Abstract

Etika pegawai merupakan wujud kontrol dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok, fungsi dan kewenangan sehingga pegawai harus menjadikan etika pegawai sebagai pedoman dalam menjalankan tugasnya sehingga dapat mewujudkan pelayanan administrasi yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Etika Pelayanan Administrasi dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Bontomaraanu Kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jumlah informan 7 orang yang dipilih secara purposive. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pelayanan Administrasi dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Bontomaraanu Kabupaten Gowa menunjukkan bahwa dari segi Persamaan sudah dilaksanakan secara maksimal tanpa adanya membeda-bedakan. Keadilan dalam hal ini pegawai melayani masyarakat dengan ramah, semua masyarakat diberlakukan sama. Kesetiaan dalam hal ini masih ada pegawai yang datang terlambat terkhusus pegawai perempuan IRT. Tanggung jawab yang diberikan dalam pelayanan sudah berjalan dengan baik, terkait pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Bontomaraanu Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of work experience on work productivity in the Regional Secretariat Office of Gowa Regency. The research method was a quantitative research method with the type of survey research. The hypothesis put forward work experience on work productivity. Data obtained by 114 respondents, while the sample used a creative table which was followed by stratified random sampling. Data analysis technique used a simple linear regression analysis method with Y = 10.978 + 0.683X with the help of Pearson product moment (r) through SPSS Version 22.0 program at α = 0.05 level. The results of this study showed that there was a significant positive influence between work experience on work productivity in the Regional Office of the Gowa Regency Secretariat with a regression coefficient of 0.683 for the interpretation of the regression cofficient in the medium category so that it could be said that there was an effect of work experience on work productivity in the Gowa Regency Regional Secretariat Office.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the leadership style of school principals in improving teacher performance at SD Inpres Tamarunang. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach and data is collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques using the Hersey and Blanchard style policy implementation model. With good leadership in schools, teacher performance can improve The results of the research show that the application of the leadership style of the principal of SD Inpres Tamarunang, Bantaeng Regency by directing/directing, coaching/coaching, supporting/supporting and delegating/delegating has been implemented well in improving teacher performance at SD Inpres Tamaraunang, Bantaeng Regency.

Abstract

E-Government is an information technology system developed by the government to improve public services by providing choices to the public for convenience in public services. Based on this, this research study aims to describe and explain the Application of E-Government in Public Services in Mattiro Sompe District Pinrang Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative type using 6 informants. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and using triagulation data validation, namely source, technical and time triagulation. The results of this research show that the implementation of E-Government in Public Services in Mattiro Sompe District, Pinrang Regency has gone well, which can be seen from the E-SKM aspect in improving public services, Support has been effective in accordance with government policy in providing technological infrastructure, training and development Source human resources are qualified and competent, effective benefits in making it easier for the public to implement E-Government through filling out community satisfaction surveys and benefits for the government in improving services to the public.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for increasing Moncolang Market retribution in Barombong Sub-District in increasing local revenue of Gowa Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. The results of the research are 1) Intensification through supervision of all activities aimed at the target so that the goals set can be achieved. a) Supervision of market retribution collection. b) The Moncobalang Market Retribution Revenue Target refers to its annual target c) The Implementation of Retribution Collection visits directly to the levy payers. d), work standards are made for retribution collectors so that they are more regular in billing time. e) Moncobalang market facilities and infrastructure provided by the government such as stalls to rest. 2) Extensification takes into account the potential for each levy receipt. a) Adding a place or land b) Cooperation with agencies in the form of cooperation in retribution is going well. c) The facilities and infrastructure needed in selling each are privately owned. d) Increasing levy income, namely by realizing good service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of employee performance variables on the variable quality of public services at the Makassar branch of the BPJS Healthy office. The method in this study used quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people and the sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis in a simultaneous and racial way. The results of this study indicated that the analysis of employee performance variables and the quality of public services was in the "good" category. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it showed that the employee performance variable had an effect of 60.6% on the quality of public services at the Makassar branch of the BPJS healthy office. It  concluded that the higher the employee's performance, the higher the service quality, conversely, the lower the employee's performance, the lower the quality of public service.Keywords: influence, employee performance, quality of public services

