Abstract

Civil Servant performance assessment aims to ensure objective employee development based on an achievement system and career system. Job satisfaction and good employee performance can be created if various influencing factors can be accommodated well and accepted by all employees. This research aims to examine the influence of culture and work motivation on the satisfaction and performance of Government employees at the Lampung Province Revenue Service. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires file research and interviews and data analysis techniques used in this research used descriptive analysis, questionnaire feasibility tests and structural equation analysis with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the research revealed that work culture and work motivation influence the level of job satisfaction, work culture and work motivation influence the performance of Government employees at the Lampung Province Revenue Service. This study provides evidence that a conducive work environment will have an impact on job satisfaction and employee performance. Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam layanan digital library semakin banyak digunakan, terutama sejak adanya transformasi digital yang dipercepat oleh pandemi Covid-19. Namun, penerapan teknologi ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti penurunan jumlah pengguna, terbatasnya koleksi e-book, dan kurangnya pemahaman sebagian pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui realitas transformasi digital library di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Bandung, persepsi pengguna aplikasi E-Pustaka Bandung, dan pengaruh transformasi perpustakaan digital terhadap persepsi pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital library memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap persepsi pengguna aplikasi E-Pustaka Bandung dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), koefisien regresi sebesar 0,678, Beta 0,705, dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 49,7%, sementara 50,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan darma pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai pengejawantahan ilmu pengetahuan yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah untuk diaplikasikan dilingkungan kehidupan nyata di masyarakat. KKN tahun 2023 Universitas Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai saat ini dilaksanakan di 21 Desa yang berada di Kabupaten Pesawaran dan Kabupaten Tanggamus.Tema yang diusung pada KKN tahun ini adalah “Membangun Desa Guna Pencapaian SDGs”. Desa Taman Sari merupakan salah satu dari 21 Desa yang menjadi objek KKN di Tahun 2023 ini dan menjadi fokus dari pengabdian masyarakat Kelompok 8. Meningkatnya kebutuhan penggunaan air di Desa Taman Sari utamanya untuk pertanian, dikarenakan mayoritas masyarakat Desa Taman Sari berprofesi sebagai Petani dan Buruh Tani dengan total 704 jiwa. Pertanian sebagai tonggak utama mata pencaharian sebagian besar masyarakat Desa Taman Sari, sehingga hal ini menjadi fokus utama program kerja Kelompok 8 yang akan dilakukan di Desa Taman Sari yakni pemanenan air hujan yang dapat digunakan untuk multi tujuan seperti menyiram tanaman, mencuci, mandidan bahkan dapat digunakan untuk memasak jika kualitas air tersebut memenuhi standar kesehatan disamping itu juga program kerja pendukung lain yang akan dilaksanakan di Desa Taman Sari seperti program fisik berupa pemasangan papan nama jalan, pembersihan saluran drainase, dan penanaman pohon untuk penghijauan. Selain itu juga akan dilaksanakan program non fisik berupa sosialisasi dan edukasi masyarakat tentang budidaya ikan, pemilihan ikan segar, dan kewirausahaan, serta penyuluhan tentang bahaya penggunaan narkoba. Target dan harapan yang akan dicapai antara lain penambahan kuantitas air yang dapat digunakan multi tujuan, pengembangan budidaya ikan tawar, penambahan wawasan ilmu pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Taman Sari tentang kewirausahaan, bahaya penggunaan narkoba, dan pemilihan ikan segar yang layak konsumsi. Metode pelaksanaan rencana kegiatan KKN ini dilakukan dengan cara pendekatansosial langsung/interaksi langsung dengan masyarakat Desa Taman Sari Kec. Gedong Tataan danuntuk menunjang keberhasilan program kerja kami membuat jadwaldan matiksprogram (terlampir). Dengan adanya program kerja ini diharapkan masyarakatdapatlebih majudan unggul.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how brand image influences the decision to purchase an I-Phone brand smartphone from an Islamic perspective, a case study of management study program students at ITBis Lembah Dempo. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis, namely data analysis that can be described using numbers. This research focuses on Brand Image (X1), Lifestyle (X2), and Purchase Decisions (Y). Based on simultaneous testing or F test, the Sig value has a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) which is 0,000 < 0,05 and the result of F-obtained was 18,19 and F- table was 3,10. It can be concluded that H3 is accepted. It means there is a significant effect between Brand Image (X1), Lifestyle (X2) on the Purchasing Decisions (Y) simultaneously.

