Abstract

The goal of this research was to discover the relationship between madrasah culture and teacher work commitments in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Gunung Sitoli, the relationship between innovative attitudes and teacher work commitments in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Gunung Sitoli, and the relationship between Madrasah culture and innovative attitudes in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Gunung Sitoli teachers. people, using a random sample from the entire population or total sampling A questionnaire with a Likert scale model was used as the research instrument. The requirements test was used to determine the independence, linearity, and normality of the independent variables. At a significance level of = 0.05, the data analysis technique used correlation and regression, as well as simple correlation and regression and multiple correlations. According to the findings of the study, there is a positive and significant relationship between madrasa culture and teacher work commitment. This means that the higher and more positive the madrasa culture, the higher and more positive the work commitment of the teachers of Gunung Sitoli City's State Islamic Madrasah by providing an effective contribution of 8.5 percent. Innovative attitudes and teacher work commitment have a positive and significant relationship. This means that the higher and more positive the innovative attitude, the higher and more positive the work commitment of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout the city of Gunung Sitoli by providing an effective contribution of 4.56 percent, and there is a positive and significant relationship between madrasa culture and innovative attitudes in general. This means that the higher and more positive the madrasa culture and innovative attitude, the higher and more positive the work commitment of the teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of state Islamic elementary school teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, the effect of work motivation on the performance of state Islamic elementary school teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, and the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation combined on the performance of teachers of public secondary schools throughout Gunung Sitoli. In this study, the population consisted of 42 permanent teachers who worked at State Islamic Madrasahs throughout Gunung Sitoli. A total sampling technique was used to select the samples. Product Moment Correlation, Simple Regression, and Multiple Regression techniques were used to analyze the data. The study's findings show that water has a significant effect on job satisfaction and performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah State Teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, implying that the better the teachers' job satisfaction, the better the teachers' performance, with the magnitude of the effect reaching 14.36 percent. There is a significant and significant effect of work motivation on the performance of State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, which means that the higher the teacher job satisfaction, the higher the teacher performance, with the magnitude of the effect reaching 16.5 percent, and there is a significant effect of job satisfaction and work motivation together on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri teachers in Gunung Sitoli City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see if there are any differences in student learning outcomes when using the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model with the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type in Islamic Cultural History Subject with Umayyad Bani material in class VII MTs. Gunung Sitoli City State, Academic Year 2020/2021 This is an example of experimental research. The research population consisted of all VIIMTs students. The population of Gunung Sitoli City was 51 students, and the sample size was 51 people. A test is a tool used to collect data. According to the data analysis, the average pre-test value for the experimental class was 56.48, with a standard deviation (SD1) of 10.09, and the average pre-test value for the control class was 45.23, with an SD2 of 7.57. The average post-test value for the experimental class () is 86.36, with a standard deviation (SD1) of 7.97, while the control class's average post-test value is 78.46, with a standard deviation (SD2) of 6.60. The normality test revealed that Lo>Ltable and the homogeneity test revealed that Ftable>Fcount. The two-party t-test was used to test the research hypothesis, and the results were tcount = 2.401 and ttable = 1.677 at a significance level of 0.05, indicating that tcount > ttable. As a result, it is possible to conclude that there is a positive and significant difference in student learning outcomes in grade VII MTs when using the TPS type cooperative learning model versus the STAD type. Abstract

The goal of this research was to examine the Planning of Teacher Competency Development in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Gunung Sitoli City, the Organizing of Teacher Competency Development in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Gunung Sitoli City, the Implementation of Teacher Competency Development in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Gunung Sitoli City, and the Monitoring of Teacher Compet The data collection technique used interviews, observations, and documentary studies, while the standard data validity suggested by Lincoln and Guba consisted of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability to strengthen the validity of the data found and the authenticity of the research. The technique used in planning teacher competency development is to collect all recommended programs, then discuss and discuss and decide which programs will be carried out, such as workshops, training, outbound, and programmatic delivery of teachers for every training held by the Ministry of Religion or other agencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to learn more about the Curriculum Management of Islamic Education Subjects in Improving the Quality of Teacher Learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Gunung Sitoli City. The descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research, which is research that seeks to describe a condition, nature, characteristic, of a phenomenon or research object, or only describes as it is about a variable, symptom, or condition. This method seeks to describe, narrate, and interpret existing social reality phenomena using data gathered from observations, interviews, and documentary studies. The collected data is validated using data validity standards such as credibility by observation, transferability by analyzing the data that has been researched, reliance on checking techniques, analyzing and confirming the data studied, and firmness in classifying the data obtained. done twice, once on the first team and once on the second team The vision and mission of the madrasa serve as the foundation for implementing curriculum planning for PAI subject clusters at MIN 1 Gunung Sitoli City. (2) The curriculum for PAI subject clusters at MIN 1 Gunung Sitoli City is divided into two levels, structural and class, by adhering to the standard operating procedures that have been established. The PAI subject cluster curriculum is organized by integrating all components of the PAI subject cluster curriculum while focusing on the madrasah's vision and mission.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the Tahfiz learning system at Ma'had Tahfiz Maryam Al-Khol Al-Fityan School Medan. This research was qualitative with a case study approach. The research data was in the form of learning tahfiz at Ma'had tahfiz Maryam Al-Khol Al-Fityan School Medan. Observation, interviews, and documentation carry out data collection techniques. In contrast, data analysis was done by data reduction, presentation, conclusion, and verification. There were four findings in this study, namely: (1) The planning of the Tahfiz learning system at Ma'had Tahfiz Maryam Al-Khol Al-Fityan School Medan is by planning Tahfiz learning programs as daily planning programs, weekly planning programs, and monthly planning programs. (2) Implementation with several stages of implementation in Tahfiz learning planning. Develop the needs needed, and play an active role in every policy made. (3) Internal evaluation is an evaluation carried out by the head of the department within the organization itself. (4) The supporting factors are the target memorization and the environment. The obstacle was the limited human resources of educators. The solution was to provide training programs and develop educational competencies and teaching methods and Al-Qur'an memorization, motivating students to memorize the Al-Qur'an and strict supervision of students.

