Abstract

Surat Keterangan Asal (SKA) atau Certificate of Origin adalah dokumen resmi yang menunjukkan negara asal suatu produk atau barang ekspor. Dokumen ini sangat penting dalam perdagangan internasional, termasuk dalam pemenuhan persyaratan pabean, penentuan tarif pajak impor, dan pemantauan perdagangan internasional. Pemerintah Indonesia mengembangkan layanan Sistem Penerbitan Surat Keterangan Asal Elektronik (e-SKA) untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi para eksportir dalam pengajuan untuk penerbitan SKA. Dalam implementasinya ternyata masih terdapat keluhan-keluhan dari eksportir pengguna Sistem e-SKA. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh pada kepuasan eksportir pengguna sistem e-SKA, termasuk kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan dalam penerbitan SKA. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh melalui survei terhadap para eksportir di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan metoda regresi linearberganda dan analisis deskriptif.Dari analisis regresi diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Kualitas Sistem, variabel KualitasInformasi, dan variabel Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Eksportir, baik pengaruh ketiga variabel secara simultan maupun pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial. Abstract

This research explores the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction in the creative industry in Asia, which is known for its unique dynamics and challenges. In this context, transformational leadership, characterized by the leader's ability to inspire, motivate, and empower employees, is viewed as a key factor in enhancing job satisfaction. This research aims to understand how elements of transformational leadership, such as a clear vision, effective communication, and attention to individual needs, can contribute to employees' feelings of satisfaction and engagement in their work. The research methods used include surveys and in-depth interviews with employees and leaders from various creative sectors, including art, media, and design. The collected data were analyzed to identify significant patterns and relationships between leadership practices and job satisfaction levels. The research results show that leaders who implement transformational leadership strategies not only succeed in creating a work environment that supports innovation and creativity but also enhance employee motivation and commitment. Most respondents reported that they felt more engaged and satisfied when working under leaders who adopted this approach. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations in designing effective leadership strategies in the creative sector, as well as highlighting the importance of paying attention to individual needs in the effort to achieve organizational goals. Thus, this research not only contributes to the academic literature on leadership and job satisfaction but also provides practical guidance for leaders and managers in enhancing job satisfaction in dynamic and creative environments. The recommendations generated from this research can help organizations in building a positive and productive work culture, thereby contributing to long-term success in the creative industry.

Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIM-RS) dapat menyediakan informasi dibutuhkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pada berbagai level di rumah sakit yang mana dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pengambilan keputusan manajemen rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan SIM-RS terhadap manfaat (Net Benefit) dalam pelayanan di RS Bhayangkara TK III Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) terhadap 137 staf di RS Bhayangkara TK III Banda Aceh yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIM-RS, serta pengaruh langsung kepuasan pengguna terhadap manfaat SIM-RS. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan terhadap manfaat yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pengguna. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, serta memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap manfaat yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pengguna. Disarankan agar rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan SIM-RS agar memperoleh manfaat yang lebih besar terhadap rumah sakit karena manfaat SIM-RS sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan pengguna dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Tingginya klaim pending BPJS akibat kekurangan dokumen dan kesalahan koding menjadi tantangan dalam pengelolaan klaim di RS Bhayangkara Balikpapan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, implementasi RME berbasis SIMRS Khanza di rawat inap yang dimulai pada Agustus 2024 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan klaim BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana implementasi RME berdampak pada penurunan klaim pending BPJS rawat inap di RS Bhayangkara Balikpapan. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan diagnosis tingkat organisasi. Data diambil pada Desember 2024. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan wawancara mendalam pada 20 informan. Sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari laporan BAHV klaim BPJS rawat inap pelayanan Januari sampai Oktober 2024. Analisis interaktif dilakukan dengan triangulasi data primer dan sekunder untuk mendapatkan data yang valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi RME memberikan kemudahan pengumpulan dokumen dan meningkatkan akurasi koding INA-CBG sehingga berhasil menurunkan klaim pending dari 18,7% menjadi 14,3%, serta mempercepat waktu pengajuan klaim 1-2 hari dibanding metode manual. Namun kendala teknis (jaringan tidak stabil, keterbatasan komputer, dan keterbatasan fitur SIMRS) serta kendala non-teknis (resistensi staf dan kurangnya kompetensi SDM) masih menjadi hambatan. Kesimpulan, RME efektif menurunkan klaim pending melalui perbaikan administrasi dan efisiensi waktu. Disarankan optimalisasi fitur SIMRS, penguatan infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan staf dan pendampingan DPJP senior serta evaluasi berkala dapat dilakukan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan sistem dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan klaim BPJS secara menyeluruh. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the educational model in the development of zero waste skills at the Change Archipelago stall in Jati Sampurna Village, South Bekasi. The research approach is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the profile of the changes in the archipelago stalls in the Jati Sampurna Village were stalls that sold various types of used goods and had implemented the zero waste principle well. However, the zero waste skills possessed by lapak members still need to be improved. Implementing an educational model for developing zero waste skills at the Simpan Nusantara lapak has proven to be effective in increasing the zero waste skills of lapak members. Obstacles in implementing the educational model include the lack of support and awareness from lapak members. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the implemented educational model can be improved by involving experts and zero-waste practitioners. The Archipelago's Change Static is expected to continue applying the zero waste principle and strengthen customer communication. Future research can explore a more appropriate educational model to improve zero waste skills in lapak members and involve a more comprehensive sample.

