Abstract

The research aims to produce a system of record-keeping information in Visual Studio 2010 at UPTD Puskesmas. Software development methodology used waterfall system. The research found several problems in the processing of medical records storage in UPTD Puskesmas, namely : (1) Storage processing of outpatient medical records have been computerized, but the recording was still using Microsoft Excel so but that takes time was relatively long ; (2)Sometimes the data that has been entered inaccurate; (3)The duplication of data. The suggestion was given:: (1). Training and understanding of the clerk in the process and operate the report; (2). Information system is easy to creating operate so that the officers have that has been processed from Microsoft Excel but to make a report with the data has been processed. Abstract

This research aimed to determine of patients’ visit information system in emergency unit using V-Model. In this research method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used is by observations, interviews, and literature studies which had relation to the subject. Software methods used is V-Model. From the research and observations made there were problems in the reporting section of the visit, namely the processing of patient visits an emergency unit is still done by looking at the data from the registry books patient emergency unit and data to be processed using Microsoft Excel so it took a long time. Suggestions given were by: 1) providing a computer unit at the emergency unit in particular for reporting of patient visits did not to be done manually, and 2) designing information system which help job quickly and accurately. Abstract

The distribution of medical records at Kebonjati Hospital, especially for patients who register online, still uses a manual system which can obstruct the data search process, therefore a computerized system is needed. This study aims to design an information system for distributing outpatient medical records for online patients. The research method is descriptive qualitative, data collected through interviews and case studies. The system development method uses the Agile Software Development method with the stages of planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deploying, and maintenance then implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 into the Visual Basic programming language. The research designed an information system for distributing outpatient medical records online at Kebonjati Hospital that had been adapted to the needs of medical recorders. This information system is in the form of applying the concept of clinical management by designing good services and developing quality work plans for hospital management purposes.

Abstract

This study contains a medical resume management system using a programming language using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 at Pusat Mata Nasional Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo. The research method used by the author is a qualitative research method which is based on the philosophy of postpositivism, observation, and software development methods using the Agile Method, a software methodology based on the work process with stages starting from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment. The problem found in this research is to first summarize and write the manual of the existing application onto paper after that it is typed in Microsoft Word, then printed, so it is less efficient. Therefore, to overcome these problems, the authors created an integrated medical resume governance system to facilitate the process of creating an effective and efficient medical resume, including the registration process, patient data, doctor data, polyclinic data, medical information document retrieval data, reports. retrieval, and medical resume reports. With a medical resume management system, the process of making medical resume submissions will be faster and on time.

Abstract

This system functions to record daily, monthly, and yearly censuses without changing the performance of the computer used because the data is stored using cloud storage. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using the Agile method. The recording of daily, monthly, and yearly censuses in the emergency room at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital in Bandung is not optimal due to frequent problems with the local area network (LAN); computers often hang or freeze, and the system has not been updated. Currently, the recording of daily, monthly, and yearly sensors still uses the Visual Basic program, which has the concern that it requires a very large amount of memory during the installation process. Management of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using agile methods The agile method used in the development of this program is feature-driven development (FDD). The system that has been made is tested using the black-box testing method. This program only focuses on completing a certain program and produces medical record management for reporting emergency department patients based on information technology in order to speed up the work process and minimize the occurrence of device errors.

Abstract

For registration and reporting of operating patients at the Hermina Arcamanik Bandung hospital, manual recording is still done using paper forms, so stored data can be damaged or lost. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance of electronic-based medical records in supporting operational reporting using agile methods. The system developed for registration of surgical patients is based on a web, intending to make it easier for officers to record operating patients, minimize work time, and store data in the cloud service so that operating patient data is not damaged or lost. Development of a system for registering and reporting surgical patients at the Hermina Arcamanik Bandung hospital using the Agile method is very suitable for short-term projects because this method will be very adaptable if changes occur in a project. The system that has been made is tested using the black-box testing method. Researchers hope that the system built will be able to solve problems that often occur with the damage or loss of operational reporting documents

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate current systems and processes as well as design and build a medical record lending information system using Visual Studio 2012 at Al-Ihsan Regional Hospital in Bandung. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection through observation, interviews, internet browsing and information system design within a system development framework built using the waterfall method using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 tool. In this study, several problems were found in the medical record borrowing process, among others, inefficiencies in the document borrowing system, the use of using Excel-based manuals, as well as obstacles in obtaining documents. It is suggested that a system designed to record loans be used to speed up the process and manage duplicate data more effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to design an information system for outpatient patients using object oriented methods. The research method used in this study is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are by direct observation method, interview about patient visit, and literature study. The software development method used is V-Model variation ofwaterfall as well as in its modeling using Unified Modeling Language. From the research conducted found the following problems: (1) The process of making reports of bpjs patient visits is still not optimal; (2) Frequent delays in submitting the final report of patient visits; The suggestions given are: (1) Making the development of Information Systems more effective and efficient; (2) Adding Human Resources and supported by the system so that the report is done quickly and there is no delay in submitting the final report of bpjs patient visit.

Abstract

This study aims to design a daily inpatient census information system. The research method was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method with a design model, while the data collection techniques were observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the research conducted, the management of daily inpatient census data has not been computerized. Therefore, a new system was created using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, with My Sql database, using the v-modell software development model, so that the user, in this case, is an officer, only simply inputs data in the form provided and the data can be directly processed. so that the desired output results are obtained. The suggestions given are: 1) to make a computerized barber johnson graphic information system, which can reduce weaknesses during manual system implementation, and 2) it is necessary to plan maintenance and care for the continuous development of the system

Abstract

This study aims to implement a digital signature system for filling out Integrated Patient Progress Notes (CPPT) using QR-Code technology. The research method employed is the waterfall development model. The stages of the study include requirements analysis, data collection from various sources, system design, implementation according to the design, testing, and reporting. The study was conducted at XYZ Hospital in Bandung, where it was found that the CPPT signing process is still manually done using a pen, which is considered inefficient as it takes a long time for authorization and is prone to manipulation, thereby reducing the document's validity. The implementation of a digital signature aims to simplify the document signing process quickly without the need for printing, sending, or waiting for physical documents, allowing it to be done digitally and automatically, thereby increasing speed and efficiency. This system also provides authentication assurance by the rightful owner, ensures document security, reduces the risk of damage or loss, and minimizes the possibility of manipulation, thus providing convenience for staff and doctors in terms of time and data accuracy.
