Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat terpengaruh oleh sumber daya manusia, karena hal tersebut merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam tercapainya tujuan dari suatu organisasi. Mengingat betapa pentingnya sumber daya manu-sia sebagian besar organisasi rela mengeluarkan modal yang besar agar mereka mempunyai SDM yang berkompeten di bidang masing-masing. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Studi pada PT. BPR Bank Bantul (Perseroda). Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan semua karyawan tetap pada PT. BPR Bank Bantul (Perseroda). Sampel penelitian adalah 90 responden, dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini dil-akukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, dan diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Metode dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang didukung dengan uji t dan uji f serta uji asumsi klasik diantaranya terdapat uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingknngan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap OCB, motivasi krja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, dan kepuasan kerja berpengarh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Serta secara simultan variabel lingkungan kerja, motivesi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpangaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di PT. BPR Bank Bantul (Perseroda).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan pengaruh secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan  deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 karyawan, dan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi berganda sebesar r = 0, 718 berarti hubungan antara motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan berada pada kategori kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut diperoleh sebesar 71,8%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa besarnya kontribusi ketiga variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 71,8%, sedangkan selebihnya 28,2% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Adapun hasil uji F dapat diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 80,776 > 2,70 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

Digitalization is essential in modern business organizations, where it transforms the operational framework and increases competitive advantage through the integration of advanced technologies. This transformation enables real-time data analysis, improves communication channels, and automates routine tasks, thereby driving innovation and efficiency that ultimately drives sustainable growth and success in a highly competitive market environment. The research observed the effect of digital leadership on team dynamics, communication effectiveness, and team performance. Data were collected by using a Likert scale questionnaire with 117 individual respondents across various business organizations in Yogyakarta and Banten, Indonesia. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS software. The results show that digital leadership has a significant effect on team dynamics and communication effectiveness. In addition, communication effectiveness has been proven to have a significantly positive effect on team performance. However, there is no direct relationship between team dynamics and performance. The results underscore the importance of strengthening digital leadership and communication effectiveness to improve team performance. Organizations should prioritize fostering a collaborative culture through digital platforms, effectively managing conflicts, and ensuring timely communication. Digital leadership should promote a participatory culture, handle conflicts adeptly, and maintain teams motivated through an effective digital approach. Lastly, organizations must provide effective digital communication tools and ensure team members understand how to use them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan, mutasi pegawai dan pelatihan kerja terhadap semangat kerja. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Populasi PLN Icon Plus Jakarta Selatan yang berjumlah 152 orang dan sampel 60 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas berdistribusi normal dan uji multikolinearitas tidak terjadi. Dengan teknik uji t parsial, uji f simultan, di nyatakan dengan hasil setiap variabel Promosi Jabatan, Mutasi Pegawai dan Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja secara Bersamaan.

Abstract

This research is to determine the influence of Motivation, Communication and Work Environment on Remote Work Satisfaction at the Yogyakarta Telecommunication Company where there are motivation problems among co-workers, resulting in a lack of good communication between fellow employees. The method used to collect data is by distributing questionnaires by distributing questions arranged in one collection to respondents. The next method is to collect data by observing or reviewing carefully and directly at the research location to determine the conditions that occur. The population of this research is employees at one of the Yogyakarta Telecommunications Companies, totaling 82 employees. The sampling technique uses Accidental Sampling, namely random sampling and analysis using SPSS 23. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between motivation and the work environment on Remote Work Satisfaction in PT employees. Telecommunications Yogyakarta and there is communication that is not significantly positive towards Remote Work Satisfaction among PT employees. Yogyakarta Telecommunications.

Abstract

This article aims to understand in depth through literature review the relationshipbetween motivation, organizational support, and organizational culture on jobsatisfaction with commitment as an intervening variable. The research method usedis a systematic literature review (SLR) using 37 articles obtained from the GoogleScholar database using the keywords "motivation, organizational support,organizational culture, job satisfaction and commitment", then reviewed one by oneeach article obtained focusing on the effect of motivation, organizational supportand organizational culture on job satisfaction with commitment as an interveningvariable. The results of research from several literature reviews provide anunderstanding that motivation, organizational support and organizational culturehave a positive effect on job satisfaction and also have a positive effect on commitment. This literature also shows that commitment is expected to mediate therelationship between motivation, organizational support and organizational cultureto job satisfaction. The results of this discovery can be used as a reference for futureempirical research

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity, job stress dan job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif atau survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling dimana diambil seluruh karyawan sebanyak 37 responden dari PT. Persada Global Energi Sukabumi Jawa Barat. Untuk menguji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dengan teknik analisis data analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas dengan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) dan koefisien determinasi (R2) serta uji F . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel job insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Job stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Dan pengaruh job insecurity, job stress dan job satisfaction secara simultan terhadap turnover intention.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja studi pada pegawai kantor wilayah badan pertanahan nasional daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan IMB statistic 25. Untuk menguji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dengan Teknik analisis data analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas dengan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) dan koifisien determinan (r2) serta uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja.

Abstract

Background: The high transmission of COVID-19 in Indonesia requires serious handling. The public is also required to be involved in preventing the transmission of Covid-19, through discipline in carrying out health protocols. From the beginning of 2020 until the middle of 2021, the COVID-19 outbreak has claimed many lives and severely hampered human activities in many sectors. The economic and education sectors have felt the negative impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, so it is necessary to conduct research related to strategic prevention efforts. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that can improve the discipline of health protocols, through efforts to increase the self-awareness of the younger generation, especially among students. Methods: Samples were taken from the student population of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UST) as many as 148 samples. Meanwhile, to get the data we used a questionnaire distributed online. Furthermore, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the proposed hypothesis. Results: Social Capital and Perception of Information Disclosure positively affect Self-Awareness. Self-Awareness has a positive effect on the Health Protocol Discipline. Meanwhile, Social Capital and Perception of Information Disclosure do not directly affect the Health Protocol Discipline. Level of Readiness: In particular, research results become strategic inputs related to government policies to create protocol discipline, especially among students. Meanwhile, in general, our research tries to provide a research model in the form of the Empirical Research Model (ERM), which is a strategic mindset in finding the right policy footing, in critical situations

Abstract

Abstrak This study objectives to analyze the motivation work, compensation and innovative behavior influnce the employee performance. Using quantitative research with saturated sampling technique with multiple regressionan analysis with classical assumption test to analyse the data with normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test. The result shows (1) work motivation has a positive effect 0.024 <0.05 significance value, means the greater the work motivation, the better the performance employee. (2) compensation has a positive effect with 0.048 <0.05 significance value, which is the greater the compensation given, the better the employee's performance. (3) innovative work behavior has a positive effect with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, that mean the better the innovative work behavior implemented, the better the employee's performance. (4) work motivation, compensation and innovative work behavior simultaneously influence employee performance with F value 65,741 and a significance value 0.000 <0.05, which means the more work motivation, compensation and innovative work behavior increases, the better the employee's performance.
