Abstract

Bencana gempa bumi sering menimbulkan kerugian dan kerusakan bagi masyarakat yang terdampak. Salah satu bukti gempa bumi yang terjadi di Provinsi Bali yang berpusat di daerah timur Kabupaten Karangasem dengan kekuatan 4,8 SR terjadi 8 km barat laut Karangasem, pada Sabtu dini hari (16/10/2021), pukul 03.18 WIB. Guncangan gempa berdampak pada jatuhnya korban jiwa dan kerusakan bangunan di wilayah Kabupaten Karangasem dan Bangli, Provinsi Bali. Gempa bumi termasuk permasalahan penting yang dapat diatasi dengan cara memberikan edukasi mitigasi bencana sejak dini. Adapun tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang Mitigasi Bencana Alam Gempa Bumi dan Gunung Meletus dan untuk memberikan media informasi kesehatan berupa X-Banner yang telah dirancang dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat pasca Gempa Bumi di Desa Ban, Karangasem, Bali. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Sosialisasi dan Penyuluhan dengan media informasi kesehatan berupa X-Banner tentang Mitigasi Bencana Alam Gempa Bumi dan Gunung Meletus di Desa Ban, Karangasem Bali. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah terlaksana dengan baik selama 2 hari. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada hari pertama dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat, 10 Desember 2021 dan pada hari kedua dilaksanakan pada tanggal Jumat, 18 Desember 2022. Adapun output dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah X-Banner yang telah didesign sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat pasca gempa bumi dan sudah diimplementasikan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan penyuluhan di Desa Ban, Karangasem, Bali.

Abstract

LatarBelakang: Pelaksanaan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan terdapat ketimpangan dengan Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2022 tentang Rekam Medis (RM). Salah satunya adalah ketimpangan adalah perbaikan atau penambahan catatan RM yang berujung pada pengaktifan kembali RME lebih dari 2x24 jam.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan dan hak akses pengaktifan kembali RME.Metode:  Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode postpositivistik. Sampel penelitian dari Instalasi RM periode April 2023 berjumlah 43 RM yang telah mengalami perbaikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara serta teknik triangulasi berupa studi dokumentasi dan observasi.Hasil: Proses pengaktifan kembali meliputi memperbaiki SOAP dan asesmen, penambahan diagnosis dan melengkapi resume. Dua orang diberikan akses untuk memastikan kelengkapan pengisian RME sesuai peraturan direktur. Kesalahan atau ketidaklengkapan dalam diagnosis dan tindakan, mengakibatkan pemberian kode penyakit dan tindakan tidak tepat sehingga hasil pengumpulan data dan pelaporan tidak akurat.Kesimpulan: Pengaturan pengaktifan kembali dan hak akses RME di RS X Kota Denpasar tidak sesuai Standar Prosedur Operasional dan Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2022 tentang RM karena pengaktifan kembali melebihi 2 x 24 jam setelah pasien selesai dirawat. Evaluasi kebijakan dengan pelatihan, sosialisasi, kontrol akses serta pelaporan pelaksanaan RME dilakukan untuk menjaga kerahasiaan serta integritas data pasien.

Abstract

One parameter to determine the quality of health services in hospitals are information from medical records that is good and complete. Based on observations, there are some pieces of missing medical records and there are still some incomplete medical records. This study aim to analysis the complete inpatients medical records at Dharma Kerti Tabanan Hospital. This study was descriptive study conducted at the Dharma Kerti Tabanan Hospital. This study use 232 inpatients medical records and use systematic random sampling. Based on the results of the analysis found that in terms of completeness of identification, classified as incomplete (99.14%). In terms of the completeness of recording, it is classified as incomplete (59.48%). In terms of completeness of reporting, it is classified as complete (61.64%) and completeness of authentication, classified as complete, (74.14%). Overall, the medical records of inpatients are classified as incomplete at 85.78%. Dharma Kerti Tabanan Hospital needs to pay closer attention to the contents of the medical record and coordinate with doctors or nurses to keep filling in complete medical records of inpatients. In addition, medical record storage should be provided better in order to prevent the loss of important sheets in medical record documents.

