Abstract

The purpose of this study was to influence the effect of effective communication, leadership, discipline, and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Desa Nggorang di Kecamatan Komodo Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. This study used a saturated sample and non-probability sampling strategy of 40 respondents. This research is a quantitative study whose data collection process uses a questionnaire. The results showed that the Effective Communication Variable was proven to have a significant relationship with Employee Performance. There is an insignificant relationship between Leadership Variables and Employee Performance. Work discipline has an insignificant effect on employee performance. Morale significantly affects employee performance. Implications leaders can improve variables that are still low that can improve employee performance

Abstract

Employees are one of the important elements a company has. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, and discipline at work on organizational loyalty in CV Mitra Tehknik employees. In this research, quantitative methods were used, data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires using hard files. The population in this study were employees of CV Mitra Teknik located in Semin, Gunungkidul. The sample in this study amounted to 57 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. This research produces: (1) loyalty to the organization is not influenced by intrinsic motivation, this can be seen from the calculated value of the intrinsic motivation variable, namely 0.686 with a relevant level of 0.496 > 0.05; (2) there is a negative impact on job satisfaction and is not relevant to organizational commitment, this can be seen from the t-calculated value of the job satisfaction variable -1.193 with a relevant level of 0.238 > 0.05; (3) there is a negative and irrelevant impact on organizational loyalty, this can be seen from the calculated value of the discipline variable at work -1.238 > 0.05; (4) there is a positive and relevant impact on work motivation on organizational loyalty, this can be seen from the t-count value of the work motivation variable -1.193 with a relevant level of 0.238 > 0.05; (5) there is a positive impact on job satisfaction and is relevant to organizational loyalty, this can be seen from the tcount value of 05; (3) discipline at work has a positive and relevant impact on organizational loyalty, as evidenced by the t value of 2.958 with a relevance level of 0.004 < 0.05; (4) intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, and discipline at work simultaneously have a positive and relevant impact on organizational loyalty, as evidenced by the fcount value of 6.169 with a relevance level of 0.001 < 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of self-control, cyberloafing, and work motivation on the performance of Gen Z employees in Yogyakarta City. It is a quantitative research study. The population studied encompasses all Gen Z employees working in the Yogyakarta region, born between 1996 and 2012. The researcher employed a questionnaire to gather data, utilizing a Likert scale for measurement. The study targeted employees aged 18-25 or Gen Z individuals working in Yogyakarta. Data analysis was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings indicate that self-control does not significantly affect the performance of Gen Z employees in Yogyakarta City, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.917 > 0.05. Similarly, cyberloafing does not significantly impact the performance of Gen Z employees in Yogyakarta City, supported by a significance value of 0.878 > 0.05. However, work motivation shows a significant positive influence on the performance of Gen Z employees in Yogyakarta City, as supported by a significance value of 0.016 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the work environment, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Yogyakarta City Health Office. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Yogyakarta City Health Office as many as 50 people. In this study, researchers used a saturated sampling technique, namely a sampling technique if all populations were sampled. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is regression with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 3). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 4). Work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, motivation and compensation on employee work productivity at PT Madu Baru Bantul. The population and sample used were all 80 employees of PT Madu Baru Bantul using the saturated sampling method. Data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between work environment variables, motivation and work compensation on the work productivity of PT Madu Baru Bantul employees.

Abstract

One indicator that can describe the general standard of living of society is poverty. Social inequality and poverty are problems faced by some communities. In Bantul Regency, the percentage of poor people from 2019-2021 continues to increase. There are still many rice farming households that have quite large expenses. The amount of this expenditure is due to the number of family members. With the same level of income, a farming family that has a relatively large number of family members is likely to have a lower welfare level than the welfare level of a farming family with a smaller number of family members. This research aims to analyze the level of welfare of rice farming families in Sewon District, Bantul Regency. The method in this research is quantitative descriptive. Based on the research results, it was found that 44.90% were included in the Prosperous Family III Plus, 8.16% were included in the Prosperous Family III, 8.16% were included in the Prosperous Family II, 10.20% were included in the Prosperous Family I, and 28.57% were included Pre-Prosperous Family.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethic, work climate, and work motivation on employee performance. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and multiple linear regression as a data analysis tool. The research sample is 50 with saturated sampling technique. The findings of the research are stimulants that the independent variables, namely, work ethic, work climate and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work motivation, work environment, and work stress on employee job satisfaction. This research method uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees working at the East Flores Regency Industry and Trade Office, totalling 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling. The data source of this research is primary data. Test the quality of the data using validity test, reliability test. and Classical Assumption Test. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Statistical Test T, Statistical Test F. The research finding are simultaneously the variables of work motivation, work environment, and work stress have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of job knowledge on job satisfaction of sanggar jumputan maharani employees , 2) the influence of motivation on job satisfaction of employees of sanggar jumputan maharani and 3) the influence of job knowledge and motivation on job satisfaction of sanggar jumputan maharani employees.The population of this study was 30 permanent employees of the sanggar jumputan maharani yogyakarta. The number of Samples used was 30 respondents of permanent employees of the sanggar jumputan maharani celeban yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The data was analyzed by using IBM SPSS Version 25 applications. The results of this study show that the variability of job knowledge (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a value of 5,722. Then the variable motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a value of 6,146. The variables Job knowledge (X1) and motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0.624. So it can be concluded that all variables in this study have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how extrinsic motivation, compensation, and the working environment affect the job satisfaction of the staff of the Mountainkidul District Liaison Service. Using a purposeful selection strategy, 30 employees remain as samples of this research. The questionnaire was distributed to the permanent staff of the Mountainkidul District Liaison Service to be filled in for data collection purposes. The study includes the use of validity tests, reliability tests, conventional hypothesis tests, t tests, f tests, and determination coefficients tests. In data analysis, linear analysis is often used. According to research, extrinsic motivation has negative and insignificant influences, compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction, while the working environment has a negative and non-significant impact.
