Abstract

The purpose of the research that the author proposes is to determine whether there is a significant influence of the discovery learning and command learning models on the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing in students of SMK Negeri 1 Rancah. The research method used in this study is the pre-experimental design method (nondesigns). The design used in this study is a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 24 students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 Rancah. The sample in this study was 24 students. The discovery learning learning model has a t-count value (4.10) greater than the t-table (1.80) at a confidence level of 0.95. The command learning model also has a t-count value (4.72) greater than the t-table (1.80) at a confidence level of 0.95. It is concluded that both discovery learning and command learning models have a significant influence on the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing in students of SMK Negeri 1 Rancah.Tujuan dari penelitian yang penulis ajukan yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan komando terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Rancah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-experimental designs (nondesigns). Desain yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain one-group pretest-postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Rancah dengan jumlah siswa 24 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah siswa siswa 24 orang. Model pembelajaran discovery learning memiliki nilai t-hitung (4,10) lebih besar dari pada t-tabel (1,80) pada taraf kepercayaan 0,95. Model pembelajaran komando juga memiliki nilai t-hitung (4,72) lebih besar dari pada t-tabel (1,80) pada taraf kepercayaan 0,95. Disimpulkan bahwa kedua model pembelajaran discovery learning dan komando memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Rancah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), training digitalization, and commitment on lecturer performance, with technology support as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on lecturers at higher education institutions in the Tangerang area using a quantitative survey approach. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that training digitalization has a positive and significant effect on technology support. Meanwhile, Human Resource Information Systems and Commitment do  not show a significant effect on technology support. Regarding lecturer performance, training digitalization has a significant effect with a negative direction, while commitment has a positive and significant effect. Human Resource Information Systems and Technology support do not show a significant effect on lecturer performance. In addition, technology support is not proven to mediate the effects of Human Resource Information Systems, training digitalization, and commitment on lecturer performance. These findings suggest that lecturer performance is more strongly influenced by individual factors and the effectiveness of training than by information systems and technology support directly. This study reinforces the relevance of the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining lecturer performance behavior within the context of digital transformation in higher education.
