abstract

Work from home, or WFH, has been implemented since the COVID-19 pandemic. WFH, or work from home, has existed since the past, but it is not used in COVID-19 and is used in normal situations. With the work-from-home, the system also changed. This system was called a Remote worker. This study aims to analyze the description of remote workers experienced by workers. This type of research was qualitative research with phenomenological methods. Data collection methods used interviews and observation. The data collection technique used was the purposive sampling technique. While the data analysis techniques used consisted of preparing the data, reading the entire data, coding the data, applying the results of data coding into themes to be analyzed, presenting the themes in narrative form, and interpreting the data. The results showed that the four subjects, NH, MR, ISF, and LA, experienced increased motivation in remote workers. Other findings show that while working from home, the subject had good productivity and work resilience. It was influenced by factors within each of them when they decided to work remotely. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that remote workers have an increase in motivation through work from home (WFH). In addition, it was found that remote workers are more productive and have good fighting power. These findings reinforce that remote work also makes workers engaged in work even more engaged.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the picture of the life of the subject under study, regarding work-life balance with job satisfaction in the digitalization era. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and informant techniques. The subjects of the study were determined using purposive sampling to 4 workers with fixed incomes in East Kalimantan and strengthened by 4 relatives of the subjects as SI (Subject Informants).  Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques are used to collect data, read related data references, code the results of data analysis, present coding results in the form of narratives, and interpret data. The results showed that three subjects with the initials I, GA, and YP could do work-life balance in the digitalization era. while RLH subjects could not do a work-life balance in the digitalization era. This is influenced by internal factors, namely self-awareness, and principles such as priority, consistency, focus, and gratitude. As well as the most influencing external factors, namely family support, co-workers and the work environment. RLH subjects are unable to perform work-life balance in the digitalization era due to the sudden arrival of work time, as well as the circumstances of the subject often procrastination.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kehidupan subjek yang diteliti, mengenai work life balance dengan kepuasan kerja di era digitalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan informan. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling kepada 4 orang pekerja dengan penghasilan tetap di Kalimantan Timur, serta diperkuat dengan 4 orang kerabat subjek sebagai SI (Subjek Informan).  Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan mengumpulkan data, membaca referensi data terkait, melakukan coding hasil analisa data, menyajikan hasil coding dalam bentuk narasi, serta melakukan interpretasi data. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga subjek berinisial I, GA, dan YP dapat melakukan work life balance di era digitalisasi. sedangkan subjek RLH tidak dapat melakukan work life balance di era digitalisasi. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal yaitu kesadaran diri, prinsip seperti prioritas, konsistensi, fokus dan bersyukur. Serta faktor eksternal yang paling mempengaruhi yaitu dukungan keluarga, rekan kerja dan lingkungan pekerjaan. Subjek RLH tidak dapat melakukan work life balance di era digitalisasi dikarenakan waktu pekerjaan yang datang secara mendadak, serta keadaan subjek sering melakukan prokrastinasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine of the effect of country of origin and product design on purchase intention of South Korea skincare product. This study is using a quantitative approach This subject of this study was 110 consumers of South Korea skincare in X city which were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection method used are purchase intention scale, country of origin scale and design product scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression statistical tests. The results of the full model study show that there is an influence between country and origin and design product on purchase intention, namely the calculated F value = 5.074 > F table = 3.08, and p = 0.008 < 0.050. On the results of the gradual model regression test, it was found that there was a significant effect between country of origin and purchase intention, namely the value t count = -0.231 > t table = 1.982, and p = 0.014 < 0.050. Then in the design product with purchase intention, it shows that there is a significant effect with the value t count = 2.261 > t table = 1.982, and p = 0.026 < 0.050.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra negara asal dan desain produk terhadap minat beli produk perawatan kulit dari Korea Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 konsumen produk perawatan kulit dari Korea Selatan di Kota Samarinda yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala minat beli, citra negara asal, dan desain produk. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji statistik regresi model berganda. Hasil penelitian model penuh menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara citra negara asal dan desain produk terhadap minat beli yaitu dengan nilai F hitung = 5.074 > F tabel = 3.08 dan p = 0.008 < 0.050. Pada hasil uji regresi model bertahap didapatkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara citra negara asal dengan minat beli yaitu nilai t hitung = -2.486 > t tabel = 1.982, dan p = 0.014 < 0.050. Kemudian pada desain produk dengan minat beli menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan didapatkan nilai t hitung = 2.261 > t tabel = 1.982, dan p = 0.026 < 0.050.

