Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the Fikri Forward Roll 1 (F2R1) Model in enhancing forward roll learning among eighth-grade students. This model was developed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) instructional design approach. The research subjects consisted of eighth-grade students, with a small-scale trial involving 60 students from SMPN 01 Belitang and a large-scale trial involving 100 students from SMPN 02 and SMPN 03 Belitang. The product validation test was conducted by three experts: one instructional media expert, one movement learning expert, and one Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) practitioner. Data analysis employed the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR), yielding a CVI score of 3.77 and a CVR score of 0.15. These results indicate that the F2R1 Model is valid and suitable for use as a learning tool for forward rolls. Based on the findings, the F2R1 Model positively contributes to students' understanding and skills in performing forward rolls. Therefore, this model is recommended for educators to enhance movement learning at the junior high school level.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Movekids Flashcard as a learning medium to enhance physical literacy among third-grade elementary school students. The research follows the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The study involved 18 third-grade students from SD Negeri Talang Giring in the small-scale trial phase and 46 students from SD Negeri Bunga Sekoti and SD Negeri Kotanegara in the large-scale trial phase. Expert judgment in this study consisted of three experts: one learning media expert, one motor learning expert, and one physical educator. The content validity of the learning media was assessed using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR), yielding a CVI score of 3.83 and a CVR score of 0.25. These results indicate a high level of content validity, allowing the study to proceed to the field trial phase. The findings suggest that the Movekids Flashcard effectively enhances students' physical literacy and can serve as an innovative learning medium in elementary school physical education.

Abstract

Running speed is an important component of students' physical ability, particularly in athletics. Research into appropriate exercise methods to increase running speed, such as fartlek and shuttle runs, is important. This study aimed to determine the effect of fartlek and shuttle run training on the 60-metre sprint speed of students at SMP Negeri 02 Belitang, using an experimental approach with a two-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 15 SMP Negeri 02 Belitang students. A 60-metre sprint test was used to measure changes in performance before and after the exercise treatment. Paired t-test results showed that both fartlek and shuttle run exercises significantly increased running speed (p-value <0.05). The shuttle run group experienced an average time decrease of 0.8 seconds (t = 5.50, df = 6, p = 0.002), demonstrating greater performance improvement than the fartlek group. In conclusion, both fartlek and shuttle run training were effective in increasing the 60-metre sprint speed of junior high school students. The shuttle run had a greater effect on performance improvement than fartlek. For future studies, it would be advisable to include variables such as gender, age, and initial fitness level to enable a more comprehensive analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the soccer refereeing management system in the East OKU Regency Association using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. An effective refereeing system is essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of football matches at the local level. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that although the organizational structure and implementation of referee duties were in place, there were still significant obstacles such as limited continuous training, lack of systematic performance evaluation, and lack of technological support and awards for outstanding referees. The context evaluation revealed the social pressure that referees experience during matches, while the input and process evaluations indicated the need for improvements in human resource management and coordination between regions. Refereeing management products have made a positive contribution, but the consistency of referee quality still needs to be improved. This research recommends the development of continuous training programs, the implementation of a structured performance evaluation system, and the provision of incentives to strengthen football refereeing management in the regions. These findings can serve as a reference for other district soccer associations in improving the quality of refereeing.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an adaptive game-based basic movement learning model for students with cerebral palsy (CP) in special elementary schools. The developed model, MOGI Three, was designed using the ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Validation by three experts indicated a high level of content validity (CVR = 0.15). Small-scale trials showed that most students achieved high to very high scores in basic motor skills. These findings indicate that MOGI Three is effective in improving active participation, postural control, and basic motor abilities in students with CP. The study concludes that MOGI Three is a feasible and applicable physical education model that supports inclusive education practices. Abstract

This study addresses the declining trend in competitive swimming achievements in Palembang City, despite the sport’s potential to produce elite athletes. The research aims to evaluate the management of athlete development using the POAC framework (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement strategies. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis with 20 participants, including administrators, coaches, and athletes. The findings reveal that planning is carried out through structured short-term, medium-term, and long-term programs aligned with competition calendars; organizing involves clear role distribution and active coordination among stakeholders; actuating is implemented via systematic training schedules, adequate facilities, and motivational support; and controlling is conducted through regular evaluations of performance and discipline. Scientific evidence indicates that while the organizational structure and program planning are strong, challenges remain in funding, sponsorship, and coach capacity. It is concluded that sustainable competitive success requires increased resource allocation, facility upgrades, and the integration of sports science into training programs

Abstract

Badminton is a sport that requires a high level of technical and strategic expertise. Correct positioning allows the player to have an optimal viewing angle of the game and makes it easy to respond to the movement of the shuttlecock. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the application of smash precision training methods on junior badminton players in the Eternal Badminton Union. This study adopts a quantitative approach by using experimental methods pretest-post-test design of one group. This experiment will be conducted for six weeks with a training frequency of four sessions per week. The population and subjects were junior athletes of the Eternal Badminton Union, which numbered 15 people, namely nine male athletes and six female athletes. The data analysis using SPSS statistical software 20. The research instrument used questionnaires, smash accuracy tests before and after training, and field observations to evaluate the effectiveness of smash precision training methods in junior badminton athletes.  The results showed that the drill method can improve the accuracy of badminton strokes of junior athletes from the Badminton Association of PB Abadi. Further research can develop different training methods by combining different training methods. This will help to better identify the factors that can improve the smash badminton results of junior athletes.
