Abstract

*English* In general, the marketing pattern applied by business actors is only profit-oriented, leaving the priority of empowerment and education for the community. In the current era of globalization, the business and economic world faces great challenges.  Technological progress is inevitable. Islam of course also regulates how to do business properly and correctly. In the Islamic business, marketing procedures are also considered to be in accordance with the rules as well as those applied by Oriflame Resellers Jogjakarta using marketing that is classified as traditional such as the printed catalog, Oriflame Resellers change the concept of marketing management by using the help of information technology and communication through social media. This study uses qualitative methodology that will produce descriptive data consisting of observed behavior, interviews, and documentation. The result of this research is that Oriflame Jogjakarta resellers use interaction between individuals through their respective social media accounts or what is called personal selling or individually resellers introduce products needed by consumers. While the sale of resellers' products still raises the wasteful nature of consumers, this is also supported by social media that makes it easier for consumers to get the desired product even though it is not needed.                                                                                                                  *Indonesia* Pada umumnya, pola pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh pelaku usaha hanya berorientasi terhadap profit belaka, dengan meninggalkan keutamaan pemberdayaan dan edukasi bagi masyarakat. Era globalisasi saat ini, dunia bisnis dan ekonomi menghadapi tantangan yang besar.  Kemajuan teknologi menjadi hal yang tidak dapat dihindari. Islam tentunya juga mengatur cara berbisnis dengan baik dan benar. Dalam bisnis islam tatacara pemasaran juga diperhatikan agar sesuai dengan kaidah begitu juga yang diterapkan oleh Reseller Oriflame Jogjakarta menggunakan pemasaran yang tergolong tradisional seperti katalog cetak tersebut, Reseller Oriflame mengubah konsep pengelolaan pemasaran dengan menggunakan bantuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui media sosial. Pada konsep pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Oriflame, bagaimana Islam meninjau praktik pemasaran tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif yang akan menghasilkan suatu data deskriptif terdiri dari prilaku seseorang yang diamati, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah  reseller Oriflame Jogjakarta menggunakan interaksi antar individu melalui akun social media mereka masing-masing atau yang disebut dengan personal selling atau secara individu reseller mengenalkan produk-produk yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen. sedangkan pada penjualan produk para reseller masih memunculkan sifat boros konsumen, hal ini juga didukung dengan media sosial yang memudahkan konsumen untuk mendapatkan produk yang diinginkan walaupun tidak dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Saat ini pelaku usaha pada UMKM sering kali menyampingkan legalitas usaha dari usaha yang mereka jalankan, hal ini dikarenakan kesibukan mereka tiap harinya dengan berjualan dan minimnya pengetahuan tentang perizinan usaha. Saat ini pendaftaran legalitas usaha juga dilakukan secara mudah melalui OSS (One Single Submission) dari Kementrian Investasi dengan mendaftarkan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), dengan adanya NIB maka UMKM tersebut diakui secara resmi oleh pemerintah dan dapat melaksanakan kegiatan berusahanya secara sah. Graciata Taylor merupakan UMKM yang bergerak dibidang jasa jahit pakaian pesanan. Pada Tahun 2023 Graciata Taylor berkesampatan menerima bantuan modal kerja dari Lembaga Zakat Infaq dan Sadaqah (LAZIS) Assalam Fil Alamin (ASFA) melalui tim dari Universitas Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan sosialisasi urgensitas dari legalitas yang harus dimiliki oleh UMKM Graciata Taylor, serta melakukan pendampingan pendaftaran NIB. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi, pendampingan pendaftaran NIB, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan dilakukan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pembuatan NIB oleh tim dengan baik, meskipun ada kendala dari NIB terbit yang belum terverifikasi dikarenakan adanya risiko dari jasa pelaku usaha yang menengah tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the benefits of using QRIS as a non-cash transaction tool for MSME players to realize MSMEs go digital. QRIS is a new innovation launched by Bank Indonesia in collaboration with the Indonesian Payment System Association which was launched on the 74th independence day of the Republic of Indonesia, namely August 17, 2019. This research uses a library approach. The results of this study show that the benefits of using QRIS have a major influence on the development of the Sharia economy, especially Muslim MSME players.

