Abstract

In the 21st century, the School Literacy Movement (GLS) is being intensively held throughout Indonesia, facilitated by the Indonesian ministry of education. This is the government's effort to reduce Indonesia's actual illiteracy rate. GLS itself has several important parts in it that can support the implementation of these activities. Including reading and writing activities. Reading and writing activities can be integrated with media, making doing homework and writing more enjoyable. Some media that can improve students' cognitive abilities are cards, crossword puzzles, reading books, and story books. Through some of these media, it is hoped that it can facilitate students in developing their cognitive abilities in terms of writing and reading.

Abstract

One of the factors that determine whether teenagers are more vulnerable to mental disorders is that teenagers tend to have explosive emotional outbursts. One of the causes of psychological disturbance in this group of students is excessive workload. This research used the literature review or literature study method. Through this literature review, the author will find various data and information that can be used through various journals and books as answers to the problems that the author is studying. This research aims to find out how to prevent mental health problems experienced by students. The results of this research show that mental health refers to an individual's condition that facilitates progress in all dimensions of development, such as physical, intelligence, and emotional, towards their best potential which is in line with the development of others. Aspects of mental health also include efforts to manage stress, difficulties in adaptation, interactions with other people, and decision-making processes. Students feel that the final assignment is quite a heavy burden. Anxiety is a personal sensation related to feelings of tension, restlessness, and worry associated with increased nervous system activity. Students are carrying out their final assignments which are considered to be a difficult task that can cause anxiety. The impact felt by students will be sleep disturbances, lack of rest time, and unhealthy eating patterns. One of the first steps is for students to have a good understanding of their body condition, including physical and mental. students can relax for their body and mind.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas 1 SDN Kebonkai menggunakan media permainan kartu bergambar dan metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus, yang melibatkan tes membaca, observasi, dan wawancara serta hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan membaca siswa, dengan rata-rata skor tes meningkat dari 50 pada tes awal menjadi 65 setelah siklus pertama, dan mencapai 80 setelah siklus kedua. Media permainan kartu bergambar terbukti efektif dalam menarik minat dan motivasi siswa, serta membuat proses belajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif, Kesimpulan ini menunjukkan bahwa media permainan kartu bergambar dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas 1 SD.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of learning outcomes of grade II elementary school students in Mathematics through the direct instruction model on the material of time units. The study adopted Classroom Action Research (CAR) with four (4) stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study were 44 grade II students of Elementary School 1 Lembursawah, consisting of 24 female students and 20 male students. Data collection tools used repeat tests and observations. The data analysis technique used was the recapitulation of students' pretest and posttest scores from cycles I and II. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the direct instruction model can improve Mathematics learning outcomes of grade II students. It can be seen from the students' completeness in cycle I of 68% increasing to 84% in cycle II. It means that student learning outcomes increase gradually from cycle I to cycle II by 16%. Therefore, direct instruction model can improve students' understanding of the content of time units in the Mathematics subject of grade II elementary school.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effectiveness of using origami paper in improving the learning achievement of grade III elementary school students. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Data collection is carried out through observation sheets and comprehension tests. The results of the study found that although the average academic achievement of students in the "very good" category in cycle I with an average of 80.9, there were still 10 students who were not fully academically capable. After improvements were made in cycle II, the average score of students in the special category increased significantly to 93.1 with all students achieving completion. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of origami as a learning medium effectively improves the learning outcomes of Mathematics in flat geometry material for grade III students. Origami media can express abstract Mathematical concepts so that they are easier for students to understand. In addition, the use of origami supports increases student involvement and enthusiasm in learning.

Abstract

This Community Service activity in Cikakak village is moving through the SINARAKSA Program (Village Wisdom-Based MSME Empowerment) which aims to optimize the importance of product branding and digital marketing for craft SMEs in Cikakak village, Sukabumi district. This community service activity aims to provide information about the importance of implementing product branding and digital marketing to one of the MSME partners engaged in shipping. The approach taken in implementing this activity is through training and mentoring to one partner, namely Ms. Acih's Kakapalan MSME. This activity was carried out through three stages, namely pre-activity, preparation, and implementation. The results of this activity include creating a logo as a product brand identity and creating an account on the Shopee platform as a means of selling partner products. With social media accounts, the quality of post content and logos becomes more attractive to consumers. In addition, this activity also contributes to increasing partners' understanding of adaptation strategies in the digital era

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari dari fenomena siswa di sekolah dasar  yang masih bingung dan tidak paham akan berbagai jenis profesi. Sehingga berpengaruh terhadap pilihan cita-cita siswa. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah :1. Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemahaman karir siswa SDN sukamanah 2, 2. Untuk memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman karir siswa SDN sukamanah 2  setelah pelaksanaan bimbingan karir dengan layanan informasi. Pemahaman karir siswa merupakan usaha individu untuk memahami diri baik dari sikap, kemampuan dan minatnya. Individu kemudian menyiapkan diri untuk menguasai mengenai dunia karir dan juga mengenai informasi karir. Di Sekolah Dasar (SD) pemahaman karir merupakan permasalahan yang sering dialami pleh siswa. Hal ini muncul Ketika siswa merasa tidak yakin akan memilih jenjang karir di masa depan dan bagaimana Menyusun rencana agar kemampuan dan cita-citanya dapat terwujud. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Subjek yang diteliti yaitu siswa kelas V SDN Sukamanah 2. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kualitatif deskriptif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas media permainan ular tangga dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang operasi hitung matematika. Observasi awal di kelas II mengungkapkan bahwa beberapa siswa belum mencapai tingkat ketuntasan minimal. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan memanfaatkan model PTK Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang terdiri dari empat fase utama: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa kelas II di SD Negeri 5 Caringin. Analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa setelah penerapan media permainan ular tangga. Pada awalnya, hanya 65% murid yang mencapai standar minimal, namun pada tahap berikutnya, angka tersebut meningkat menjadi 85%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan media permainan ular tangga efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap operasi hitung matematika. Pendekatan pembelajaran ini juga membentuk lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, yang secara keseluruhan dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyadarkan masyarakat akan pentingnya kebersihan agar terjaga pola kesehatan bagi warga sekitar, namun permasalahannya di desa cikahuripan termasuk desa yang rendahnya warga sekitar akan kepedulian kebersihan terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Metode yang mahasiswa lakukan bersama karang taruna yaitu melakukan kerja bakti bersama dengan warga sekitar kampung tugu, desa cikahuripan. Dan hasil pembahasannya kami melakukan kerja bakti yang bertempat di kecamatan Cisolok Desa Cikahuripan Kp. Tugu, RT 002 RW 004 di hari Minggu, tanggal 21 Agustus 2022. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini diantaranya warga masyarakat Kampung Tugu, Karang Taruna dan Mahasiswa-mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Putra.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students on the science topic of temperature and heat by incorporating mathematical operations practice at SMP Unggulan Ar Rahman. This research is a classroom action study, involving stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, conducted during the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The research subjects were 12 seventh-grade students. Data sources included both quantitative and qualitative data. The primary research instruments were the researcher’s observations and field notes for qualitative data, and evaluation questions for quantitative data. Data analysis employed both qualitative and quantitative methods. The results indicated an improvement in students’ learning outcomes, beginning with 71.67% in Cycle I, increasing to 80.45% in Cycle II, and reaching 89.58% in Cycle III. These findings suggest that practicing mathematical operations outside of regular science class time can enhance student comprehension and performance on the topic of temperature and heat.
