Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Mie Pedes Mampus cabang Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 45.5% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9.001 > 1.985). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 37.7% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7.662 > 1.985). Promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10.790 + 0.576X1 + 0.363X2. Nlai koefisien determinasi sebesar 51.4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (50.791 > 2.700).

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio dan Net Profit Margin terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 perusahaan pada periode 2015-2018. Teknik pengumpulan data daam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis parsial serta simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1). Secara parsial current ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. 2). Secara pasrsial net proft margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. 3). Secara simultan current ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.Kata Kunci : Current Ratio; Net Profit Margin; Harga Saham

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine how perceived risk, perceived convenience, and perceived benefits influence users’ purchase intention on Bukalapak, one of Indonesia’s leading e-commerce platforms. Methodology: The study was conducted using a quantitative method with a survey distributed to 100 active Bukalapak users across various cities in Indonesia. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software to test the relationships between the constructs based on the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results: The results show that perceived convenience and perceived benefits have a significant positive impact on purchase intention, while perceived risk has a significant negative impact. This indicates that users are more likely to make purchases on Bukalapak when they perceive the platform as easy to use and beneficial, and less likely when they feel uncertain or insecure. Conclusions: The study concludes that increasing convenience and delivering tangible benefits can strengthen purchase intention, while managing and reducing user risk perceptions is crucial to improving user confidence. Limitations: The study is limited to Bukalapak users and uses a relatively small sample size (n = 100), which may not fully represent the broader population of e-commerce users in Indonesia. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior in Indonesian e-commerce by validating the extended TAM in the context of Bukalapak. It provides insights for e-commerce managers, marketers, and platform developers to design better strategies that enhance user trust and buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model in forming behavioral intention in Tokopedia application users among Generation Z. Generation Z is a group that is very familiar with digital technology and is the main target in the e-commerce market in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected from 130 respondents aged 18–25 years who are active Tokopedia users. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the influence of UTAUT2 variables, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on behavioral intention. The results showed that the four variables had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. These findings indicate that perceptions of performance, ease of use, social support, and availability of facilities greatly determine Generation Z's intention to use Tokopedia. This study contributes to the development of e-commerce strategies that are more effective and relevant to the characteristics and needs of the young digital generation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Ragam Garden's, Bogor Regency. The quantitative research method uses regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect of price and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The application of appropriate technology-based learning media needs to be applied in the context of online learning in the current 5.0 era. The media used must be adjusted to the psychological conditions of students. The purpose of this study was to identify the charismatic leadership of lecturers and the use of technology that enables student involvement and ultimately improves student learning achievement and satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sample used was 220 students while the data analysis method used a structural equation model based on Variance. The results of this study indicate that the charismatic leadership of lecturers has a significant effect on student cognitive involvement, student emotional involvement and student behavioral involvement. The variable of technology utilization each has a significant effect on Student Cognitive Engagement and Student Emotional Engagement but does not have a significant effect on Student Behavioral Engagement. Then Student Cognitive Engagement, Student Emotional Engagement and Student Behavioral Engagement have a significant effect on Student Learning Achievement and Student Satisfaction. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of lecturer and student characteristics for effective interaction and results in online learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to help businesses in promoting UMKM products in the Kelurahan Paninggilan Utara Ciledug. The method of community service activities begins with the preparation and field survey stages. The survey phase began with a direct discussion with the head of RT 001/013 Paninggilan Utara Urban Ciledug City to identify the needs, opportunities and challenges faced by UMKM entrepreneurs. Then, the socialization and training stage is carried out by the team. At this stage there are five things carried out by the service team, namely (1) explaining how to make attractive products, (2) finding a strategic location for businesses (3) making promotional content that is easily remembered by customers (4). And how to distribute the product so that it can reach the customer. (5). Online marketing. The results of the community service activities are as follows: Participants' knowledge in this case the residents of Kelurahan Paninggilan Utara Ciledug regarding marketing strategies prior to the majority PKM activities were in the category of not understanding. After the PKM activities are carried out and the presentation of the material is delivered, it is known that the participant's knowledge of the marketing strategy after it is delivered is increasingly increasing.