Abstract

Badung Regency is one of the districts that has quite a lot of tourist areas and also business activities ranging from hotels, trade to MSMEs. Currently, technology and information develop and spread rapidly. Many people, from parents to young people, have the opportunity to use digital media to promote tourism and MSME businesses. The aim of this activity is to increase people's ability to use digital media to promote tourism and improve their business by using social media. This activity was held at the Sangeh Village Perbekel Office, Badung Regency. This community service activity is aimed at the Krama Desa Adat, Yowana, and Pakis in Sangaeh Village, Badung Regency, which consists of 105 people. Counseling is provided through the method of activities carried out. The result is a society that is able to use social media well and wisely; they can use social media to show the various potentials of their traditional villages.Keywords: business; promotion; social media.

Abstract

Introduction:A medical record is a document containing data on the identity of the patient, examination, treatment, action, and other services that have been provided to the patient. The availability of medical records is also very influential in the process of services performed by the medical officer and can affect the quality and quality of the service of a means of health care. The purpose of the research is to find out the completeness of the completion of medical records on the general poli in Primary Health Care of East Denpasar I. Materials and Methods: The design of research that uses quantitative descriptive in the UPTD Puskesmas I Department of Health Department of Eastern Denpasar district. A sample of as many as 100 medical records of street treatment on the general police. Indicators in quantitative analysis methods on medical record completion consist of identification review, report review, record review, and authentication review. Sampling technique using the method of systematic random sample (SRS). Data collection using checklist instruments. Results and Discussions: A total of 100 samples of medical record documents in this study were filled in by 3 counter officers, 3 doctors and 3 nurses. The characteristics of the officers were 66.6% male, 100% had a bachelor's degree, 66.6% had worked <5 years, and 86.6% had attended training in filling out medical records. The results of the quantitative analysis show that the identity review is 100% complete, the reporting review is 0% complete, and the recording review is 76% complete, the authentication review is 100% complete. Incompleteness in the initial (subjective) assessment is low due to the biological, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual history not being filled in. Incompleteness in the initial (objective) assessment was low due to the items inspection, palpation, auscultation, abdominal circumference and Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS). Conclussion: The lowest completeness was obtained in the review of both subjective and objective initial assessment reporting.

Abstract

Pharmacy services are one of the services that must be minimal in a hospital. One indicator to measure pharmaceutical services that meet standards is the waiting time for services, especially prescription drugs. Waiting time for services is one of the most important concerns because it affects patient satisfaction. The reality is that there are still waiting times for prescription drugs that do not meet the minimum service standards in hospitals. This research aims to determine the factors that influence waiting times for outpatient prescription services in hospital pharmacy installations. This study uses a descriptive approach. This study uses a systematic review. Several factors influence the waiting time for prescription drug services in hospital pharmacy installations, namely the lack of human resources in pharmaceutical installations, the completeness of patient files that have not been fulfilled, the lack of availability of drugs prescribed by doctors, the use of electronic and manual prescriptions together, the number of prescription doctors not in National Forum, the number of prescriptions that ask for concoction drugs, information systems in pharmaceutical installations that are less than optimal, doctors who are difficult to contact when prescriptions are difficult to read, space is inadequate. Hospitals need to pay attention to these factors so that they can maintain the quality of hospital services.

Abstract

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) concerns may arise as a result of improper antibiotic use. Bacterial resistance to antibiotics, which has been identified by the WHO as one of the most serious threats to public health, can be worsened by a lack of public understanding of proper antibiotic use. The objective of this research was to find out the level of community knowledge, attitudes, and awareness about AMR. A validated questionnaire was adopted to conduct purposeful interviews with locals of Kerobokan Kaja Village during February and March 2023 to conduct the cross[1]sectional survey. There were 110 total responses (100% response rate). Most respondents (37 [33.3%]) are between the ages of 18 and 27; 56 [50.9%] are women; and 78 [70.9%] have completed secondary school.; (41 [37.3%]) work as private employees; and received minimum wages (41 [37.3%]). The findings indicated that more than half of the population (70 [63.3%]) had adequate knowledge regarding the use of antibiotics, adequate attitudes (64 [58.2%]), and fair awareness of AMR (63 [57.3%]). Abstract

