Abstract

This study examined the effectiveness of "Abbulogading" Village Enterprises (BUMDes) in 2018 in Bulogading Village, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the management of village-owned enterprises in increasing community independence and strengthening the village economy. This study used Purpuporsive Sampling technique with the number of informants as many as 5 people through decision studies and field studies consisting of documentation interviews and observations then analyzed qualitatively The Results of this study showed that the presence of BUMDes in the village of Bulogading could help and increase productivity in the form of  profits in 2018, aspects of the efficiency of the use of organizational resources for the development of BUMDes seen from cooperation between members, aspects of satisfaction in the form of meeting the needs of employees / administrators in managing BUMDes, aspects of adaptation included employee / management responses, to know how effective the BUMDes itself  and community responses about the presence of BUMDes in serving the needs of the community and the survival aspects of the Bulogading village community.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze and describe the implementation of illegal parking supervision by the local company (PD) Parking Makassar Raya. This study used  qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Number of  informants were 9 people and data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data validation were triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and  conclusions. The results of this study showed that the implementation of illegal parking supervision by the Regional Company (PD) Parking Makassar Raya was good. The process of implementing supervision included Preventive and Repressive supervision between pre-implementation and post-monitoring. Preventive Supervision of the implementation of supervision at PD Parkir in terms of checking the results of target revenues and the realization of the last five years so that the PAD of parking fees had decreased, to maximize parking PAD the Parking Area Company made a breakthrough in implementing online parking, especially on potential roads on Boulevard Street. Also for the implementation of direct field supervision through Repressive Supervision, including the TRC team (Quick Reaction Team) was tasked with monitoring the whereabouts of illegal parking attendants in terms of taking action, arranging, giving directions to illegal parking attendants so as not to take illegal actions. media @HumasPD Parking.Keywords: Implementation of Preventive and Repressive Supervision

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Simbakda dalam hal pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana penulis bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Simbakda di Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Kota Makassar dengan menyeleksi orang-orang tertentu yang dianggap memiliki pengetahuan lebih tentang aplikasi Simbakda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Simbakda di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Makassar dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik jika diukur dengan pencapaian tujuan, integrasi dan adaptasi dalam menggunakan aplikasi Simbakda. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tercapainya tujuan bahwa aplikasi Simbakda dapat meningkatkan kinerja Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah yaitu bidang aset, namun masih banyak aset yang tidak dikelola dengan baik yang menyebabkan aset tersebut mengalami masalah, mengenai integrasi telah berjalan dengan baik atau aplikasi ini tersosialisasikan dengan baik. adaptasi tersebut telah berjalan dengan baik karena seluruh karyawan di bidang Aset mampu menggunakan aplikasi Simbakda dan meminimalisir kendala dalam menggunakan aplikasi Simbakda.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Strategy for the Development of Bantimurung Natural Tourism Potential at the Tourism Office of Maros Regency. This type of research used is qualitative. phenomenological type. The data collection technique used is observation, interview. The results of this study indicate that the development strategy carried out by the Tourism Office is the need to improve the quality of human resources, such as increasing awareness in keeping the environment clean. There is provision of special funds by the Tourism Office specifically for Bantimurung tourism to finance and facilitate areas within the Bantimurung area and also to provide adequate facilities and infrastructure in the Bantimurung Nature Tourism area. The strategy for developing the natural tourism potential of Bantimurung at the Tourism Office uses several strategy indicators proposed by Chandler in (Rangkuti Freddy, 2006), namely 1) Human Resources, 2) Funds, 3) Information and Technology, 4) Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ethics of the State Civil Apparatus in carrying out public service tasks at the Camba District Office, Maros Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with 7 informants. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the ethics of the State Civil Apparatus in the implementation of public services at the Camba District Office, Maros Regency, shows that in terms of equality, it has been implemented without discriminating against the social background of the community, but it is not yet optimal because there are still people who think that if they want to take care of the files it is necessary acquaintances who work in the office in order to get management faster. Loyalty, in this case, employees are obedient and loyal to the rules, leaders, and co-workers. The responsibilities given in public services are still not optimal, regarding employees at the Camba District Office there are still those who don't arrive on time so that sometimes hampers services.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the implementation of the E-Toll System in Makassar City. E-Toll was an electronic payment system used electronic money. Based on this, researcher encouraged to explain the Implementation of the E-Toll System in Makassar City. The number of informants in this study was 4 people. This study used  qualitative research with a type of phenomenological research that emphasized the subjectivity of human life experiences. Data collection techniques used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis models. The results showed that the implementation of the E-Toll System in Makassar City had not been fully implemented optimally in accordance with its objectives, this was seen from the indicators namely (1) input, (2) process, (3) output, (4) benefits, and (5) ) outcome. In the Process indicators there were still many problems, such as the existence of the community or toll road users who did not yet have an E-Toll card to make payments manually, because it was still lack of information and information from related parties that the importance of using the E-Toll card  so that the public understood and used the E-toll Card system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Bureaucratic Ethics in Public Services at the Duampanua Sub-District Office, Pinrang Regency. This research uses qualitative research with case study type. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Research informants amounted to 12 people. Validation of data through triangulation of sources, techniques and time, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Bureaucratic Ethics that existed or was applied by the sub-district office were not in accordance with 1) Standardization and formalization, namely there were still many employees who did not follow the SOP. 2) Division of work and specialization, namely the placement of employees is not in accordance with their abilities. 3) Hierarchy of authority, namely the absence of written sanctions related to violations. 4) professionalization, ie there are no specific criteria for position placement. 5) Written documents, namely the filing system still needs improvement.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Bulukumba Regency. This type of research was a survey research that illustrated quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively by using SPSS application. The population were 164 and the sample were 49. The sampling technique used random sampling techniques. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, with a correlation coefficient value = 0,671. This figure showed a strong correlation or relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance of 67,1% and influenced by factors that existed in the employees themselves.

Abstract

This research shows that the electronic government policy in administering public services for the Enrekang Regency population and civil registration service as seen from the following aspects: 1) Communication, in the administration of public services for the Enrekang Regency population and civil registration service, is in accordance with existing policies where the communication carried out is very important as the nature of transparency to the community. 2) resources, in providing public services for the Enrekang Regency population and civil registration service, are good with development and training provided so as to improve their performance. 3) Disposition, in providing public services for the Regency population and civil registration service. is quite good in terms of attitude and responsibilities. 4) the bureaucratic structure, in providing public services for the Regency's population and civil registration services, is good enough as a source of information for leaders or executives in producing various policies.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to find out how public service accountability in the making of the auto sign number in sinjai county's samsat office. The type of case study that will provide an overview or a detailed phenomenon. Data collection with observation, interviews, documentation. Research conducted at sinjai county's samsat office on public service accountability are four criteria: procedures, costs, time frame, and responsiveness. According to the results, public service accountability in the sign for the motor vehicle number (TNKB) in sinjai county's samsat office has been well under way and is implementing the prime service procedure of SOP, While there are still a few constrakes such as the cost tariffs and the lack of attention to the target, the samsat office in sinjai district is currently assessed, according to the rules set in sinjai district's samsat area.
