Abstract

Lampung Province is intensively developing local tourism because natural resources (SDA) are very supportive of the potential for tourism development. One of the tourist attractions is Puncak Nirwana, which is located in Kupang Jernih village, Sukarame II, West Teluk Betung District, Bandar Lampung City. The progress of the current tourism economy is very strategic. Many local residents are motivated to make progress on tourism potential in their respective areas. With the increase in the tourism economy, it is one of the projects that can provide benefits for local residents. This is also driven by the progress of the tourism economy which is currently skyrocketing and provides benefits for many parties. This research was conducted using a qualitative method and a descriptive approach. The emergence of the Puncak Nirwana Lampung tourist attraction has clearly had an impact on changing socio-economic conditions for the surrounding community, apart from changing the income of the local community, the emergence of the Puncak Nirwana Lampung tourist attraction has changed the mindset and perspective of the community, where people are more open and motivated to learn about managing tourist attractions. promotion for the progress of their environment. The advice given is the need for more serious and consistent management so that the Puncak Nirwana Lampung tourist attraction can survive for a long time and be able to compete again with other tourist attractions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendapatan merupakan tujuan utama dari suatu usaha untuk menyatakan laba atau rugi dalam usaha tersebut. Pendapatan UMKM merupakan sejumlah dari bentuk uang atau barang dan jasa yang diterima oleh suatu usaha UMKM dari aktivitas yang dilakukan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausalitas dengan sumber data berasal dari angket yang dirumuskan menggunakan skala likert dan didapatkan dengan membagikan angket fisik maupun e-form kepada 141 responden yang didapat dari perhitungan solvin dari populasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang dibantu oleh alat analisa SPSS. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan secara parsial modal usaha dan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung

Abstract

This research aims to determine a suitable strategy for the Coffee Legend Cafe business in Bnadar City, Lampung. The research uses qualitative research with observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis tool in this research is SWOT analysis (SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). SWOT analysis is an analysis technique for measuring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a company. By creating an analysis table, it is then measured through the SWOT quadrants in the Cartesian diagram. The results of this SWOT analysis research were analyzed using the Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary or IFAS and the External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary or EFAS. The results of the IFAS and EFAS calculations found points (0.12 and -0.64), on the Cartesian diagram. It is in a Conservation strategy with Strengths and Threats (ST).
