<![CDATA[Salah satu bentuk dari fenomena politik lokal adalah lahirnya orang-orang kuat lokal yang mempengaruhi pemilihan di tingkat lokal. Fenomena local strongman juga terjadi pada Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, dimana Sukarmis merupakan Mantan Bupati Kuantan Singingiii memiliki latar belakang sebagai senior politik mendorong Andi Putra untuk maju menjadi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kunatan Singingi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Sukarmis dalam mendukung kemenangan Andi Putra sebagai Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kabpaten Kuantan Singingi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah local strongman dalam politik lokal tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh orang kuat lokal yang berperan diluar struktur pemerintahan atau struktur politik. Akan tetapi local strongman dapat berperan dalam struktur birokrasi dan struktur politik bahkan mampu berperan dalam struktur politik dan struktur pengusaha. Kemenangan Andi tidak terlepas dari pengaruh Sukarmis yang dipandang sebagai senior politik dan tokoh politik di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, ditambah lagi bahwa Andi adalah Putra dari Sukarmis.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify, explain and describe the Political Communication of the Regional Representative Council of Pekanbaru City in Carrying Out the Legislation Function in 2014-2019. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Determination of informants from this study using purposive informant selection technique, while the object of this research is the Political Communication of the Regional Representative Council of Pekanbaru City in Carrying Out the Legislation Function. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. In achieving the validity of the data in this study, participation extension and triangulation were used. The first research results, political communicators in carrying out the legislative functions of the Pekanbaru City DPRD in 2014-2019 were only carried out by members of the Pekanbaru City DPRD during a recess which was carried out in their electoral area. The Regional Regulation Formation Agency should have played a very large role in carrying out its legislative function because it could directly receive and convey information related to the Draft Regional Regulation which is still in the process of being discussed with the Pekanbaru City Government. Second, the message in carrying out the legislative function of the Pekanbaru City DPRD in 2014-2019 has not been implemented effectively, the two-way communication between the Pekanbaru City DPRD and the community has not been maximal. There are still people who do not know the information related to the Draft Regional Regulation that is being discussed and the lack of public information regarding the Regional Regulation that has been passed. Third, the media used in carrying out the legislative function of the Pekanbaru City DPRD uses printed media, namely newspapers, but it is still not running optimally as well as social media managed by the Pekanbaru City DPRD such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Social media has not maximally published activities related to the implementation of the legislative function. Fourth, the target audience in carrying out the legislative function is the people of Pekanbaru City. However, the legislative function is still not very effective because the public is not very enthusiastic about the activities carried out by the Pekanbaru City DPRD.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pengembangan kelembagaan petani karet dalam penyelenggaraan modal sosial petani perkebunan karet. Metode yang digunakan dengan metode kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara, pengamatan, FGD. Validitas data dilakukan dengan triagulasi data atau sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kelembagaan petani perkebunan karet berbasis modal sosial mereka lakukan dengan upaya diri sendiri terbangun secara sukarela terwujud dalam bentuk modal budaya, modal manusia dan modal ekonomi. Jejaring sosial dan norma yang sudah ada masih belum kuat di samping mayoritas petani perkebunan karet karena dalam menjalankan fungsi organisasi belum berjalan secara optimal. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa modal sosial menjadi kekuatan bagi petani perkebunan karet sampai hari ini masih bertahan. Penelitian dapat menjadi rujukan bagi peneliti berikutnya bahwa dalam kelembagaan petani modal sosial dapat dijadikan sebagai subjek atau objek penelitian bidang sosial.]]>

<![CDATA[Eri Abdulrohim merupakan seorang da’i yang juga merupakan seorang trainer, konsultan yang populer dengan dakwah melalui media sosial Tiktok. Ia dikenal sebagai Ustadz yang rajin mengunggah konten berkenaan dengan pengobatan melalui Ruqyah Syar’iyah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana penggunaan media sosial khususnya pada konten Ruqyah Syar’iyah di Tiktok sebagai sarana dakwah Ustadz Eri Abdulrohim. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Netnografi yang menitikberatkan pengamatan pada subjek penelitian di media sosial Tiktok. Objek penelitian adalah konten yang berupa video bertema Ruqyah Syari’iyah pada akun Tiktok @eriabdulrohim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari seluruh konten video dakwah Ustadz Eri Abdulrohim di Tiktok sejak 2021, terdapat 3 Video yang tinggi jumlah viewersnya dan viral karena mengangkat tema Ruqyah Syar’iyah. Unggahan konten yang paling diminati netizen berisi terapi ayat Alqur’an untuk penyembuhan dari sihir. Selain itu, konten dakwah di Tiktok ustadz Eri memberikan kontribusi baru karena dikemas singkat, sesuai fenomena terkini, dan sesuai dengan syariat Islam.]]>

