Abstract

This stuaThis study aims to determine the efforts of teachers and educational staff in branding madrasahs to increase the attractiveness of new student admissions in the digital era. Then, this study also analyzes the supporting and inhibiting factors in the madrasah branding process. The method employed is field research, utilizing a case study approach and a qualitative methodology. The research focus was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Daar Al-Hikmah Seputih Mataram, Central Lampung. Based on the findings from a total of 25 informants, madrasah branding is a crucial strategy for attracting the interest of the community and prospective new students, particularly in today's digital landscape. Several strategic steps implemented include the creation of an official website as a public information medium, the formation of a branding team consisting of competent teachers and education staff, the use of social media such as Instagram and TikTok to creatively showcase various madrasah activities, community and alums involvement, and regular evaluations are important steps in expanding the promotional reach and improving the branding. In addition, several key supporting factors in madrasah branding include the presence of skilled human resources in digital design and communication, as well as the need for public trust in the madrasah due to its religious foundation. On the other hand, challenges faced by madrasah branding include budget constraints, competition between educational institutions (such as schools and Madrasah), and a lack of market understanding. Therefore, to achieve optimal branding effectiveness, Madrasah must collaborate, innovate, and continually improve their capacity to adapt to changing times and community needsdy aims to determine the efforts of teachers and educational staff in branding madrasahs to increase the attractiveness of new student admissions in the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership, teacher competence, and work discipline on teacher performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative with SEM-PLS analysis techniques. The population consists of 136 teachers, with a sample of 85 teachers. The results of the study indicate that teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, while principal leadership, work discipline, and work motivation are not significant. Work motivation is also not proven to be a mediator. The implication is that it is recommended to focus on improving teacher competence.

Abstract

Kebijakan pemerintah mengenai pondok pesantren merupakan aspek penting dalam menentukan posisi, pengakuan, serta arah pengembangan pesantren dalam sistem pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah terkait pondok pesantren, mengkaji latar belakang lahirnya kebijakan tersebut, serta menelaah implikasinya terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikan pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan content analysis melalui telaah undang-undang, peraturan pemerintah, keputusan menteri, serta literatur akademik yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional dan PP Nomor 55 Tahun 2007 tentang Pendidikan Agama dan Keagamaan menjadi tonggak penting pengakuan formal pesantren dalam sistem pendidikan nasional. Selain itu, munculnya berbagai kebijakan lanjutan termasuk peta jalan kemandirian pesantren menunjukkan adanya penguatan fungsi pesantren tidak hanya sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan dakwah, tetapi juga sebagai lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat. Namun demikian, kebijakan tersebut pada awalnya lahir sebagai respon atas adanya perlakuan diskriminatif dan ketidakadilan perhatian pemerintah dibandingkan dengan sekolah formal

Abstract

Penguatan partisipasi masyarakat merupakan salah satu pilar utama dalam mewujudkan desa mandiri, khususnya dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan desa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keterlibatan masyarakat serta merumuskan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi warga Desa Waru, Kecamatan Parung, Kabupaten Bogor dalam perencanaan desa. Rendahnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa ini berdampak pada kurang optimalnya peran RT/RW, BPD, LSM, dan lembaga desa lainnya dalam proses perencanaan dan pengawasan pembangunan. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan pemberdayaan, kegiatan ini berupaya memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dan perangkat desa melalui pelatihan perencanaan desa, forum diskusi, dan pendampingan teknis. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang mekanisme perencanaan desa, terbentuknya ruang partisipasi yang inklusif, serta terbangunnya tata kelola pembangunan yang transparan, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan warga. Dengan demikian, penguatan partisipasi masyarakat dapat menjadi fondasi strategis dalam mempercepat terwujudnya Desa Waru sebagai desa mandiri yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of 21st-century competencies in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning through the integration of 4C skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication), literacy, Character Education Strengthening (PPK), and HOTS at SDN 2 Jatidatar. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The results show that 21st-century competencies are implemented through group discussions, problem-based learning, simple projects, and reflection on Islamic values. Literacy is developed through reading texts and using digital media, PPK through habituation of religious attitudes and teamwork, and HOTS through case analysis and problem-solving. This implementation encourages students to be active, critical, and collaborative.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki tingkat kerawanan bencana yang tinggi akibat kondisi geografis, geologis, dan klimatologis yang kompleks, termasuk di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara sebagai daerah otonom baru yang menghadapi ancaman banjir, kebakaran hutan dan lahan, tanah longsor, gempa bumi, dan bencana sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan penanggulangan bencana di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma interpretatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan belum berjalan optimal dan masih bersifat reaktif, ditandai dengan belum tersusunnya dokumen analisis risiko bencana yang komprehensif, belum adanya peta kawasan rawan bencana yang ditetapkan secara resmi, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, anggaran, dan sarana prasarana, serta lemahnya koordinasi antarorganisasi perangkat daerah. Faktor pendukung meliputi adanya kerangka hukum daerah, komitmen pemerintah daerah, serta potensi kolaborasi multipihak. Disimpulkan bahwa penguatan kelembagaan, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya, dan integrasi pengurangan risiko bencana dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk mewujudkan tata kelola penanggulangan bencana yang efektif dan berkelanjutan di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.
