Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik Pratama dr. Ida Skincare Bogor. Lima puluh peserta dari empat lokasi Bogor yang berbeda dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh staf dari Klinik Pratama dr. Ida Skincare Bogor. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif pendekatan verifikatif melalui pengujian analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kemampuan kerja, motivasi, dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan pihak klinik dapat lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik lagi melalui kemampuan kerja dengan meningkatkan pelatihan atau peningkatan skill, memotivasi staf secara berkala, dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work ability, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of the employees of Klinik Pratama dr. Ida Skincare Bogor. Fifty participants from four different Bogor locations were sampled. Data collection techniques use interview and questionnaire techniques. The respondents for this research were all staff from the Pratama Clinic, Dr. Ida Skincare Bogor. The research method uses descriptive analysis, a verification approach through multiple linear regression analysis testing. The research results show that partially and simultaneously work ability, motivation, and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research implies that it is hoped that the clinic can pay more attention and improve performance through work ability by increasing training or increasing skills, motivating staff regularly, and improving work discipline.

Abstract

The programme Microsoft Office Excel was used to transform ordinal data into metric data on an interval scale using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). analysis of data employing path analysis (Path Analysys), verification analysis, descriptive analysis, and analysisUsing the IBM SPPS Version 25.00 programme, do the Sobel Test for variables that may be interfering. The study's findings demonstrate that organisational culture and work environment have a positive and significant impact on job motivation at the same time. Work motivation is positively and significantly impacted by organisational culture. Work motivation is positively and significantly impacted by the workplace environment. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by organisational culture. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the workplace. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by work motivation. The workplace environment has the power to moderate employee performance through job motivation, whereas organisational culture is unable to do so.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the relationship between brand image and price perception with purchasing decisions at PT. Humpuss Trading, Jakarta. The study population was 140 customers and the number of samples 104 respondents using proportional random sampling technique. The research method used was a survey with a correlational approach consisting of two independent variables namely brand image and price perception and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between brand image and purchase decision, there was a positive and significant relationship between price perception and purchase decision, there was a positive and significant relationship between brand image and price perception simultaneously with purchase decisions. Thus it can be concluded that purchasing decisions can be improved through brand image and price perception partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

In the service industry, company developments force professionals to stay abreast of the latest developments to compete. Customer happiness is a method that can be applied to maintain company survival by encouraging repurchase intentions. This research uses customer satisfaction at The Bucketlist Indonesia to test how price perceptions and servicescape influence repurchase intentions. Using a purposive sampling approach combined with a non-probability sampling strategy, the research sample consisted of 100 respondents. In this research, the analysis techniques used are quantitative, descriptive, and verification. Data analysis with the IBM SPPS Version 25.00 application utilizes path analysis and Sobel Test analysis. In conclusion, customer satisfaction can mediate servicescape and price perceptions on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Assets (ROA), and size on company value (PBV), partially and simultaneously. Data processing in this research uses quantitative data analysis and uses SPSS 25 (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. The sample in this research is industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 31 companies during the 2020-2022 period. The research results show that Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Size together or simultaneously influence company value (PBV). Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) partially has a positive and significant effect on Company Value (PBV). Return on Assets (ROA) partially has a positive and significant effect on Company Value (PBV). Size has a negative and significant effect on Company Value (PBV). And the Return On Assets (ROA) variable is the dominant variable.

Abstract

This study aims to test the direct effect of workload and compensation on turnover intention through job satisfaction with 100 workers from PT Honoris Industry as the sample. Study findings revealed that workload has a direct, negative, and significant effect on job satisfaction, and compensation has a positive and significant effect directly on job satisfaction. Workload has a positive and significant direct effect on turnover intention and compensation has a negative and significant effect directly on turnover intention. Job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of workload on employee turnover intentions and job satisfaction can mediate the indirect positive and significant influence of compensation on turnover intention. Abstract

The research objectives are to examine the influence of self-efficacy and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. A sample of 100 respondents used the purposive sampling method. Data research methods use descriptive, verification, and path analysis. This study found that self-efficacy has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a direct positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee OCB, self-efficacy has a direct positive and significant impact on OCB employees, organizational culture has a direct positive and significant effect on employee OCB, organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of self-efficacy on employee OCB, and organizational commitment is able to mediate the impact of organizational culture on employee OCB. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain and examine the impact of competitive advantage and entrepreneurial spirit on business performance in culinary MSMEs located in Cimahpar Village. With a saturated sample, the population of this study consisted of 70 culinary business actors in Cimahpar Village in 2022. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data, and multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The findings demonstrated that competitive advantage and an entrepreneurial mindset were positively and significantly correlated with company success. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui dan menguji apakah keunggulan bersaing dan jiwa kewirausahaan pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM kuliner yang berlokasi di Desa Cimahpar. Dengan sampel jenuh, populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 70 pelaku usaha kuliner di Desa Cimahpar pada tahun 2022. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan bersaing dan jiwa kewirausahaan berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) di Provinsi Bali dan Sumatera Barat merupakan sarana bagi dosen dan mahasiswa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan relevansi pendidikan dengan upaya pemberdayaan desa melalui kegiatan PkM agar memberikan kontribusi positif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat di empat desa. Pengumpulan data pengabdian dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan PkM terdiri dari: 1) bantuan pendidikan dengan melakukan pembelajaran dan peningkatan fasilitas pendidikan di beberapa sekolah yang berada di Desa Susut, Bali, dan Desa Panjang Ikua Koto, Sumatera Barat; 2) kontribusi sosial dengan memberikan santunan sosial kepada masyarakat yang mengalami stunting akibat gizi buruk di Desa Simabur, Sumatera Barat, dan; 3) kepedulian lingkungan melalui pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove di Desa Pasie Nan Tigo. Hasilnya, masyarakat desa mampu mengembangkan potensi dengan kelebihan yang dimiliki, menjaga kebersihan, dan memperbaiki fasilitas pendidikan. Kegiatan PkM diharapkan memberikan manfaat berkelanjutan dan memperkuat kerjasama antara Tim PkM dan masyarakat, serta menjadi wadah efektif untuk penerapan ilmu dalam pengabdian sosial.