<![CDATA[This service aims to provide institutional strengthening of traditional villages in the administration, development and service to the community in Lubuk Jering Village, Sungai Mandau District. The problem that occurs is due to increasingly complex systems of life in the midst of indigenous village communities as a result of the influence of urbanization from other regions. Traditional villages in Siak Regency are one form of traditional government system in Indonesia that has undergone many changes. The change concerns various aspects of social life that touch the values, norms, attitudes and patterns of behavior of the people. The method used is the extension method. The implementation of community service in the context of strengthening customary institutions in Lubuk Jering Village, Mandau District can be concluded to have successfully provided counseling. This success was demonstrated, among others, by the compatibility of the material with the needs of village government officials and the community in an effort to strengthen Then there was a positive response (70%) of participants based on the questionnaire distributed, which was indicated by the questions and responses given during the service. Most of the participants understood the importance of strengthening adat institutions in Kampung Lubuk Jering, Sungai Mandau District, Siak Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Cases that occur in Kuansing RegencyMiningin general are Type C mining that is still illegal or not licensed resulting in the exploitation of natural sand and gravel resources by business entities or individuals who do not have permits. The study of local political economy discusses how the local government is able to produce policies on licensing and local tax distribution to mining businesses so that it can become one of the localgovernment revenue. The method in this study is to use literature research and research resources using the study of documents, media and legal products. The results of this study show that the Local Political Economy can develop depending on the results of policies made by the Local Government, for example in mining tax policy and licensing startegi designed as well as the synergy of government and business in the form of kuantan singingi regency government, but in practice there are still many illegal mining and do not have permits, due to the lack of firmness of the Local Government so that people feel free to do mining without having to get permission.]]>

<![CDATA[Regional expansion is carried out on the basis of considerations to improve services to the community, improve the management of regional potential, and improve the welfare of the community. Along with the dynamics of community development in the reform era, the phenomenon of the community's desire to form new autonomous regions (both Province, Regency/City) emerged. One of them is Indragiri Hilir Regency which will expand into South Indragiri as a new autonomous region.Indragiri Hilir Regency is considered feasible to expand, considering its very wide geographical conditions. In addition, many areas are separated by rivers so that access to the capital city as a service center is difficult to reach.This study aims to determine the dynamics of local elites in fighting for the expansion of South Indragiri Regency and to find out the feasibility of the expansion, as well as the obstacles to the expansion of South Indragiri which have not been developed until now. The Political Theory of Regional Government used in the study acts as a reinforcement so that the researcher is able to explain the research data. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study indicate that first, the dynamics of the local elite and the community in fighting for the expansion of South Indragiri Regency have made efforts to expand their area so that the community can get more services. Second, the preparation of administrative requirements for South Indragiri Regency is ready to be expanded. This preparation must prepare human resource development efforts. Third, the slow process of division of South Indragiri Regency is caused by the moratorium on the formation of new autonomous regions (DOB) from the central government. <![CDATA[Migrant residents are residents who come as a result of relocation from outside the Siak Regency area to live permanently or temporarily, having fulfilled the stipulated conditions. In accordance with the data obtained which states that the West Perawang Village illustrates that the immigrant community in West Perawang Village who does not have a temporary permanent permit card, a certificate of moving from the place of origin while in Siak Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2002 Article 37 explains the Arrival of Citizens Indonesia caused by migration within or outside the Siak Regency area must be registered with the local lurah/village within a period of no later than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the moving certificate. The purpose of this research is to implement the migrant population registration policy which is expected to provide a solution to overcome the problem of high immigrant population development in this area. It can be seen that the implementation of the migrant population registration policy is expected to provide a solution to overcome the problem of high immigrant population development in this area. <![CDATA[The customary village is a government unit that is managed by the customary community and has the right to manage the territory (ulayat rights) and the life of the community in the environment of the customary village. Kampung Kuala Gasib was chosen to be one of the traditional villages in the Siak distric. The socio-cultural life of Kampung Kuala Gasib is heterogeneous, where there are many different tribes who live side by side, in the economic life of the people of Kuala Gasib Village, the majority of which are in the oil palm plantation sector and make oil palm the main commodity in this area. The purpose of this research is to see the socio-economic correlation with the level of social welfare based on the level of employment, level of education, social groups, and assets that the community owns to support their socio-economic life. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, and the validity of the data uses the census method. The results showed that the welfare level of the community was still mostly in the middle to lower class, with the dominant occupation rate being farmers at 11% and those who did not work at 37%.]]>
