Abstract

Aktivitas belajar dan motivasi siswa adalah faktor yang sangat penting yang menentukan keberhasilan hasil belajar siswa. Namun, pada kenyataannya aktivitas dan motivasi rendah masih rendah yang mengakibatkan rendahnya keaktifan dalam pembelajaran rendah. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini untuk menganalisis aktivitas dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan. Siswa Kelas V SDN Kelayan pada tahun akademik 2022/2023 adalah subjek penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan belajar di pertemuan pertama memenuhi kriteria  “kurang tinggi” dan selalu meningkat sehingga pada pertemuan 4 mencapai kriteria “sangat tinggi”. Selain itu, motivasi siswa meningkat dari "kurang tinggi" pada pertemuan pertama hingga mencapai "sangat tinggi" pada pertemuan keempat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi model PRINTING (Problem Based Learning, Number Head Together, dan Talking Stick) pada muatan IPS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan motivasi siswa untuk belajar.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the flexibility provided by the independent curriculum to educational units to develop school programs that suit local geographic, social and cultural characteristics. Higher education institutions as school partners need to conduct research and develop school programs that are relevant to the wetland environment. This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the '‘BANGKIT’' school program which is an acronym for Moral, Religious, Numeracy & Literacy, Environmental Care Movement, Collaboration, Information & Technology which is a reference for developing elementary school level school programs in the wetland environment of South Kalimantan. This research used the Research and Development method, the research subjects were 191 elementary school students in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The research results show that the '‘BANGKIT’' program has proven to be significantly effective in increasing students' moral, religious, numeracy, literacy, ecological, collaboration and technology mastery competencies in wetland environments. The results of this research are supported by the results of the mean difference test using the paired sample t-test method with the help of SPSS software which shows a significance value that is smaller than 0.05 (0.05>0.000), the t-test value is greater than the t-table (2.337> 0.67667), and the posttest mean score was higher than the pretest (137.15>135.05). The level of increase if calculated using the N-Gain method shows a result of 0.312, which means there is an increase in the moderate category.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pemanfaatan model dan metode pembelajaran bervariasi, kurangnya keterlibatan siswa saat pembelajaran, serta kegiatan yang menuntut siswa berpikir kritis. Upaya mengatasinya dengan menggunakan model PERIANG. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru, menganalisis peningkatan aktivitas siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta hasil belajar. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VB SDN Kuin Selatan 1 Banjarmasin berjumlah 22 orang, pada semester II tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan PTK yang dilaksanakan 4 kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta hasil belajar yang diperoleh melalui tes tertulis secara kelompok dan individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru memperoleh kriteria “Sangat Baik”, aktivitas siswa memperoleh kriteria “Hampir Semua Siswa Aktif”, keterampilan berpikir kritis memperoleh kriteria “Hampir Semua SiswaTerampil”. Sehingga hal ini berdampak pada hasil belajar afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik siswa mengalami peningkatan secara klasikal. Penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study looked at how primary school teachers in Awayan Subdistrict were affected by the work environment, work motivation, and performance of principal management. The correlation method is used in this quantitative study. The populace was 156 instructors and 112 respondents were taken as the examination test utilizing relative arbitrary inspecting method. A questionnaire instrument was used for data collection, and descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis were used for data analysis. The outcomes showed that the variable relapse esteem was a positive number like the relapse coefficient of head the executives execution on educator execution (X1-Y) of 0.583, the relapse coefficient of head the board execution on instructor work inspiration (X1-Z) of 0.533, the relapse coefficient of work environment school on instructor execution (X2-Y) of 0.412, the relapse coefficient of work environment on work inspiration (X2-Z) of 0.659, the relapse coefficient of instructor work inspiration on instructor execution (Z-Y) of 0.532, the relapse coefficient of head the board execution by implication through educator work inspiration on instructor execution (X1-Z-Y) of 0.284 and the relapse coefficient of work environment in a roundabout way through educator work inspiration on instructor execution (X2-Z-Y) of 0.351.

Abstract

Tercapainya tujuan pendidikan di TK berkaitan erat dengan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas profesionalnya. Self efficacy, beban kerja, dan stress kerja guru diduga memberikan pengaruh terhadap profesionalitas kerja seorang guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung self-efficacy guru, beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap profesionalitas guru TK di Kec. Bati-Bati Kab. Tanah Laut. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif melalui korelasi dan analisis jalur. Sampel penelitian seratus dua belas guru menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis nilai koefisien regresi variabel self-efficacy terdapat pengaruh langsung secara parsial antara self-efficacy, beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap profesionalitas guru. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung  self-efficacy terhadap profesionalitas guru melalui stres kerja.