Abstract

Praktik penggunaan teknologi atau jaringan internanet melalui industri perdagangan secara online atau biasa yang disebut e-commerce ini  memiliki jaringan pasar dan sasaran penjual dan pembeli yang sangat luas dan dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh semua orang dari berbagai kalangan  dan setiap saat. Hal ini menyebabkan transaksi perdagangan barang dan jasa melalui internet semakin meningkat jumlahnya sering dengan meningkatnya pengguna internet. E-commerce memberikan peluang terhadap pelaku usaha baru untuk memasuki pasar tanpa adanya hambatan karena media internet dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh semua orang, sehingga dapat terjadi penurunan hambaran pasar (entry barrier). Semakin banyaknya pelaku usaha yang melakukan kegiatan usaha, maka semakin kompetitif suatu pasar. Pada Tahapan yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan beberapa Persiapan yang dilakukan diantaranya; Melaksanakan  FGD (Forum Group Discussions). pelatihan system pemasaran dengan e-commerce “Shopee”,  melakukan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM dalam pemahaman dan penggunaan aplikasi pemasaran di e-commerce shopee, mulai dari registrasi, pembuatan “Toko online” pada akun, cara posting barang, dan informasi layanan yang ada dishopee untuk penjual dan  memonitoring perkembangan dari pelaksanaan penjualan e-commerce. Pelaku UMKM tas anyaman yang sebelumnya hanya mengadalkan system penjualan manual, yakni menunggu konsumen untuk datang langsung ke rumah penjual ataupun menunggu saat ada momen bazar saat ini mereka dapat melakukan penjualan dengan cara digital pada e-commerce.

Abstract

 Abstract            This study aims to determine the effect of the perception of maslahah on compulsive buying behavior This research is a quantitative research by integrating the dimensions of maslahah perception into the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model. TPB is an integrated model that consists of four predictors of behavior, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control (PBC), and intentions to behave. Sampling using Purposive Sampling, that is 200 respondents. To measure the variables using the Continuous rate scale.  While the data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using Smart PLS 2.0 (Partial Least Square) software. The results of the study said that the maslahah perception construct had a significant effect on the attitude construct even though it was weak at 5.5%. Which means there are still about 94.5% of the attitude variables are influenced by other factors. Then the attitude construct has a significant effect on the compulsive buying behavior construct of 47.6%, which means that there are still around 52.4% of the variable Compulsive Buying Behavior which can be explained from other factors. While the construct of subjective norms and behavioral control has no effect on compulsive buying behavior. The reason for the rejection of these two hypotheses is thought to be because Muslim communities who have high subjective norms and behavioral control do not change their behavior in compulsive buying to be higher.Keywords: Maslahah, Compulsive Buying, Theory of Planned Behaviour

Abstract

**English**Violations related to the capital market are special criminal acts as shown by various types of violations. These violators can be committed by various parties including directors, commissioners, and other manager-level officials; professionals such as brokers, investment advisors, accountants, lawyers, and appraisers; and issuers or public companies that are affected themselves. Such as violations committed by investment managers that give rise to investment risks felt by investors, such as Providing false information that deceives investors In order to maintain the stability of activities in the capital market, it is necessary to have Legal protection can be defined as actions that seek to prevent and punish and provide sanctions.  In this study, a literature method with an empirical studies approach is used.  The results of this study show that there are various forms of protection for actors in the capital market. By safeguarding their investments, the Investor Protection Fund (DPP) provides confidence and security to investors when they are involved in the capital market. According to Article 110 paragraph (1) of the Capital Market Law, market violations include operations carried out without OJK permission, investment managers who receive money illegally, and attempts to thwart OJK inspections. because in the capital market, the role of the OJK carries out its 3 functions, namely rule making, adjudicatory, and investigatory to support its responsibilities so that it is carried out properly For violations and crimes in the capital market, the Capital Market Law applies three types of sanctions, there are civil sanction, criminal sanction, and witness administrative. **Indonesia**Pelanggaran yang terkait dengan pasar modal merupakan tindak pidana khusus yang ditunjukkan dengan berbagai jenis pelanggaran. Pelanggar ini dapat dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak termasuk direksi, komisaris, dan pejabat setingkat manajer lainnya; profesional seperti broker, penasihat investasi, akuntan, pengacara, dan penilai; dan emiten atau perusahaan publik yang terkena dampaknya sendiri. Seperti pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh manajer investasi yang menimbulkan risiko investasi yang dirasakan oleh investor, seperti Memberikan informasi palsu yang menipu investor Dalam rangka menjaga stabilitas kegiatan di pasar modal, perlu memiliki Perlindungan hukum dapat didefinisikan sebagai tindakan yang berusaha mencegah dan menghukum serta memberikan sanksi.  Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode literatur dengan pendekatan studi empiris.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai bentuk perlindungan bagi pelaku di pasar modal. Dengan menjaga investasinya, Dana Perlindungan Investor (DPP) memberikan kepercayaan dan keamanan kepada investor ketika mereka terlibat di pasar modal. Menurut Pasal 110 ayat (1) UU Pasar Modal, pelanggaran pasar meliputi operasi yang dilakukan tanpa izin OJK, manajer investasi yang menerima uang secara ilegal, dan upaya menggagalkan pemeriksaan OJK. karena di pasar modal, peran OJK menjalankan 3 fungsinya, yaitu pembuatan peraturan, ajudikasi, dan penyidikan untuk mendukung tanggung jawabnya agar terlaksana dengan baik Untuk pelanggaran dan kejahatan di pasar modal, UU Pasar Modal menerapkan tiga jenis sanksi, ada sanksi perdata, sanksi pidana, dan saksi administratif.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi media pemasaran digital dalam memperkuat kompetitivitas UMKM kuliner di Desa Bangunrejo, Ponorogo. Metode kegiatan terdiri dari 3  kegiatan antara lain; pertama,pelaksanaan sosialisasi dengan teknis observasi masalah dan melakukan wawancara, kedua, pendampingan digital marketing yang terdiri dari kegiatan pembuatan akun Instagram, pelatihan dalam mengunggah konten ke Instagram, dan ketiga, monitoring aktivitas, dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat minimnya pemanfaatan media digital marketing untuk alat promosi oleh UMKM kuliner Desa Bangunrejo. Namun, dengan penerapan strategi pemasaran digital melalui Instagram, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM kuliner. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan pengenalan merek UMKM kuliner di media sosial, terbukti dari peningkatan penjualan sebesar 10%. Diharapkan penggunaan media digital dapat terus ditingkatkan sebagai bagian integral dari strategi pemasaran UMKM kuliner, sehingga dapat berdampak baik dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi sektor peningkatan ekonomi lokal