Abstract

Organisasi ekstra kampus merupakan sarana pengembangan pribadi mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kegiatan organisasi ekstra kampus dalam pembentukan kompetensi interpersonal mahasiswa PAI dan efektivitas keaktifan mahasiswa pada kegiatan organisasi tersebut dalam pembentukan kompetensi interpersonal yang dilakukan di organisasi ekstra kampus Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Komisariat Tarbiyah UINSU Medan. Metode penelitain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk dapat memperoleh data secara spesifik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan rutin organisasi ekstra kampus adalah diskusi aktif, masa pengenalan calon anggota, latihan kader 1, bedah buku, dan rapat harian. Selanjutnya keaktifan dalam mengikuti kegiatan organisasi ekstra kampus memberikan dorongan positif dalam pembentukan kompetensi interpersonal mahasiswa PAI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) 1) tafsiran ayat pada surah al-Mumtahanah ayat 1-13 menurut tafsir al-Misbah dan tafsir alqur’anul adzim. 2) pendidikan moderasi beragama pada surah al-Mumtahanah. 3) kontribusi surah al-Mumtahanah pada nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam mengatasi problematika pendidikan Islam kontemprer. Penelitian ini ialah merupakan paradigma jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) atau sering disebut dengan studi literatur, yakni penelitian dengan pengumpulan data serta informasi yang diperoleh dari bahan-bahan kepustakaan.Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode tahlili. Metode tahlili adalah metode menafsirkan alqur’an yang berusaha menjelaskan alqur’an dengan menguraikan berbagai seginya serta menjelaskan apa yang dimaksud oleh alqur’an.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) surah ini diawali dengan adanya sebuah seruan yang penuh akan kasih dan sayang. Surah ini juga mengandung mengenai penjelasan akan hukum perkawinan dengan orang pindah agama. Surah al-mumtahanah tersirat beberapa pesan yakni: pesan penting tentang hubungan antara orang beriman dan orang kafir.2) Pendidikan moderasi beragama diyakini dengan memuat nilai dan praktik baik yang ideal guna mewujudkan kemaslahatan masyarakat di Indonesia.  3) kontribusi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama pada surah al-Mumtahanah di antaranya ialah: toleransi antar agama, pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, menanggulangi ekstremisme dalam toleransi, mengajarkan prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan keseimbangan, membangun pemahaman yang mendalam tentang agama Islam, keteladanan dalam berinteraksi, pendidikan multikultural, keadilan dan keseimbangan, dialog dan komunikasi yang efektif, tanggungjawab sosial, kemurahan hati serta empati.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsep pendidikan ibadah dalam al Qur’an, serta mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai pendidikan ibadah sehingga dari kajian ini dapat menjadi konsep dalam mengembangkan konsep-konsep pendidikan Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research), Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menuliskan ayat 19 sampai dengan 35, yang terdapat dalam surat al Ma’arij, menerjemahkan ayat baik secara kata maupun perkalimat, menjelaskan jenis-jenis ibadah yang termaktub dalam ayat tersebut, mengumpulkan tema-tema yang sama serta menganalisis melalui tafsit al Azhar buya Hamka dengan ayat-ayat yang berkenaan tentang pendidikan ibadah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan ibadah yang terdapat dalam surat al Ma’arij ayat 19-35 perspektif tafsir al azhar adalah; Pertama ibadah shalat. Shalat yang ditetapkan pada dirinya Kedua ibadah Zakat dan Shadaqah. adalah  menyediakan  sebagian  dari pada harta untuk membantu orang-orang yang patut dibantu bernama zakat. Baik zakat kekayaan, atau zakat pertanian, atau zakat peternakan. Ketiga Aqidah. Yaitu orang-orang yang percaya sungguh dia bahwasanya dibelakang hidup kita yang sekarang ini, ada lagi hidup sesudah mati.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the implementation of differentiated learning based on information and communication technology in Islamic Religious Education lessons at SMK Skylandsea Yappsu Tanjung Morawa, which includes three main aspects, namely content differentiation, process differentiation and product differentiation. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method to be able to explain the data obtained in more depth, and the type of research is field research. The research approach was carried out using a case study approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data obtained was analyzed using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that Islamic education teachers at SMK Skylandsea Yappsu Tanjung Morawa have implemented differentiated learning components well, namely content differentiation, process differentiation and product differentiation, as well as being integrated with information and communication technology-based media. The implementation of differentiated learning was also adapted to the diversity of students. With this research, understanding regarding the implementation of differentiated learning based on information and communication technology in Islamic education lessons can become broader, so that it can help in formulating effective strategies.
