Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on public satisfaction at the Gowa Regency Public Service Mall. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using the Accidental Sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study: Descriptive Statistics, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test. The results of the study indicate that service quality consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions has a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction. This is evidenced by a partial test which shows a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it is known that the coefficient of determination R square has a value of 0.513 or 51.3%. Thus, improving service quality can increase public satisfaction with the services provided at the Gowa Regency Public Service Mall.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture and employee performance at PT Telkom Akses Makassar City, as well as the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. This quantitative research uses explanatory research with a sample of 133 out of 200 employees, taken using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS V.27. The results show that organizational culture is good, with norm implementation as the dominant indicator (59%), and employee performance is also good, with quality as the dominant indicator (59.13%). Hypothesis testing showed a p-value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelayanan pengurusan paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Kota Makassar.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan aparatur pelayanan paspor di Kantor Imigrasi  Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang efektivitas pelayanan pengurusan paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Kota Makassar, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pelayanan tersebut. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan konstruktif untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan layanan publik di bidang keimigrasian, sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pelayanan publik yang telah ditetapkan dalam undang-undang dan kebijakan yang berlaku.
