Abstract

Peran ibu-ibu Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) adalah memberdayakan perempuan untuk berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan kesejahteraan Indonesia. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah : (1) membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada pada mitra yaitu Ibu-Ibu PKK Tumut, Moyudan, Sleman, Yogyakarta dalam kaitannya dengan beberapa keterampilan usaha yaitu pelatihan pembuatan taplak meja jumputan; (2) untuk meningkatkan kreativitas Ibu-ibu PKK dusun Tumut dengan cara mengembangkan kain yang polos menjadi menarik dan memiliki nilai harga jual. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh ibu-ibu PKK adalah rendahnya pengetahuan dan minimnya kegiatan social preneurship, serta masih rendahnya kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan kegiatan pelatihan social preneurship yang berfokus pada pembuatan taplak meja jumputan. Model pembelajaran yang akan digunakan bersifat individual dan klasikal. Pembelajaran individual digunakan untuk tugas mandiri sedangkan klasikal digunakan pada saat pemberian materi yang bersifat teori. Metode yang digunakan yaitu: metode ceramah, demonstrasi untuk memberikan contoh dan langsung dipraktikkan serta pendampingan secara langsung ketika peserta sedang berlatih. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terbentuknya kelompok atau pribadi yang memiliki jiwa social preneurship dimana melalui rangkaian pelatihan dihasilkan beberapa produk taplak meja dan promosi mengenai kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge management, training and job satisfaction on work productivity in MSMEs in Batik Giriloyo Village, Bantul Regency, both partially and simultaneously. In this research, researchers used quantitative research methods. The number of batik making samples that will be taken from the UMKM Batik Village Giriloyo, Bantul Regency is 60 respondents. The data in this study was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that knowledge management has a negative and insignificant effect on work productivity. Training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Knowledge Management, training, and job satisfaction have a positive and simultaneous effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik, Budaya Organisasi, dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Studi Pada Biro Hukum Setda DIY. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Biro Hukum Setda DIY yang berjumlah 39 orang dengan menggunakan metode sensus sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T, uji F, dan uji R2 melalui program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Secara simultan, motivasi intrinsik, budaya organisasi, dan work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational justice, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment among community members of Kampung Batik Giriloyo, Wukirsari, Bantul, DIY. Design/methodology/approach: This study is a quantitative research, by examining the cause-and-effect relationship of the variables Organizational Justice, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment, with 42 respondents.  Data was collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1 to 5, where 1 indicated "strongly disagree" and 5 indicated "strongly agree".  The collected data is processed with the SPSS program. Research Findings: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational fairness and organizational commitment. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. (4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between organizational fairness, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Theoretical Contribution/Originality:  This integrated strategy includes a holistic approach that aims to simultaneously improve fairness, culture, and job satisfaction, which in turn will increase organizational commitment. By adopting this strategy, Paguyuban Kampung Batik Giriloyo can ensure long-term sustainability and success through the creation of an environment that supports and empowers each of its members. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance: gender as a control variable. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire with a sample size of 58 respondents or employees. The research results show that Extrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Intrinsic Motivation, Intrinsic Motivation has an influence on Job Performance, and Extrinsic Motivation has no influence on job performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the work environment, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Yogyakarta City Health Office. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Yogyakarta City Health Office as many as 50 people. In this study, researchers used a saturated sampling technique, namely a sampling technique if all populations were sampled. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is regression with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 3). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 4). Work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Human resources can be said to be internal suppliers who play a very important role in producing goods or services. The loyalty of employees in an organization is absolutely necessary for the success of the organization itself. Having quality human resources and having high loyalty to the company can empower its resources effectively, efficiently and productively. This research aims to determine the influence of democratic leadership style, intrinsic motivation, compensation and work environment on employee loyalty. This research is quantitative. The population in the study was 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sample (census). Data were collected using a questionnaire, data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, T-tests and F-tests. From the results of this research, the work environment influences employee loyalty. Compensation has no significant effect on the employee loyalty variable. Intrinsic motivation influences employee loyalty. Leadership style influences employee loyalty. Simultaneously, the influence of the work environment, compensation, intrinsic motivation and democratic leadership on employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Human resources are an asset for an organization's success and efficiency in attaining its vision and goals. Work quality will be a critical organizational factor. The purpose of this study was to discover the impact of persuasive communication, on-the-job training, and the function of informative leaders in increasing employee work quality. The research strategy employs quantitative survey methods. The study was conducted at the Dompu Regency Road Traffic and Transportation Service with a population of 200 people and a sample size of 134. The accidental sampling approach was used, along with a questionnaire study instrument. Instrument testing, including validity and reliability tests. Normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests are used to evaluate data requirements. Data analysis with multiple linear regression, statistical testing using partial tests, simultaneous tests and determination coefficient tests. According to the study's findings, leadership information and on-the-job training have considerable beneficial effects on employee work quality while persuasive communication has a marginally good effect. The findings of simultaneous tests reveal that they collectively have a considerable impact on the productivity of personnel at the Dompu Regency Road Traffic and Transportation Service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, physical work environment, and organizational culture on employees' affective commitment to the permanent employees of UST Yogyakarta. This study uses quantitative method. The population in this study were all permanent employees of UST. The number of samples was determined using the Solvin formula while the sampling technique employed accidental sampling technique. The gained data were analyzed using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The research findings show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee affective commitment with a significance value of 0.039. The physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee affective commitment with a significance value of 0.043. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee affective commitment with a significance value of 2.699. Simultaneously work discipline, physical work environment, and organizational culture affect the affective commitment of employees.

Abstract

This research is based on the decreased morale experienced by PT Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) employees in South Jakarta. This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, intrinsic motivation, and work environment on employee morale. The research method used is a non-experimental descriptive quantitative method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees of Ruangguru. Sampling technique, using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation and intrinsic motivation positively and significantly influence employee morale. The work environment is no less important, and the results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee morale. Overall, this study found that compensation, intrinsic motivation, and work environment together positively and significantly influence employee morale. The findings suggest that Ruangguru's management should pay attention to all three factors to improve employee morale, which can improve the company's overall performance.
