Abstract

Human resources are an asset for the company. Therefore, to get the best employees, human resource management is important to take the first steps in selecting prospective workforce, maintaining, developing, evaluating, and managing employee relations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource management practices on knowledge management maturity. This study used a population of 125 education staff (permanent lecturers), with a total sample of 62 respondents or 50% taken. The results showed that human resource management practicesSimultaneously, the effect of 0.59 affects the maturity of knowledge management. However, partially, there are two variables that have a significant effect, namely recruitment and compensation, while the three variables of training and development, performance management and employee relations have a negative influence or do not contribute to the maturity of knowledge management. Keywords : Human Resources Management Practices, recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, knowledge management.

Abstract

The progress of the reformation in the field of bureucracy is slower than the other fields. It is believed that the concept of the clean government and good governance must be applied in order to give the optimal results for the citizen. In this case, the quality or work of those who worked in the bureaucracy of the State Secretariat Training Center of the Republic of Indonesia did not show any optimal results. As a matter of fact, there were several factors that contributed to the results, for instances adversity quotient and learning organization. Furthermore, this research aimed to determine the effect of adversity quotienent and learning organization of employee performance. The research was conducted at the Training and Education Centre State Secretary of  The Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. Research design that used is causality, with descriptif quantitative analysis, using instrument questionnaire to population sample. The result showed that: (1) there is a positive correlation  and significant effect of adversity quotient on the performance of employee; (2) there is a a positive correlation and significant effect of  learning organization on the performance of employee; (3) and these is a positive and significant effect simultanuoesly adversity quotient and learning organization on the performance of employee.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees and compensation at PT. AL. A total of 31 employees of the construction division involved as respondents. Data were obtained through a questionnaire containing closed questions with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organization culture and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on Organizational commitment through job satisfaction and employee engagement as mediating variables. Furthermore, as many as 112 nurses are involved as respondents, and the data are gathered with self-rating questionnaire. The Data are analyzed by using structural equation model. The confirmatory factor analysis shows that all questions in the instruments are valid and reliable. The research indicates that transformational leadershippositively and significantly affects on job satisfaction and employees’ engagement, but it does not have a direct effect on organizational commitment. Therefore, it is concluded that transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction and employee engagement.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important thing in human resource management, because it will affect the positive behaviors of the employees.This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of career development, organizational climate and leadership style on employee job satisfaction. Population in this research is 120 employees of PT. Astra International Tbk. Auto 2000 Puri Kembangan. The sample used is 93 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. And the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memegang peran penting dalam memengaruhi kinerja organisasi. Employee engagement, yang mencerminkan tingkat keterikatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaan dan organisasi, semakin menjadi perhatian dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena dianggap sebagai faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat employee engagement, terutama di lingkungan kerja pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi nonfinansial terhadap Employee engagement pegawai di dinas tenaga kerja. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 80 pegawai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi nonfinansial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan dalam organisasi. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya meningkatkan perhatian terhadap praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang mencakup aspek kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi nonfinansial untuk meningkatkan employee engagement. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi engagement karyawan dan memberikan landasan bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Kinerja guru berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai hubungan kepemimpinan situasional dengan kinerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan tinjauan pustaka. Telusuri artikel menggunakan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “kepemimpinan situasional” dan “kinerja karyawan”. Artikel yang dipilih adalah dari tahun 2016 hingga 2023. Sebanyak 30 artikel penelitian dipilih dan kemudian diberikan gambarannya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 11 dari 30 artikel menyatakan hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara kepemimpinan situasional dengan kinerja dan keberlanjutan menyatakan hubungan yang signifikan. Hanya 1 dari 30 artikel yang diteliti bernuansa pendidikan. Artikel penelitian sebagian besar berasal dari Indonesia. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan mediasi dalam menghubungkan kepemimpinan situasional dengan kinerja guru seperti kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, kesinambungan karyawan, perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi, total quality manajemen.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze Organizational Commitment, Non-Financial Compensation and Organizational Justice on Readiness to Change. The population in this research were employees of the Deputy for Human Resources for Science and Technology, the National Research and Innovation Agency. The sample used was 114 people. The sampling method uses a quota sampling model. The data collection method used a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire using a Likert scale as a questionnaire assessment tool. Methods of data analysis using SPSS 26. The results of this research indicate that organizational commitment has a positive effect on readiness to change, non-financial compensation has a positive effect on readiness to change and organizational justice has a positive effect on readiness to change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah hubungan kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Agusta Bono Internasional, sebanyak 41 orang dimana sampel diambil dengan metode sampling jenuh yakni keseuruhan sebanyak 41 orang sebagai responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan SPSS sedangkan analisis inferensial dengan mode SEM dan analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of work Discipline, motivation, and compensation on teacher performance. The data analysis is quantitative with the purpose of answering the predetermined research hypotheses. The sampling technique that used in this research is nonprobability technique, with the research subjects totaling 45 permanent teachers who work in the organization of SMK Yuppentek 1 Tangerang. The results obtained, show that: (1) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, (2) Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, (3) Compensation has no significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMK Yuppentek 1 Tangerang.