Abstract

Student organizations are gathering places for individuals with systematic goals. One of the important skills in organizing is public speaking. However, not all members of the organization have this ability. Therefore, public speaking training was conducted to help LDK CESIMA members of Widyagama Mahakam University. This training involves several stages, including pre-activities, training activities, and evaluation. Pre-activity involves goal setting, material preparation, and facilities. Training activities involve lectures, discussions, and practice sessions. Evaluation involves assessing participants' skills and feedback. With this method, the training successfully improves the public speaking skills of members of the organization. The training results showed an increase in members' public speaking skills with an average pre-test score of 71.61 increased to 90.17 on the post-test. A Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 indicates that this increase is significant. Thus, this training is successful in improving the public speaking skills of members of the organization. The implication is that members of the organization can communicate more effectively and confidently in a variety of situations, both in internal meetings and in interacting with external parties. It can also enhance the credibility of the organization and strengthen relationships between members and other stakeholders. In addition, good public speaking skills can also open career and leadership opportunities for members in the future.Organisasi kemahasiswaan adalah tempat berkumpulnya individu dengan tujuan yang sistematis. Salah satu keterampilan penting dalam berorganisasi adalah public speaking. Namun, tidak semua anggota organisasi memiliki kemampuan ini. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan public speaking dilakukan untuk membantu anggota LDK CESIMA Universitas Widyagama Mahakam. Pelatihan ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan, termasuk pra-kegiatan, kegiatan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Pra-kegiatan melibatkan penentuan tujuan, penyiapan materi, dan fasilitas. Kegiatan pelatihan melibatkan sesi ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik. Evaluasi melibatkan penilaian keterampilan dan umpan balik peserta. Dengan metode ini, pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan public speaking anggota organisasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan public speaking anggota dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test 71.61 meningkat menjadi 90.17 pada post-test. Nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan ini signifikan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berhasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking anggota organisasi. Implikasinya, anggota organisasi dapat berkomunikasi lebih efektif dan percaya diri dalam berbagai situasi, baik dalam pertemuan internal maupun dalam berinteraksi dengan pihak eksternal. Ini juga dapat meningkatkan kredibilitas organisasi dan memperkuat hubungan antara anggota dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Selain itu, keterampilan public speaking yang baik juga dapat membuka peluang karier dan kepemimpinan bagi anggota di masa depan.