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an Influence of Interpersonal Communication Between Employees on Employee Performance in the Public Relations Section of the Central Maluku Regent's Office. The population in this study were all employees in the Public Relations Office of the Central Maluku Regent, amounting to 25 people. The sampling method used  saturated sample that used the entire population as a source of data. The data collection method used  a questionnaire. The analysis technique used simple linear regression, correlation analysis and t hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 16.0 software for windows. The results of this study showed that there was a significant influence between interpersonal communication on improving employee performance in the Public Relations Section of the Central Maluku Regent's Office. It was proved by the hypothesis test results, t count t table (12.989 2.068). Then the decision was to reject the hypothesis 0 (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha) meant there was a significant influence between Interperson Communication Against Employee Performance Enhancement in the Public Relations Office of the Central Maluku Regent Office. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Strategy for Improving Police Performance in Providing Public Services in the Police Sector of Galesong, Takalar Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in the study consisted of 5 (five) people. The results of this study indicate that 1) the aspect of increasing Polri's motivation is carried out by providing examples and instilling a disciplined attitude to help improve Polri's performance, 2) welfare aspects for employees can encourage Polri's work spirit at the Galesong Police Station 3) aspects of a harmonious organizational climate, Galesong Polsek works with a close family system so that the work environment becomes safe and comfortable 4) leadership aspects at the Galesong Police are very supportive of improving performance with morning meetings and giving directions 5) career development aspects are very helpful for Polri in planning careers such as promotions and positions through education and training.  Keywords: Strategy, Performance, Public Service

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in overcoming poverty in Batu Ke'de Village, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with phenomenological research type. The results of the research conducted showed that the Evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Batu Ke'de Village, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency saw from aspect 1.) the input in its implementation had been supportive, both in terms of supporting resources, facilities and infrastructure and sufficient human resources. 2.) The implementation process starts from the initial meeting, verification of commitment and assistance is in accordance with PKH implementation guidelines. 3.) Outputs in the implementation of PKH provide the expected results such as utilization in the fields of education and health. 4.) the resulting outcome is that the community is greatly assisted in the field of education in supporting the needs of school children

Abstract

Lack of skills and knowledge among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah, UMKM) can lead to business stagnation, ineffective management, difficulty in accessing markets and financing, and low productivity. Training and mentoring in management and marketing are essential for Raja Bandeng Boneless MSMEs in Maros Regency to achieve sustainable success. This service activity aims to enhance soft skills in leadership, decision-making, milkfish de-boning techniques, social media marketing strategies, content marketing, and financial management. Leadership and decision-making training improves managerial skills, enabling managers and business owners to manage teams and production processes more effectively. Leadership training also helps business owners motivate and direct their teams efficiently, increasing productivity and work performance. Additionally, milkfish de-boning training was conducted to enhance product quality. Furthermore, training in marketing and financial management was provided to encourage more creative packaging and better business strategies. The results of these activities highlight the importance of regular training to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and marketing effectiveness. Timely training on time and resource management is crucial for operational efficiency. Intensive training on milkfish de-boning techniques is also necessary to enhance product quality and ensure hygienic standards. Moreover, professional social media management and the development of content marketing strategies are essential to expanding consumer reach. By implementing these strategies, Raja Bandeng Boneless MSMEs can enhance their competitiveness and ensure long-term business sustainability. Kurangnya skill dan pengetahuan di kalangan UMKM dapat menyebabkan stagnasi bisnis, manajemen yang tidak efektif, kesulitan mengakses pasar dan pembiayaan, serta rendahnya produktivitas. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam manajemen dan pemasaran sangat penting bagi UMKM seperti Raja Bandeng Tanpa Tulang di Kabupaten Maros untuk mencapai keberhasilan yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan soft skill kepemimpinan, pengambilan keputusan, teknik pencabutan tulang ikan bandeng, serta strategi pemasaran media sosial, konten marketing serta manajemen keuangan. Pelatihan kepemimpinan dan pengambilan keputusan meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial, memungkinkan manajer dan pemilik usaha mengelola tim dan proses produksi secara lebih efektif. Kemudian, dalam pelatihan tersebut juga diberikan pelatihan kepemimpinan agar memungkinkan para pelaku usaha untuk memotivasi dan mengarahkan tim mereka secara efektif, meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Pelatihan pencabutan tulang ikan bandeng juga dilakukan guna meningkatkan kualitas produk. Kemudian, hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan ialah memberikan pelatihan manajemen marketing dan manajemen keuangan agar dapat membuat kemasan yang lebih kreatif. Adapun kesimpulannya ialah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kualitas produk, dan efektivitas pemasaran perlu adanya pelatihan secara rutin. Tersedianya pelatihan tentang pengelolaan waktu dan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Kemudian, perlu adanya pelatihan intensif tentang teknik pencabutan tulang ikan bandeng untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan terapkan standar higienis. Selanjutnya perlu membuat dan mengelola akun media sosial secara profesional untuk menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen dan pengebangan strategi konten marketing. Dengan menerapkan hal tersebut, UMKM Raja Bandeng Tanpa Tulang dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha dalam jangka panjang.
