Abstract

Socialization and legal counseling activities with the theme "Realizing a Young Generation Against Drugs" were held at SMA Negeri 1 Padarincang. This activity aims to provide students with an understanding of the dangers of drugs and their negative impact on personal and community life. Through this socialization, it is hoped that students can be more familiar with the laws related to drugs, and increase their awareness of the importance of staying away from drug use. This activity also aims to shape students' attitudes and behaviors in order to become a resilient, responsible, and committed young generation to live a healthy life without drugs. Thus, it is hoped that this socialization can contribute to creating a drug-free school environment and preparing a young generation with integrity and legal awareness.

Abstract

Registration is the initial process of the entire medical recording process that will be carried out on patients in the implementation of health services to patients. Registration is one of the very important initial processes. This study aims to determine the design of the outpatient patient registration information system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at RSUD Al-Ihsan so that the outpatient patient registration process can be well-integrated and efficient in terms of patient service time and also make it easier for officers to register patients. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The technique used to collect data was through direct observation, interviews with medical record officers, and also a literature review of previous studies. The problem that occurred in the hospital was when patients registered for outpatient services, the patient's name did not appear in the system. To overcome this problem, this design was made using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing assisted by the creation of flowmap designs, Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams, which were then implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a programming language using the Microsoft Access database so that the data that has been inputted can be saved so that the names of patients who have registered for outpatient services can appear. The results of the system design that have been made and tested using Black Box testing show that the system functions as intended. In conclusion, the information system design can help and facilitate registration officers in serving patients at the outpatient patient acceptance site effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The aims of this research include, among other things, to describe the use of the Serang Javanese language used in Serang Regency, differentiate the use of native Javanese from Javanese in Serang Regency, and explain the factors that influence the phonological dialect in Serang Regency. The research carried out is a type of qualitative research, this research requires descriptive data in the form of words and utterances from the object being studied. From the results that have been carefully studied between the two languages, namely Javanese Serang and Javanese Krama Inggil, the two clearly have quite a comparison, for example in the use of vowels, the pitch of the voice and the softness of the tone used. The use of the Krama Inggill Javanese accent is smoother and easier to hear, while the standard Serang Javanese language is rougher. Apart from that, words that end in consonants in Serang Javanese are read in full, for example the word "enak" in the Javanese krama dialect is pronounced "ena".

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis yang dapat digunakan untuk melaporkan imunisasi vaksin pada bayi baru lahir di RSIA Limijati Bandung. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta tinjauan pustaka dan metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini metode V-Model dengan menggunakan aplikasi visual studio 2010. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dibuatencangkup informasi pengolahan dan pelaporan data vaksinasi di Rumah Sakit sehingga tenaga medis dapat melaporkan hasilnya secara cepat dan akurat kepada dinas Kesehatan. Dalam proses penelitian permasalahan terkait pencampuran data vaksin bayi baru lahir dengan data anak dewasa sehingga menyulitkan pelaporan yang spesifik dilakukan secara manual. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan medis dengan melaporkan imunisasi vaksin bayi baru lahir secara efisien dan akurat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi rekam medis guna mendukung pelaporan morbiditas di Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD) RS Lanud Sulaiman menggunakan metode V-Model. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Sistem informasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kualitas layanan dengan menggantikan proses pencatatan manual yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pelaporan. Tahapan pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pada tahap analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan identifikasi terhadap kebutuhan sistem. Desain sistem mencakup pembuatan diagram alir data, diagram hubungan entitas, dan spesifikasi basis data. Implementasi dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, sedangkan pengujian sistem menggunakan teknik black box testing. Permasalahan yang ditemui menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan laporan secara manual menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pelaporan.  Keunggulan sistem ini meliputi peningkatan kecepatan dan akurasi pelaporan, pengurangan kesalahan akibat pencatatan manual, dan kemudahan akses data rekam medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi rekam medis ini dapat meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi pelaporan morbiditas di UGD, sehingga mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di RS Lanud Sulaiman.

Abstract

Confidentiality and security of patient data in hospitals is very important and data protection is mandatory. In this study, a problem was found, namely that there was no guarantee of protecting the security and confidentiality of patient data which allowed the data to leak. This study aims to design an information technology-based medical record governance system to maintain the confidentiality and security of patient data. The research technique uses a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach and collects data through observation, interviews and literature studies. While the waterfall method is used to develop the system through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The system design was carried out using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 which was implemented using the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) Rijndael cryptography algorithm. The results of the research that has been done are obtained that the existence of information technology-based medical record governance in handling the confidentiality and security of patient data using AES cryptography can increase the confidentiality and security of patient data in medical record management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the governance of electronic-based medical records in making outpatient polyclinic reports using the agile method. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. After analyzing the needs of the polyclinic reporting system, this study presents the steps of implementing the agile method of extreme programming. By using this method, a system that is adaptable, responsive, and focused on user needs can be developed. The results show that the use of the agile extreme programming method in the development of an electronic-based medical record system provides significant benefits. The process of planning, designing, coding, testing, and releasing is done iteratively and collaboratively. With this approach, the system can be continuously improved and adjusted to meet changing user needs and priorities. By describing the system design flowmap, context diagram, DFD and ERD to visualize the relationship between the components in the system that provides a systematic description of the stages of the report generation process. In conclusion, electronic-based medical record governance in making outpatient polyclinic reports using the agile extreme programming method is an effective and efficient approach. By combining the advantages of agile and extreme programming methods, an adaptive and responsive system can be developed.

Abstract

This study contains a medical resume management system using a programming language using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 at Pusat Mata Nasional Rumah Sakit Mata Cicendo. The research method used by the author is a qualitative research method which is based on the philosophy of postpositivism, observation, and software development methods using the Agile Method, a software methodology based on the work process with stages starting from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment. The problem found in this research is to first summarize and write the manual of the existing application onto paper after that it is typed in Microsoft Word, then printed, so it is less efficient. Therefore, to overcome these problems, the authors created an integrated medical resume governance system to facilitate the process of creating an effective and efficient medical resume, including the registration process, patient data, doctor data, polyclinic data, medical information document retrieval data, reports. retrieval, and medical resume reports. With a medical resume management system, the process of making medical resume submissions will be faster and on time.

Abstract

This system functions to record daily, monthly, and yearly censuses without changing the performance of the computer used because the data is stored using cloud storage. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using the Agile method. The recording of daily, monthly, and yearly censuses in the emergency room at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital in Bandung is not optimal due to frequent problems with the local area network (LAN); computers often hang or freeze, and the system has not been updated. Currently, the recording of daily, monthly, and yearly sensors still uses the Visual Basic program, which has the concern that it requires a very large amount of memory during the installation process. Management of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using agile methods The agile method used in the development of this program is feature-driven development (FDD). The system that has been made is tested using the black-box testing method. This program only focuses on completing a certain program and produces medical record management for reporting emergency department patients based on information technology in order to speed up the work process and minimize the occurrence of device errors.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate current systems and processes as well as design and build a medical record lending information system using Visual Studio 2012 at Al-Ihsan Regional Hospital in Bandung. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection through observation, interviews, internet browsing and information system design within a system development framework built using the waterfall method using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 tool. In this study, several problems were found in the medical record borrowing process, among others, inefficiencies in the document borrowing system, the use of using Excel-based manuals, as well as obstacles in obtaining documents. It is suggested that a system designed to record loans be used to speed up the process and manage duplicate data more effectively.
