Abstract

Mahasiswa JABODETABEK yang merantau ke Madura dengan tujuan untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Terjadinya perpindahan ke lingkungan baru tentunya menimbulkan rasa kecemasan ataupun perasaan tidak nyaman dari perubahan lingkungan yang ada dari sebelumnya, sehingga harus adanya proses adaptasi terhadap lingkungan baru. Dalam mengatasi hal tersebut mahasiswa rantau harus melakukan strategi adaptasi agar dapat mudah menyesuaikan dengan lingkungan yang ada dan dapat bertahan di lingkungan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Adaptasi Mahasiswa Jabodetabek Universitas Trunojoyo Madura Dalam Mengatasi Culture Shock Di Lingkungan Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya Culture Shock yang terjadi pada mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh adanya beberapa aspek. Mahasiswa rantau juga melakukan strategi agar dapat menyesuaikan diri dan mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru. Strategi yang ada di antaranya interaksi dalam segi bahasa dengan masyarakat, dan terbuka dengan budaya baru yang ada pada lingkungan Madura.

Abstract

Dalam dunia usaha sekarang ini tingkat persaingan antara industri-industri bisnis semakin tajam, tak terkecuali dengan perusahaan-perusahaan yang berada di Indonesia. Dengan semakin majunya teknologi dalam era globalisasi ini, setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk selalu meningkatkan kualitas produksinya maupun manajemen pemasarannya dengan tujuan memaksimalkan keuntungan-keuntungan sesuai target yang diinginkan oleh setiap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji serta mengetahui bagaimana setiap elemen bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, distribusi dan promosi diimplementasikan pada era digital dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. adapun Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa ke empat elemen bauran pemasaran mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian serta Implementasi bauran pemasaran di era digital memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

The use of hadith in Islamic content on social media has increased significantly alongside the rise of digital platforms as tools for religious outreach. However, this phenomenon raises a critical question: does the use of hadith on social media represent authentic da'wah, or does it risk distorting its meaning? This article aims to examine how hadith is conveyed, quoted, and packaged in Islamic content on social media Tiktok, and to assess its alignment with scholarly principles. Using a qualitative content analysis approach on a selection of popular posts, this study finds that while most content seeks to convey moral messages based on hadith, many overlook context, accuracy, and credible sources. The study concludes that social media Tiktok holds great potential as a medium for da'wah but also presents the risk of distortion if not accompanied by careful handling and sufficient Islamic literacy.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut mahasiswa memiliki keterampilan dalam produksi konten video dan pemahaman strategi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Halu Oleo melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan teknik pembuatan video kreatif serta strategi digital marketing. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan, demonstrasi video tutorial, praktik langsung, dan diskusi interaktif yang mencakup aspek pra-produksi, teknik pengambilan gambar, proses editing, serta strategi distribusi konten di media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi mahasiswa. Sebelum pelatihan, mayoritas peserta belum mampu mengoptimalkan aplikasi editing video dan belum memahami konsep pemasaran digital secara efektif. Setelah pelatihan, mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengolah video, memilih elemen visual yang sesuai, serta menyesuaikan konten dengan target audiens. Mereka juga memahami strategi publikasi konten untuk meningkatkan jangkauan di media sosial. Meskipun demikian, kendala teknis seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan koneksi internet masih dialami sebagian kecil mahasiswa. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital, kreativitas, dan pemahaman strategis mahasiswa dalam produksi konten.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menelaah fungsi mediator hubungan industrial sebagai instansi yang menyelesaikan masalah sengketa hubungan industrial serta berhasil atau tidaknya mediator mediasi dalam merelai perselisihan hubungan industrial di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang peneliti digunakan yaitu penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta bersifat deskriptif. Data yang didapat berupa data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penilitian ini dengan menggunakan studi lapangan melalui wawancara dan studi kepustakaan hingga mendapatkan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan fungsi mediator diatur berdasarkan ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara No 83 Tahun 2020 tentang Jabatan Fungsional Mediator Hubungan Industrial yang memiliki kewenangan untuk melaksanakan Pembinaan Hubungan Industrial, Pengembangan Hubungan Industrial serta Mediasi Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial dan Pelaksanaan Teknis Mediasi diatur berdasarkan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 tentang Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial dan Permenaker Nomor 17 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengangkatan dan Pemberhentian Mediator serta Tata Kerja Mediasi. Pelaksanaan Mediasi yang dilakukan oleh Mediator Hubungan Industrial cukup berhasil dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan hubungan industrial baik dilihat melalui indikator substansi hukum, struktur hukum, atau budaya hukumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of collaboration implemented by the Islamic Educational Guidance and Counseling Study Program (BKPI) in realizing independent student projects and to examine partner institutions’ perceptions regarding the opportunities and challenges faced by the BKPI Study Program. This research employed a mixed-methods approach, integrating qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative approach was used to explore the forms of collaboration and to analyze partner institutions’ perceptions of opportunities and challenges in implementing independent student projects. The quantitative approach was applied to measure the level of collaboration conducted by the BKPI Study Program in supporting independent student projects. Primary data were obtained from BKPI lecturers and students, while secondary data were collected from faculty leaders and institutional administrators. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data were analyzed inductively, while quantitative data were analyzed using percentage analysis. The results indicate that collaboration between the BKPI Study Program and schools in implementing independent student projects includes field practice, research activities, and field studies. Collaboration through field practice received 77 percent “strongly agree” and 20 percent “agree” responses. Collaboration through research obtained 70 percent “strongly agree” and 27 percent “agree.” Collaboration through field studies achieved 71 percent “strongly agree” and 28 percent “agree.” Partner institutions perceive that the BKPI Study Program has strong opportunities to realize independent student projects through employment prospects, the transfer of theoretical knowledge into professional practice, and exposure to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. However, several challenges were identified, including the complexity of clients’ problems and the need for counselors to apply educational theories carefully within counseling practices to ensure professionalism, effectiveness, and ethical responsibility in diverse educational and social settings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at the Fire and Rescue Department of Palopo City. Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the effectiveness of public services, particularly in fire handling and rescue operations. Rewards as a form of appreciation and punishments as a form of sanction are expected to influence employees' work motivation and productivity. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 44 respondents selected incidentally. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that both reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. Thus, the appropriate implementation of rewards and punishments can improve employee performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

The development of sharia fashion in Indonesia not only reflects the growing religious awareness among Muslims but also reveals new dynamics in the consumption patterns of the younger generation, particularly university students. Amid the rising popularity of Islamic lifestyles and the strong influence of digital media, the consumption of sharia fashion has the potential to shift from need-based practices toward consumptive behavior imbued with symbolic meanings. This study aims to analyze the consumptive behavior of Muslim university students toward sharia fashion products and to identify the factors influencing such behavior from religious, social, psychological, and media-related perspectives. Employing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological strategy, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Muslim students who actively consume sharia fashion products. The findings indicate that sharia fashion is perceived ambivalently as both a form of religious compliance and an expression of identity and modern lifestyle. Consumption decisions are shaped by the interaction of religious values, emotional impulses, social pressures, and exposure to social media and influencers, which in many cases trigger impulsive consumptive behavior. This study contributes to the literature on Muslim consumer behavior by offering a phenomenological understanding of the negotiation between religious values and contemporary consumer culture, as well as providing implications for strengthening Islamic consumption ethics literacy among university students.
