Abstract

This study identifies the limitations of conventional teaching methods, such as textbooks and lectures, in delivering Pancasila education to fourth-grade elementary school students. These methods could be more engaging and effective in improving students' learning outcomes and understanding of the subject matter. This research aims to develop an interactive and engaging E-module to enhance students' learning outcomes and understanding of Pancasila values. This research employed a developmental approach known as Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The validity of the E-module is assessed through expert validation involving media and subject matter experts. The evaluation results demonstrate the high validity of the developed Pancasila Education E-module, created using Canva for Education and assisted by Flip PDF Professional. The Aiken V index indicates a score of 0.87%, with all evaluation aspects falling within the 0.8 ≤ V ≤ 1 range. Moreover, the practicality of the E-module is confirmed, with a practicality level of 84.3%. The E-module was tested by teachers and fourth-grade students, with the involvement of the entire class. The test results show an improvement in students' learning outcomes, with an overall pretest percentage of 95.5% and a post-test percentage of 92.5%. Hence, the Pancasila Education E-module effectively enhances students' learning outcomes and understanding of Pancasila values. This research enriches the teaching methods of Pancasila education in fourth-grade elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine parenting patterns, family resilience with Congenital Rubella Syndrome, and the factors that influence family resilience. The method used is naturalistic with a case study approach. Research data was obtained by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data triangulation technique tested the validity of the data. The results of this study are: parents apply democratic parenting, parents can accept the child's condition, and the supporting factors are family and friends. Parents also seek information about their children's needs through seminars and others.

Abstract

Pada umumnya, baik siswa yang memiliki keterbatasan maupun siswa yang tidak memiliki keterbatasan memiliki permasalahan dalam belajar, baik masalah ringan, yang artinya dapat diselesaikan oleh diri sendiri maupun masalah yang berat, yang memerlukan perhatian atau bantuan dari orang lain. Salah satu permasalahan yang dialami Anak Albino ialah mengenai penglihatan yang memburuk, oleh sebab itu menyebabkan Anak Albino harus melakukan usaha-usaha agar mereka mampu mendapatkan informasi dalam menempuh pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adaptasi Siswa Albino dalam menempuh pendidikan. Menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara terhadap 10 siswa albino, baik yang selesai/sedang menempuh sekolah menegah atas/sejenisnya dan maupun yang sedang menempuh perguruan tinggi/ univerrsitas. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan traingulasi investegator. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat dua tema utama. Tema-tema ini menggambarkan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi siswa Albino, yaitu penyesuaian belajar dan penyesuaian sosial serta strategi yang digunakan dalam menghadapi penyesuaian tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dari sekolah paud regular dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan dan kendalanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. . Pemberian layanan pendidikan untuk anak yang mengalami autis dengan cara menjelaskan materi secara berulang, melatih fokus anak, melatif bicara dan mengenalkan kosa kata yang baru,  membantu dalam memahami perintah, memberikan pembetulan saat salah bicara, duduk disamping anak saat saat gangguan emosi. Pemberian layanan untuk anak tuna ganda dengan adanya pelatihan kosa kata sambil memberikan isyarat dan memberikan pembenaran saat anak salah mengucapkan kalimat ataupun kata. Pemberian layanan untuk anak hiper aktif  dengan cara pemberian kegiatan yang dapat membuatnya fokus dan guru duduk disamping anak hiperaktif untuk menghindari anak mengganggu teman. Kendala yang dialami guru dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus meliputi kualifikasi guru tidak linier, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana untuk memfasilitasi anak berkebutuhan khusus, tidak adanya program pelayanan guru khusus untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, dan terakhir wali murid dari anak normal yang ikut campur dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Every child is unique, including a mentally disabled child. The potential for self-development in academic, social, and workability becomes a necessity for mild mentally disabled children. This study aims to analyze the social and emotional development of mild mentally disabled children in grade 2 of Muhammadiyah Banguntapan Primary School Yogyakarta, or usually called SD Muhammadiyah Banguntapan Yogyakarta. Two formulations of the problems of this research are (1) how the social-emotional development of mild mentally disabled children in grade 2 of SD Muhammadiyah Banguntapan Yogyakarta in the classroom and outside the classroom and (2) how the teacher's efforts in developing the child's social-emotional development. The research data were obtained through a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and analysis of document studies of mild mentally disabled children in grade 2 of SD Muhammadiyah Banguntapan Yogyakarta. From this study, the results were obtained that the social-emotional development of mentally disabled children in the class was achieved in the form of caring, interactive, and displaying an attitude of confidence, while what was not achieved in the form of participation, communication, and teamwork abilities. Whereas outside the classroom, the attainment is in the form of empathy and what is not achieved in the form of solitude and self-ness (ego) and has not been able to control emotions when socializing. The efforts made by teachers in developing children's social-emotional attitudes, namely: asking children to apologize and admit their own mistakes, motivating, "bluffing", advising children, setting seating, and trying to help children.