Abstract

Implementasi program BANGKIT yang merupakan luaran penelitian kami tahun 2023 telah membawa dampak positif bagi sekolah. Program BANGKIT terbukti efektif mampu menggali potensi siswa, bahkan program tersebut telah dikembangkan oleh beberapa sekolah unggul dengan basis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pola digitalisasi (1) program bermoral; (2) program agamis, (3) program literasi dan numerasi, (4) program Gerakan peduli lingkungan pada sekolah unggul, (5) program informasi dan teknologi, (6) program agamis pada sekolah unggul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi kasus yang dilakukan pada multi situs, yakni 3 kasus sekolah unggul yang telah melakukan digitalisasi program BANGKIT di Kota Banjarmasin. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan mengacu indikator program BANGKIT yang dikombinasikan dengan kriteria sekolah unggul. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis data interaktif yang meliputi: data condensation, Data display, Conclusions drawing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga sekolah telah melakukan digitalisasi dengan ciri khas masing-masing sesuai dengan karakteristiknya. Perencanaan pengelolaan Digitalisasi Program BANGKIT pada Sekolah  Unggul di Kota Banjarmasin dengan kategori pencapaian sangat baik. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara peran guru, pola asuh guru dan pembiasaan guru dengan disiplin anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan teknik simple random sampling, sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 95 orang di Kelompok B Taman Kanak-kanak Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan kota Banjarmasin. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar angket (kuesioner). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara peran guru dan disiplin anak, 2) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara pola asuh guru dan disiplin anak, 3) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara pembiasaan guru dan disiplin anak, 4) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara peran guru dan pembiasaan guru, 5) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara pola asuh guru dan pembiasaan guru,  6) terdapat pengaruh tak langsung antara peran guru dengan disiplin anak melalui pembiasaan guru, 7) terdapat pengaruh tak langsung antara pola asuh guru dengan disiplin anak melalui pembiasaan guru. Guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan peran dan pola asuh yang lebih baik di sekolah serta pembiasaan yang lebih positif dalam mengajar dan mendidik anak sehingga dapat meningkatkan sikap disiplin anak di sekolah.

Abstract

The research problem is the low level of activity that affects students' learning outcomes. This is because learning activities are not focused on student activity; there aren't any students who make opinions and have not understood the concept of the material. Applying the CRYSTAL model is an attempt to solve the problem. The purpose of research is to determine teacher activity, student activity improvement, and student learning outcomes. Research uses the type of class action research, and the subject is 28 students. The data collected in the research is both qualitative and quantitative, with qualitatively derived data from the activities of teachers and students observed and quantifiable data from student learning outcomes measured through written tests. The data analysis used in the research is cross-tabulation analysis. Research results show that teacher activity meeting 1–4 increased getting 100% criteria very well. Student activity meeting 1 to 4 increased earning 93% of the criteria; almost all students were very active. So affecting the increase in learning outcomes, students meeting 1 to 4 obtained 99% of the criteria; almost all students passed. The research concluded that the learning process of mathematics using the CRYSTAL model can improve teacher activity, student activity, and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The desired condition in learning is that students are actively and actively involved in the learning process and there is an increase in student learning outcomes. However, the reality on the ground shows that these ideal conditions have not been realized. Therefore, the researchers took the initiative to apply the PEMBERI approach and learning model that focused on students. This study aims to describe how the PEMBERI model can increase student activity and achievement. This research used a qualitative approach with a class action research type that was held in four meetings. The research location was conducted in class III SD Negeri Kelayan Timur 9 Banjarmasin. The information utilized in this study encompasses qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data were acquired by observing student engagements, whereas quantitative data were gathered via individual assessment examinations. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and cross tabulation analysis. The findings from this study indicate a significant increase in student activity and achievement.

Abstract

The exploration problem is the low movement and learning results of 4th grade understudies at SDI Rahmatillah on PPKn content. This is due to the fact that learning is one-way, makes it easier for students to build their own knowledge, and does not teach students to cooperate with one another. The use of the PINDANG learning model (PBL, PAP, NHT) is one of the efforts made. The reason for this study is to portray educator exercises, increment understudy movement, and understudy learning results. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is used in this study. During the 2022/23 academic year, eight grade IV students at SDI Rahmatillah served as the research subjects. In this study, both qualitative and quantitative data are used. Subjective information were acquired from noticing the exercises of instructors, understudies and learning results. Individual written test measurements in the form of student worksheets and evaluations provided quantitative data. Transformative mixed methods were used to analyze the data, and descriptive and cross-tabulation analysis were used to interpret the results. The teacher's activities at meetings 1 through 3 met the "very good" criteria, according to the findings. At meeting 3, student activity increased to "very active." There is an increase in classical music in meeting 3, which has an effect on student learning outcomes.
