Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop soft skill-based interactive media, to know the quality of This Classroom Action Research aims to describe the increase in learning motivation of class VI-B students at Bojonglongok State Elementary School after learning was implemented as a team quiz with the help of a quiz application. This research is Classroom Action Research, conducted at Bojonglongok State Elementary School, especially in class VI-B with a total of 36 research participants. The results of Classroom Action Research show that the attention indicator for sub-indicator 1 reached 67% in pre-cycle, 97.2% in cycles 1 and 2, while sub-indicator 2 reached 10.1% in pre-cycle, 67 % in cycle 1 and 94.4% in cycle 2. The indicator's relevance reached 17% in the pre-cycle, 75% in cycle 1, and 97.2% in cycle 2. The confidence indicator reached 31% in the pre-cycle -cycle, 67% in cycle 1, and 100% in cycle 2. Finally, the satisfaction indicator reached 10.1% in pre-cycle, 100% in cycle 1, and 86% in cycle 2, which means a decrease of 14% from cycle 1 to cycle 2. However, student learning motivation can be said to have motivation to learn. Thus, it can be concluded that quiz team learning assisted by the quiz application can increase the learning motivation of class VI-B students at Bojonglongok State Elementary School.

Abstract

Meningkatnya pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah plastik serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan masyarakat, termasuk risiko stunting pada anak-anak dan menjadi isu yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya plastik terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan serta mempromosikan ecobrick sebagai solusi alternatif pengelolaan sampah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji upaya pengelolaan sampah plastik melalui metode ecobrick serta kaitannya dengan pencegahan stunting akibat lingkungan yang tidak sehat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN-PPM Tematik Kelompok 9 Desa Selaawi Universitas Nusa Putra. Sosialisasi diberikan kepada peserta didik di SDN 2 Selaawi dan masyarakat setempat mengenai pemilahan sampah, pembuatan ecobrick, serta edukasi tentang pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan dalam mencegah stunting. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik sangat antusias dalam membuat ecobrick, memahami manfaatnya, serta lebih sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Selain itu, masyarakat mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai gizi seimbang dan pencegahan stunting. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah bahwa metode ecobrick dapat menjadi solusi sederhana namun efektif dalam mengurangi sampah plastik, sementara edukasi tentang stunting dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pola hidup sehat. Diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat terus dilakukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan sehat guna mendukung pertumbuhan anak yang optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa sekolah dasar tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan melalui pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan mengembangkan rasa tanggung jawab serta kepedulian lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan masyarakat Dusun 2 Desa Selaawi secara langsung melalui serangkaian kegiatan, di antaranya observasi, wawancara, sosialisasi pendidikan karakter, dan pemasangan plang informasi waktu penguraian sampah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Selaawi dengan melibatkan sekitar 200 siswa kelas 4-6, yang mencakup praktik memilah sampah, membuat ecobrick, dan merawat tanaman. Plang sampah dipasang di tiga lokasi strategis untuk memberikan edukasi visual tentang dampak jangka panjang sampah anorganik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan siswa, mendorong perilaku peduli lingkungan, dan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang bertanggung jawab. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis pelestarian lingkungan dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam membentuk generasi muda yang peduli, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kepedulian sosial tinggi.

Abstract

The challenge of improving literacy and numeracy is still a major focus in many countries, including Indonesia. Based on the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) in 2022, the results of the evaluation of the literacy and numeracy skills of students in Indonesia again showed a disappointing ranking. This is in line with the problems found at the community service location, namely low student interest in reading. So this research has a goal as a community service effort to improve and optimize students' literacy and numeracy skills through a fun learning approach. This community service activity was carried out at SDN Gunung Sunda which is located in Cikakak District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The community service methods used are observation, lecture, and training methods. The results obtained in this study are students are more fond of reading and motivated in terms of literacy and numeracy by using a fun learning approach.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model in improving elementary school students' mathematics learning outcomes. The study was conducted at Gudang Elementary School on 19 second-grade students, using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method for three cycles. The TGT model was chosen because it combines group work and educational games to create an active and enjoyable learning atmosphere. Data were collected through learning outcome tests and documentation. The results showed a significant increase in the average test scores and active participation of students. These findings indicate that the application of the TGT model is effective in improving elementary school students' understanding of mathematical concepts and learning engagement.  Keywords: cooperative learning, TGT, learning outcomes, mathematics.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa sekolah dasar. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning, PjBL) terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas I SD IT Al Azhar 7 pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus, dengan setiap siklus mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap capaian akademik siswa. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai posttest sebesar 74,2 dengan 18 siswa belum tuntas. Pada siklus II, rata-rata meningkat menjadi 79,5 dengan 10 siswa belum tuntas. Pada siklus III, rata-rata nilai mencapai 83,2 dengan hanya 4 siswa yang belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 75. Selain peningkatan akademik, model PjBL juga mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa, kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta kolaborasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran IPAS. Hasil ini sejalan dengan penelitian Mariska et al. (2021) yang menyatakan bahwa PjBL efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPAS dan kompetensi siswa secara menyeluruh di kelas I sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of project -based learning models (PJBL) in an effort to increase the creativity of elementary school students. The PJBL model was chosen because it was able to provide space for students to think critically, work together, and produce real products through meaningful and contextual learning activities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at SDN Karadenan. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were 25 class V students. The instrument used was tests and non -tests. The results showed a significant increase in student creativity after the application of the PJBL This can be seen from the evaluation results in each cycle. In the first cycle, student learning completeness is still low with a percentage of 40%. After strengthening through more contextual and collaborative project activities, an increase in cycle II with an average value of 64%. Continuous improvement in planning and implementation of learning results in optimal achievements in cycle III, where the average student value increases to 84.73%.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low ability of students in solving mathematical problems systematically and logically. One of the causes is the use of conventional learning models that do not actively involve students in the critical thinking process. This study aims to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on students' mathematical problem solving ability. The method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SDN Cikahuripan, while the sample consisted of two classes selected purposively, namely the experimental class using the PBL model and the control class using the conventional learning model. The research instrument was a validated mathematical problem solving ability test. Data analysis was conducted using t-test. The results showed a significant difference between the mathematical problem solving skills of students who participated in learning with the PBL model compared to students who studied conventionally. Students in the experimental class showed higher improvement in understanding the problem, designing a solution strategy, and concluding the results logically. This research also opens opportunities for further studies on the application of PBL at various levels and other subjects.