Abstract

This study explores strategies to enhance graduate employability in Indonesia’s Islamic-based universities and state universities. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with university managers, lecturers, students, and alumni, supported by documentation studies and participatory observations. Thematic coding and data triangulation were used to analyze the data, ensuring the depth and validity of findings. The results reveal distinct institutional approaches: Islamic universities emphasize character development and work ethics rooted in spiritual values through programs like tahfiz-based leadership training and religious mentoring, while state universities focus on strengthening technical competencies and industry networks through structured internships and career development centers. Despite these differences, both institutions actively align higher education with labor market needs. This research contributes to the theoretical discourse on employability by introducing a new conceptual framework that integrates spiritual values with professional skills. The framework includes three core components: values-based curriculum integration, collaborative industry engagement, and holistic graduate profiling. These findings offer insights for policymakers and educators in developing inclusive and contextually relevant higher education models in pluralistic societies. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi peningkatan daya saing lulusan di perguruan tinggi berbasis Islam dan perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pimpinan universitas, dosen, mahasiswa, dan alumni, serta didukung oleh studi dokumentasi dan observasi partisipatif. Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik pengkodean tematik dan triangulasi untuk menjamin kedalaman dan validitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pendekatan kelembagaan yang berbeda: perguruan tinggi Islam menekankan pada pembentukan karakter dan etos kerja yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual melalui program seperti pelatihan kepemimpinan berbasis tahfiz dan pembinaan keagamaan, sedangkan perguruan tinggi negeri lebih menitikberatkan pada penguatan kompetensi teknis dan jaringan profesional melalui program magang terstruktur dan pusat pengembangan karier. Meskipun memiliki perbedaan karakteristik, kedua jenis institusi sama-sama menunjukkan upaya aktif dalam menghubungkan pendidikan tinggi dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Secara akademik, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan diskursus teoretis mengenai employability dengan menawarkan kerangka konseptual baru yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual dengan keterampilan profesional. Kerangka ini mencakup tiga komponen utama: integrasi kurikulum berbasis nilai, kolaborasi strategis dengan dunia industri, dan profil lulusan yang holistik. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi para pengambil kebijakan dan pendidik dalam merancang model pendidikan tinggi yang inklusif dan kontekstual di masyarakat yang pluralistik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of compliance of consumers and driver partners with safety features contained in online transportation applications. In addition, this study also reviewed and compared the compliance of all applicators in implementing PM 12 in 2019. Applicators that are currently operating in Indonesia are: Gojek, Grab, Maxim and InDriver. This study is a literature review. This study used documentation and survey techniques in terms of collecting research data. The sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique of this study uses a descriptive method. An important finding in this study is that all applicators already have safety features but there are still some unscrupulous drivers who do not comply and there are still some consumers who do not know the safety features. Consumers who do not know the safety feature as much as 15% and who are still confused about this feature as much as 24%. The next important finding is that the gojek applicator is the applicator with the highest level of compliance of the other three applicators. Gojek has a compliance rate of up to 94%, Grab 91%, Maxim 88% and InDriver 79% in the implementation of government regulation No. 12 of 2019.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat kepatuhan konsumen dan mitra pengemudi terhadap fitur keselamatan yang terdapat di aplikasi transportasi online. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji dan membandingkan kepatuhan semua aplikator dalam menerapkan PM 12 tahun 2019. Aplikator yang saat ini sudah beroperasi di Indonesia adalah : Gojek, Grab, Maxim dan InDriver. Studi ini adalah literatur review (studi kepustakaan). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan survey dalam hal pengumpulan data penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang responden. Adapun teknik analisis data dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Temuan penting dalam penelitian ini adalah semua aplikator sudah memiliki fitur keselamatan namun masih ada beberapa oknum pengemudi yang tidak mematuhi serta masih ada beberapa konsumen yang belum mengetahui adanya fitur keselamatan. Konsumen yang belum mengetahui fitur keselamatan sebanyak 15% dan yang masih bingung dengan fitur ini sebanyak 24%. Temuan penting selanjutnya adalah aplikator gojek merupakan aplikator dengan tingkat kepatuhan tertinggi dari tiga aplikator lainnya. Gojek memiliki tingkat kepatuhan hingga 94%, Grab 91%, Maxim 88% dan InDriver 79% dalam penerapan peraturan pemerintah No 12 tahun 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shopping orientation and online store trust on impulsive purchases among students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Sciences of University X in Samarinda. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study involved 100 students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Sciences of University X in Samarinda who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The use of data collection methods is the scale of impulsive purchases, shopping orientation, and the trust of the online store. The collected data are analyzed with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows programs. The results showed that the major hypothesis was accepted, namely simultaneous shopping orientation and online store trust can predict the occurrence of impulsive purchases in students, as evidenced by a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The predicted rate is 52.9%. The first minor hypothesis is accepted, namely shopping orientation is able to predict student implusive purchases, proven by a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05), while the second minor hypothesis is accepted, namely trust in online stores able to predict student impulsiveimplusive purchases as evidenced by a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The results showed that the major hypothesis was accepted, namely simultaneous shopping orientation and online store trusts can predict the occurrence of impulsiveimpulsive purchases in students, as evidenced by the value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The positive impact of this research when people specifically read this research article is that it can increase literacy about the main factors that cause impulsive purchases, especially among students, especially caused by shopping orientation and also caused by trust in online stores. Abstract

The digital era has changed the workforce significantly, especially with the rise of online-based jobs. This study aims to analyze the enhancement of online workers' employability through the perspective of contemporary Islamic Economic Law. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study of online workers across various sectors. The findings indicate that digitalization has expanded job opportunities and introduced challenges such as income instability and a lack of legal protection. From the perspective of Islamic Economic Law, principles of justice, balance, and ethics in transactions play a crucial role in ensuring the sustainability and well-being of online workers. Therefore, appropriate regulations aligned with Islamic economic principles are needed to promote fairness and welfare for workers in the digital era. The main contribution of this study is to provide new insights into the application of Islamic Economic Law principles in the context of digital employment and offer policy recommendations to enhance the well-being of online workers. Additionally, this research contributes to developing Islamic digital economy literature and serves as a foundation for more inclusive and fair regulations for workers in the digital age.