Abstract

Klaim tunda rawat inap pasien BPJS masih menjadi masalah yang memengaruhi efisiensi pelayanan rumah sakit dan aliran kas. Faktor yang diduga memengaruhi klaim tunda meliputi aspek koding, aspek medis, dan aspek administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketiga aspek tersebut terhadap klaim tunda rawat inap di RSU Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari klaim rawat inap pasien BPJS yang diajukan di RSU Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang pada tahun 2024. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi logistik berganda untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh aspek koding, aspek medis, dan aspek administrasi terhadap klaim tunda. Nilai R² digunakan untuk mengetahui proporsi variasi klaim tunda yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek medis memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap klaim tunda (p sama dengan 0,001), sedangkan aspek koding dan aspek administrasi secara individual tidak signifikan, namun memiliki efek protektif. Analisis gabungan ketiga variabel menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap klaim tunda dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 dan R² sebesar 30%, yang berarti 30% variasi klaim tunda dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga aspek, sedangkan 70% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan aspek medis merupakan faktor paling dominan dalam mengurangi risiko klaim tunda, sementara aspek koding dan administrasi mendukung efektivitas pencegahan klaim tunda. Secara simultan, ketiga aspek tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap klaim tunda rawat inap pasien BPJS di RSU Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Rumah sakit disarankan meningkatkan akurasi koding, kelengkapan administrasi, dan integrasi sistem teknologi untuk mempercepat proses klaim. Penelitian selanjutnya dianjurkan menggunakan pendekatan mix method dan kerangka 5M untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi klaim, serta mempertimbangkan penelitian multi-situs atau longitudinal untuk generalisasi temuan.

Abstract

The steadily increasing elderly population demands the strengthening of community-based empowerment programs, including digital literacy. This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the Senior School Pintar (SSP) program in enhancing digital literacy and independence among the elderly in East Jakarta. The program was implemented for 25 elderly participants across 65 urban villages, totaling 1,625 participants, conducted over 6 months (12 learning sessions) from April to September 2025 using a hybrid learning approach. The evaluation design utilized a simple one-group pre-test and post-test method with skill observation instruments and satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed an increase in the digital capabilities of the elderly, including: WhatsApp usage increased from 35% to 85%, video call proficiency from 20% to 75%, access to health information from 25% to 80%, and digital self-confidence from 30% to 88%. A total of 92% of participants expressed satisfaction with the program. Furthermore, there was an improvement in the understanding of healthy lifestyles and social participation among the elderly. In conclusion, the SSP program has proven effective as a digital literacy-based empowerment model for the elderly and has the potential to be replicated at other community levels

Abstract

Background: Global challenges such as climate change, food crises, and massive urbanization demand innovative solutions. Vertical Green Entrepreneurship (VGE), which combines vertical farming technologies (hydroponics, aeroponics, aquaponics) with green entrepreneurship principles, offers a sustainable answer by utilizing limited urban space to produce fresh agricultural products, reduce carbon footprints, and create economic opportunities. Objective: This activity aims to develop a collaborative thinking framework across generations and disciplines in implementing VGE, including the development of agricultural product systems, integrated mobile-based monitoring technology, and a dual marketing system (agro-tourism visits and direct sales). Methods: The activity was conducted directly at the VGE site, Ladang Farm Technology. The approach employed collaboration between the younger generation (university students) and the elderly (lecturers entering retirement), enabling the implementation of an integrated technology system from upstream (agriculture) to downstream (marketing). Results: The VGE concept emerges as an innovative and sustainable solution. However, optimizing its application requires a holistic and collaborative approach. The unique synergy between the younger generation (Gen Z & Millennials) and the elderly generation (Baby Boomers & Gen X) is key to success. This cross-generational collaboration is not only strategic but also essential for creating sustainable impact. Conclusion: Cross-generational and cross-disciplinary collaboration is key to optimizing VGE. A holistic approach from production to technology-based marketing enhances the effectiveness of green entrepreneurship and creates sustainable economic and environmental impacts

Abstract

Standard operating procedures and clinical protocols do not solely determine hospital performance; it is also significantly influenced by internal organizational factors, such as leadership style and organizational culture, as well as individual factors, including knowledge, attitudes, and skills. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) and qualitative semi-structured interviews. A total of 191 nurses were selected by simple random sampling, and three key informants (a senior nurse, a junior nurse, and a nurse manager) were interviewed. Quantitative data were analyzed for validity, reliability, path coefficients, and effect sizes. Qualitative data were analyzed using thematic coding and triangulated with observation. All five variables—leadership, organizational culture, knowledge, attitudes, and skills—significantly influenced performance (p < 0.05). Leadership and skills had the largest effect sizes (f² = 0.655 and 0.798, respectively). Organizational culture, knowledge, and attitudes had smaller yet meaningful effects. The qualitative findings supported those of the quantitative data, indicating that leadership and a collaborative organizational culture enhanced motivation and coordination, thereby improving performance. These findings support integrating Human Relations Theory, Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Theory X and Y, and Dual Process Theory to understand performance development in hospitals. The interplay between structural and personal factors shapes hospital performance.
