Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Competence, Conflict Management and Work Stress on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency. The Influence of Competence on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency. The Influence of Work Stress on Employee Performance of the South Konawe Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office. This study used quantitative research with the object of the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency. The population and sample in this study used a saturated sample of 35 employees at the South Konawe Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office. The results of this study show that Competence, Conflict Management, and Work Stress have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the South Konawe Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office. Competence has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency. Conflict Management has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Konawe Regency Selatan. Work Stress has a negative and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze (1) The influence of human resource development on the competence of employees of the South Konawe Regency Regional Inspectorate; The determination of the number of samples in this study is by using the census method, namely the number of samples taken from the total population of 60 employees excluding leaders. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the competence of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency; (2) Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency; (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency; and (4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee competence at the South Konawe Regency Regional Inspectorate.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine and analyze public awareness of shipping navigation aids in Southeast Sulawesi waters at the Kendari Type A Class III Navigation office. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection tools include observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the Head of Installation, the Shipping Navigation Aids technician, with the Head of the Shipping Navigation Aids Section as the key informant. The results of this research show that: Public awareness of shipping navigation aids at the Kendari Type A Class III Navigation District Office. Researchers can conclude that the Kendari Class III Type A Navigation District office has not been optimal in conducting socialization regarding shipping navigation aids to the community along the coast. and around the location of the facility. As a result, most people do not know the role and function of shipping navigation aids in supporting shipping safety in Southeast Sulawesi waters. However, through interviews conducted, the community stated that if they understood the function and use of shipping navigation aids, they would be better prepared to maintain and protect these facilities from the actions of irresponsible groups.

Abstract

Uni Ross Padang Restaurant Kendari is a culinary business. The sales of the food menu offered at the Uni Ross Padang Restaurant are very diverse, but the turnover received from month to month is still unstable. Seeing these problems, a development strategy is needed at the Uni Ross Padang Restaurant in Kendari to overcome these turnover problems. This study aims to determine and analyse marketing strategies to increase the amount of turnover at the Uni Ross Kendari Restaurant. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the SWOT (Strength-Weakness Opportunity-Threats Analysis) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) method approaches. Data processing is carried out using an internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix and an external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix. Based on the results of the calculation, the IFE score obtained is 2.33 and the EFE score is 2.03. Furthermore, the results of SWOT and QSPM analysis obtained a priority strategy that must be carried out is to optimise strategic business locations to attract people's purchasing power with a TAS value of 6.44. Thus, the main focus that needs to be developed by Rumah Makan Padang Uni Ross Kendari is to maximise the potential of business locations, businesses can improve operational efficiency and achieve more stable growth.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction and motivation in mediating the effect of employee income supplement (TPP) on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation (Smart PLS). The results of this study indicate that employee income supplement (TPP) has a significant effect on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Employee income supplement (TPP) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Employee income supplement (TPP) has a significant effect on employee motivation at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Job satisfaction does not have a significant mediating effect in employee income supplement (TPP) on employee performance at the Konawe Selatan Regency BKPSDM. Motivation does not have a significant mediating effect on the provision of additional employee income (TPP) on the performance of BKPSDM employees of South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh Biaya Operasional, Biaya Non Operasional Dan Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) Terhadap Return On Assets (ROA)Bank Sultra. (2) Pengaruh Biaya Operasional Terhadap Return On Assets (ROA)Bank Sultra. (3) Pengaruh Biaya Non Operasional Terhadap Return On Assets (ROA)Bank Sultra. (4) Pengaruh Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) Terhadap Return On Assets (ROA)Bank Sultra. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, data diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Bank Sultra dengan periode waktu tahun 2011 hingga 2020. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 amatan, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan kuadrat terkecil dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta F-statistik untuk menguji keberartian pengaruh secara bersama-samadengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Selain itu juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yangmeliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan ujiautokorelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel: (1) Biaya Operasional, Biaya Non Operasional dan Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Sultra. (2) Biaya Operasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Sultra. (3) Biaya Non Operasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Sultra. (4) Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Sultra.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bahwa variabel Biaya Operasional, Biaya Non Operasional dan Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) dapat dijadikan pedoman, baik oleh pihak manajemen perusahaan dalampengelolaan perusahaan, maupun oleh para investor dalam menentukan strategiinvestasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh personal selling dan kualitas jasa terhadap keputusan pembelian polis asuransi jiwa, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, pada PT. Prudential Life Assurance Kendari dengan support system FP One. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Sampel sebanyak 90 responden ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin dari populasi 876 nasabah, dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial, variabel personal selling dan kualitas jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian polis asuransi. Personal selling berkontribusi melalui kemampuan agen dalam membangun hubungan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan proteksi, serta menyampaikan manfaat asuransi secara personal dan profesional. Sementara itu, kualitas jasa yang terdiri dari dimensi keandalan, daya tanggap, kepastian, empati, dan bukti fisik terbukti meningkatkan kepercayaan dan loyalitas nasabah dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian polis. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pelatihan agen dan mempertahankan kualitas layanan. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur pemasaran jasa asuransi dengan data empiris dari wilayah Kendari. Disarankan penelitian selanjutnya meneliti faktor-faktor lain seperti kepercayaan atau citra merek, serta memperluas cakupan wilayah studi.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of competence, career development, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency totaling 33 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Competence, career development, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency. (3) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency. (4) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency.