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology was increasingly. Which can be used as one of the media in efforts to develop business ventures. One form of technological innovation is in the form of promoting products produced through digital marketing strategies by utilizing social media by using Islamic Marketing. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the use of digital marketing through social media as marketing strategy at the Cianjur grilled fish restaurant as an effort to develop business at the restaurant. This type of research is using qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The research data is in the form of primary data obtained through interviews with one of the managers at the Cianjur grilled fish restaurant who has used digital marketing to market their products and has succeeded in increasing sales turnover, while secondary data is obtained from journals, books and literature studies related to digital marketing for business people. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this study is that the use of digital marketing strategies through social media is very influential on business development in Cianjur grilled fish restaurants, because the application of digital marketing causes businesses to be recognized more quickly by the public so that this becomes one of the factors for business development as a whole fast

Abstract

There are many problems in Islamic civil transactions, including muamalah activities carried out in the midst of society when running a business. This time the role of agreement law (contract) in the settlement of business disputes between the parties in the contract agreement, in which the dispute will be vulnera-ble to occur in a business relationship, due to the absence of good faith, the desire to increase the profits that can be achieved, and the existence of default, which is not closing the possibility of a loss experi-enced by one of the parties in the business relationship who entered into the agreement or contract, there-fore the law of the agreement (contract) is very necessary in order to protect the parties in the business re-lationship so as not to experience losses that can occur at any time. . This research method uses library research that takes references from several literatures. The results of this study are that at the beginning of business activities there must be a law of agreement or often referred to as a contract to guard so that a business relationship can run well, according to what is desired and agreed upon by the parties who make an agreement or contract. Abstract

Population movement between islands in Indonesia is known as transmigration. Since the colonial era, this program has existed, even pioneered by the Dutch government for the first time with the aim of obtaining more colonial benefits. Currently, the transmigration program is growing rapidly in the eyes of the Indonesian government. Even the people themselves also volunteered to carry out transmigration in order to get better livelihoods in new areas. Not infrequently among these communities who experience difficulties during the beginning after the move. So that this transmigration community does not find work causes unemployment everywhere and makes the Indonesian economy decline. The purpose of this study is to analyze how to control unemployment in Merbau village through fair income distribution according to the perspective of the Islamic economy. This research is descriptive qualitative and collects information from interviews with local residents and describes this control from the perspective of Islamic economics. The result of this study is to describe the model of unemployment risk control in Merbau Village from a sharia economic perspective, namely the wage system. The wage / ujrah system is imposed in accordance with the agreement of both parties and gives satisfactory results to each other. And also maintain the old culture of the community to live in harmony between residents even though they are different.
