Abstract

The Teacher Mobilization Program was launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture to improve teacher professional competence. This program is a concrete manifestation of the concern of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in achieving national education goals. Implementation of the teacher mobilization program is still an obstacle in the field, resulting in a negative impact on teacher competency. The aim of this research is to describe the optimization of driving teachers in improving professional competence so that it has a positive impact on the quality of graduates. Researchers use a qualitative research paradigm with a case study approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation studies. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling. Research activities were carried out at SD Negeri Bunikasih 4, Warungkondang District, Cianjur Regency, academic year 2024. Research finding show that increasing teacher professional competence can be done by optimizing the management of inspiring teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 sampel dengan mengunakan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik uji instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan spss dengan metode analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and positive influence of work motivation, organizational climate, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The research design used was descriptive and verificative. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling method, with a total of 40 respondents. The subject of this study was an employee of PT XYZ. The object of this study is work motivation, organizational climate, leadership style, and employee job satisfaction. The tools used are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with F test and t test. The results showed that work motivation, organizational climate, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction had a direct and positive influence both partially and simultaneously. If the company wants to have a high level of job satisfaction, employees must be given a boost in the form of motivation, a comfortable, supportive, and fulfilling organizational climate and have leaders who have an effective leadership style in accordance with employee needs. This research can be useful as advice and more understanding, to apply an effective leadership style it will play a good role for work motivation, organizational climate and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the level of saving intention at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Bogor Jalan Baru by examining the influence of knowledge and religiosity. The research utilizes a sample of 100 respondents and adopts a quantitative methodology, employing multiple linear regression analysis with the aid of IBM SPSS 25. The findings reveal that the combined effect of these two variables is also found to be significant in influencing saving intention; both knowledge and religiosity individually exert a positive and significant impact on saving intention at the selected branch. It is suggested that future research consider employing alternative methodologies, such as qualitative approaches, to gain deeper insight into the observed phenomena. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work ability and work environment on employee performance at My Seafood Bogor. The methods used in this study are descriptive, quantitative and verificative. The use of samples in the study amounted to 42 employees in the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire data were tested through classical validity, reliability and assumption test methods. The analysis technique uses ordinal scales to analyze multiple linear regression, multiple correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis test. Employee responses to work motivation are high, work ability is good enough, the work environment is good enough and employee performance is high. The results showed that simultaneously and partially work motivation, work ability and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of My Seafood Bogor employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Jambu Mutiara.  Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 97 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kreteria; konsumen telah membeli produk CV. Jambu Mutiara Taiwan Caringin Bogor minimal 2 kali. Kuesioner teruji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable produk, harga, tempat dan promosi baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Jambu Mutiara Taiwan.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan komponen vital dalam organisasi yang berkontribusi langsung terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan, dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai elemen penting yang memengaruhi produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan. Camp Hulu Cai Resort, sebuah resort yang memadukan wisata alam dengan penginapan modern, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan kerja, baik fisik maupun nonfisik. Berdasarkan survei dan analisis, ditemukan bahwa fasilitas kerja di beberapa area, seperti ruang marketing dan front office, masih kurang memadai, yang berdampak pada kinerja karyawan dan pencapaian target penjualan. Perusahaan telah mengambil langkah untuk mengatasi sebagian masalah ini, seperti mengatur ulang tata letak ruang kerja dan memperbaiki peralatan yang rusak, namun beberapa aspek masih memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi lingkungan kerja di Camp Hulu Cai Resort, mengidentifikasi masalah utama, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan, efektivitas kerja karyawan, serta pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Kompensasi karyawan sangat penting agar setiap karyawan dapat menghasilkan pekerjaan yang optimal. Dilakukannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kompensasi yang belum optimal di Bimbel XYZ. Rendahnya kompensasi menyebabkan permasalahan seperti kinerja karyawan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja menurun. Hal ini menyebabkan target perusahaan tidak tercapai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan penerapan kompensasi yang sesuai dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan kebijakan kompensasi guna meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sehingga target perusahaan tercapai.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and motivation on business performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in snack food MSMEs in Cisarua District. The sample used was 58 snack food MSMEs in Cisarua District. This research is descriptive and verification with the path analysis method. This study resulted in the findings that entrepreneurial orientation and motivation have an influence on business performance and organizational commitment. Organizational commitment served as an intervening variable. Based on the result of this study, business actors must be able to improve entrepreneurial orientation and motivation in order to improve business performance and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct influence of organizational culture, work environment, and leadership on employee performance at PT Talenta Heba Parnita Depok. The sample in this study 57 people were using the method of determining saturated sampling techniques. The instrument test technique in this study uses the IBM Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) software application with the regression analysis method. The results showed that organizational culture, work environment, and leadership simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