Abstract

Bahasa Inggris telah menjadi bahasa internasional yang dominan dalam komunikasi global, menjadikannya sangat penting dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan media dalam pengenalan kosakata bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, di mana peneliti mengkaji dan menganalisis teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan media dalam pengenalan kosakata, yang bersumber dari 15 artikel jurnal terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai jenis media yang digunakan dalam pengenalan kosakata bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini, seperti media visual, audio, audio-visual, dan media digital. Penggunaan media tersebut terbukti efektif dalam membantu anak usia dini menyerap kosakata bahasa Inggris dengan lebih mudah. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media dalam pengenalan kosakata sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Social awareness is a character that needs to be developed from an early age, because a large number of kids exhibit social apathy. Children can develop their personalities to suit their social environment through character education. Thus the purpose of this study is to examine the nature of social care, by identifying strategies that are appropriate for early childhood. This research combines qualitative descriptive methodology with textual analytical techniques or literature study. The literature used must be in Indonesia and have been published within the previous five years in the form of essays examining the nature of social concern. Data reduction, data visualization, and data review as data analysis. The results of the research conclude that providing knowledge, instilling confidence and direct action are three strategies used to instill children’s character, especially social care. Developing socially aware children from an early age requires learning strategies that meet children’s needs and collaboration between teachers and parents to ensure continuty in instilling children’s character.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parenting and interaction among peers on the child's emotional intelligence in RA Arif Rahman Hakim Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in RA Arif Rahman Hakim in September 2015. The population in this study are all parents and students in RA Arif Rahman Hakim amount to 74 students, divided into five classes. Samples were taken randomly, obtained one class, it’s B2 class consisting of 15 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in the study using multiple regression analysis with two independent variables.The result showed that: (1) there is a positive influence on parenting for the child's emotional intelligence, (2) there is a positive effect of interaction among peers for the child's emotional intelligence, and (3) there is a positive influence on parenting and interaction among peers together (simultaneously) to the child's emotional intelligence, the real effect of the rate is 47.8%.

Abstract

This research focuses on the independent curriculum applied in Karana Jaya Kindergarten, Jati Agung District, South Lampung. The independent curriculum impacts the implementation of education in Karana Jaya Kindergarten. Karana Jaya Kindergarten is very important in providing healthy and optimal child growth and development facilities following the community's values, norms, and expectations. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data is collected through documentaries, literature studies, observations, and surveys. The subjects of this study were 40 children and six teachers. The results showed how Karana Jaya Kindergarten implements an independent curriculum by providing various interesting experiences and activities that stimulate the growth and development of children. Therefore, an environment that supports the growth and development of children is needed. The play-based learning paradigm that encourages independent learning has been successfully implemented.

Abstract

Wisdom is the result of the thoughts, attitudes, and actions of someone who studies philosophy. The period of trantition, ideally should be addressed wisely, including for the alpha generation. This is article aims to examine the wisdom of addressing the phenomenological alpha generation. The formulation of the problem in this research is how wisdom responds to the phenomenological alpha generation according to Edmund Husserl and how to instill a phenomenological attitude for the alpha generation. This research is uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method. The results of this study indicate that (1) alpha generation with all the technological sophistication of its time, responded wisely with efforts to reflect the rights of children, understand childrenfully, inclusive, cooperate with families through open, intentional, and active awareness (2) instilling wise attitudes phenomenologically for the alpha generation is done by stimulating awareness, reduction and transcendental logic, as well as penetrating intersubjective truths.