Abstract

As technology advances increasingly rapidly, especially in the field of e-commerce, Studios experience difficulties in handling orders for photography services. Ordering methods that still rely on WhatsApp (WA) show inefficiency and lack of optimization. This research focuses on designing the UI/UX of the application with the aim of increasing the efficiency of ordering photography services at Maka Studio. The testing process involves two methods, namely SUS (System Usability Scale) and analysis of data collected through questionnaires. The research subjects consisted of 10 respondents who were potential Maka Studio customers and 20 respondents among students. This research applies the Design Thinking method, through the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. These stages aim to understand user needs, identify problems, come up with solution ideas, create prototypes, and test prototypes. The research results show that the application of design thinking was successful in creating the Maka Studio online booking system. This system is expected to be able to overcome various obstacles previously experienced by customers when placing orders at photo studios. Usability testing results shows that the UI/UX design of the photography services ordering application has achieved excellent results and meets user expectations. This can be seen from the majority of respondents who gave positive assessments of various aspects of the application, as well as the SUS test results with an average score of 94.3%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Customer relationship management (CRM) is the set of procedures, personnel, and technology used by businesses to locate their customers. CRM fosters relationships and customer retention. The development of CRM is positively impacted by organizational improvements in customer-centric procedures and advancements in information technology. Successful CRM implementation will increase an organization's profitability and customer loyalty. Viewing CRM as a technology alone is one factor contributing to its failure; in order for it to succeed, firms must integrate and strike a balance between people, process, and technology. The influence of environmental factors, such as political, economic, social, and technological aspects, on CRM is attempted to be measured. Additionally, a SWOT analysis is conducted, and a few recommendations are made based on the analysis to ensure the effectiveness of CRM activities. Abstract

The rapid globalization of trade demands more efficient cross-border processes, yet ASEAN countries still face high logistics costs and procedural delays. As a response, the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) initiative was developed to streamline customs processes and integrate trade administration systems across member states. This study aims to evaluate the benefits of ASW implementation, identify key challenges across political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal dimensions (PESTEL), and offer strategic recommendations for improvement. The research uses a qualitative method based on secondary data, including journal articles, official reports, and policy documents published between 2015-2025. PESTEL analysis is applied to structure and assess the external factors influencing ASW implementation. Findings show that ASW significantly improves trade efficiency, transparency, and cost-effectiveness. However, challenges such as regulatory inconsistencies, technological gaps, and limited legal harmonization persist. The study outlines short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps, offering phased solutions such as modular system design, AI-based risk prediction, and legal standardization. In conclusion, ASW holds strong potential to enhance ASEAN’s regional trade competitiveness if implementation is supported by political commitment, legal reform, capacity-building, and robust digital infrastructure.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam manajemen pelayanan publik telah menjadi kebutuhan yang harus diterapkan di era digital, khususnya di sektor layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada sistem pendaftaran online di Puskesmas Pasiran Jaya, yang bertujuan untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan analisis data sebelum dan sesudah penerapan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penggunaan sistem pendaftaran online secara signifikan mengurangi waktu pendaftaran dan antrian pasien. Selain itu, mayoritas pasien melaporkan kepuasan terhadap kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh sistem ini. Meskipun demikian, tantangan akan tetap ada, terutama dalam hal aksesibilitas bagi kelompok masyarakat yang kurang paham akan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, langkah – langkah strategis diperlukan untuk memastikan implementasi yang berhasil, termasuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi penggunaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan sistem pendaftaran online, Puskesmas Pasiran Jaya tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pasien sehingga membuat manajemen pelayanan publiknya terpenuhi karena pasien merasa puas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi informasi dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam manajemen pelayanan publik, dan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut disarankan agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh masyarakat. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini juga adalah untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai aplikasi teknologi yang diterapkan dalam sektor publik, serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas layanan, tetapi juga mempercepat proses administrasi dan memperluas jangkauan pelayanan publik. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan, seperti kurangnya infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia yang terlatih. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan komitmen dari semua pihak untuk memaksimalkan potensi teknologi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik.

Abstract

The development of social media has provided a new space for social interaction, but also brings challenges in the form of online gender-based violence. One form is sexual harassment in the form of negative comments on social media. This study aims to determine public perceptions of sexual harassment on social media through a case study of negative comments on the account of Azizah Shalsa, a young influencer in Indonesia. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that sexual harassment is still not considered a serious issue by some people, especially due to gender bias, low digital literacy, and lack of legal awareness. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of public education and law enforcement to create a safe and fair digital space.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth how financial transparency, the application of managerial ethics, and the accuracy of production cost calculations influence business practices among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through open-ended interviews, direct field observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The findings indicate that a lack of financial transparency hinders effective decision-making. On the other hand, the consistent application of ethical managerial principles significantly contributes to fostering harmonious relationships with stakeholders. Inaccurate cost calculations also lead to improper pricing strategies and decreased operational efficiency. These three elements are interrelated and collectively contribute to building a professional and sustainable business management system. The study highlights the importance of strengthening MSME managerial capacity through collaboration among government institutions, business actors, and support organizations, particularly in the areas of financial literacy, ethical business conduct, and cost efficiency.