Pada masa pandemi COVID-19, semua orang harus memahami bahwa literasi digital sangat penting untuk berpartisipasi dalam dunia modern dan mengantisipasi penyebaran informasi. Hoaks dan masalah keamanan ruang digital adalah masalah yang paling umum terkait literasi digital. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi tahu orang lain tentang literasi digital dan pentingnya. Agenda sosialisasi literasi cakap digital ini akan berlangsung pada hari Senin, 31 Oktober 2022, dari pukul 18.30 hingga 21.00 Wita. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berlangsung di Desa Gunungsari, Kabupaten, Buleleng. Krama Desa Adat, Yowana, dan Pakis di desa Gunung Sari, kabupaten Buleleng, adalah sasaran program pengabdian masyarakat ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara online dan luring, dengan total 212 orang (120 orang offline dan 92 orang online). Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, empat topik dibahas: budaya digital, etika digital, hoax, keamanan ruang digital, dan teknik pengamankan perangkat digital. Pada era digital saat ini sangat penting memiliki sikap kritis dan juga etika dalam menggunakan media digital. Selain itu penting juga menjaga keamanan perangkat digital yang masyarakat miliki. Masyarakat mampu memahami materi dengan baik dan diharapkan masyarakat cakap dalam mengenali hoaks dan mencegah terjadinya hoaks termasuk menjaga keamanan ruang digital bagi masyarakat terutama anak anak. Abstract

Latar belakang: Masalah utama gizi di Indonesia saat ini adalah masalah kekurangan gizi, salah satunya adalah stunting. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi penatalaksanaan program kerja dari promosi kesehatan untuk mencegah kasus penyakit stunting. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode 5M (man, money, material, machine, method). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 5 orang. Pada penelitian ini variabel yang ingin di teliti adalah komponen input, proses, dan output. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara (indepth interview) dan lembar observasi. Pada penelitian ini, analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis tematik. Hasil: Hasil evaluasi komponen man jumlah petugas sudah memadai, puskesmas perlu melakukan NSPK (Norma Standar Prosedur dan Kriteria) terkait peningkatan posyandu. Money pendanaan DAK (Dana Alokasi Khusus) belum maksimal karena ada kegiatan yang belum terlaksana. Material media yang digunakan sudah cukup untuk menunjang program kerja. Method program kerja sudah cukup baik diterima masyarakat dengan antusias. Machine alat pendukung dari swadaya masyarakat terkadang error, sehingga sering dilakukan pengecekan ulang. Dalam hal proses, masih ada program kerja yang belum terlaksana, serta data yang tidak sinkron antara kader posyandu dengan petugas promkes. Output, ada dua program kerja yang tidak terlaksana yaitu pemberian edukasi stunting ke sekolah dasar dan penyusunan NSPK terkait fungsi posyandu Kesimpulan: Evaluasi program kerja promosi kesehatan terhadap stunting oleh petugas UPTD Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Timur evaluasi menggunakan menggunakan input, proses, dan output dapat dikategorikan baik dari semua aspek.

Abstract

The COVID-19 disease first appeared in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. Until now, the disease was caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This disease then spread to almost all countries and was declared a pandemic. One of the steps to prevent a wider spread is through vaccination. Acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine has an important role in controlling the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 vaccine has a pretty good preventive effect, but its effectiveness really depends on the dose, disease severity, and type of COVID-19. Most people, including health workers, are not willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The reason is the lack of knowledge and also the side effects of the vaccine, which affects the acceptance of the vaccine. The purpose of this study was to assess knowledge, perception and acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine. This study uses a literature study approach and uses 4 review articles. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis show that most people have insufficient knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine. Perceptions of vaccines are also lacking because they feel unsure about the COVID-19 vaccine. Most health workers have good knowledge so that it is easier for them to accept the COVID-19 vaccine. The government needs to increase access to information about the COVID-19 vaccine so that people are willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
