Abstract

Seorang guru harus terampil dalam memilih model yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dapat menimbulkan kebosanan siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran, materi kurang dipahami, dan menjadikan pembelajaran yang monoton sehingga siswa kurang termotivasi untuk belajar. Model pembelajaran make a match merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat membantu guru dalam menciptakan suasana proses pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan. Penggunaaan model pembelajaran make a match diharapkan mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan bagi siswa dan siswa dapat termotivasi untuk belajar lebih giat serta mendapatkan hasil belajar yang maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep internalisasi nilai moral melalui penerapan metode role playing dalam pembelajaran PAI. Nilai moral seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, toleransi, simpati dan empati merupakan bagian penting dari tujuan PAI yang harus diinternalisasikan dalam diri peserta didik agar tercermin dalam sikap dan perilaku sehari-hari. Namun, penerapan metode pembelajaran yang mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran dan pengalaman langsung peserta didik terhadap nilai-nilai tersebut masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research) dengan tehKnik pengumpulan data berupa studi dokumen dan analisis isi terhadap berbagai literatur ilmiah, buku dan artikel jurnal yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode role playing efektif sebagai media internalisasi nilai moral karena mampu menggabungkan aspek koknitif, afektif dan psikomotorik peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Metode ini mendorong keterlibatan aktif, reflektif moral, serta penguatan hubungan antara materi ajar dengan kehidupan nyata

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the understanding and readiness of PGSD FKIPS students of the Universitas Islam Makassar for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) test, which has become a requirement and a need in the academic and professional world. Through socialization approaches, material training, TOEFL simulations, and reflection, participants are guided to understand the structure of the test, understand the types of questions, and practice answering strategies effectively. This activity was attended by around 80 students, and was held for three days at the Language Center of Universitas Islam Makassar. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge of the TOEFL format and an increase in confidence in answering the test. Although there are still challenges in the aspects of listening, structure, and reading, participants showed progress in understanding the pattern of questions and answering strategies. This training is considered useful and relevant, and it is recommended to be held periodically as part of efforts to strengthen students' English language competencies in the university environment.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children’s fine motor skills through collage activities at RA Budi Utomo. Fine motor development is an essential aspect of early childhood education, as it supports children’s readiness for writing, drawing, and other learning activities. However, observations indicated that many children still experienced difficulties in hand coordination, finger flexibility, and precise movements, which limited their learning performance. To address this issue, collage activities were introduced as a creative and engaging medium to strengthen fine motor skills. The research employed a classroom action research design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The participants were 20 children aged 4–5 years. Various collage activities, such as tearing paper, cutting, pasting, and arranging materials into creative patterns, were used to stimulate hand–eye coordination and dexterity. Data were collected through observation, performance assessments, and teacher field notes. The results showed that children’s fine motor skills improved significantly after the implementation of collage activities. In the first cycle, only a limited number of children achieved the expected development indicators, while in the second cycle, the majority demonstrated progress in precision, neatness, and independence. These findings suggest that collage activities are an effective method for developing fine motor skills while fostering creativity, concentration, and enjoyment in early childhood learning.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has increasingly become a central concern in the digital era, particularly within the context of higher education. This study aims to analyze the influence of AI tool usage on student satisfaction in the learning process. The research design employed is cross-sectional, with a sample of students from various departments at Universitas Negeri Makassar. Data were collected using a Likert-scale-based questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. The findings reveal that although students’ awareness of the potential of AI tools is relatively high, their actual experience in using them remains limited. Students acknowledged the positive benefits of AI tools in enhancing learning quality and information accessibility, yet only a small proportion actively utilized them. These results highlight the necessity for increased education and institutional support to encourage the adoption of AI tools on campus, enabling students to be better prepared to integrate them into their studies. This research contributes to the creation of a more adaptive learning environment and supports the development of student competencies in the digital era.

Abstract

Persalinan adalah proses pengeluaran hasil konsepsi meliputi janin dan plasenta yang telah cukup bulan atau dapat hidup diluar kandungan melalui jalan lahir dengan bantuan atau dengan kekuatan sendiri. Senam hamil pada primigravida dapat memberikan manfaat yaitu mampu memperpendek lama persalinan, terutama saat memasuki kala II atau saat ibu mengalami pembukaan lengkap saat persalinan Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan senam ibu hamil dengan proses persalinan primigravida di BPM Hj. Rismawati Kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian accidental sampling Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di BPM Hj. Rismawati Lingkungan Lakoala Kabupaten Maros pada bulan Maret-Agustus tahun 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua ibu hamil primigravida melakukan senam hamil sebanyak 50 responden, berdasarkan populasinya maka diambil sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Dimana proses persalinan cepat (< 18 jam) sebanyak 21 orang (70%), proses persalinan normal (18–24 jam) sebanyak 9 orang (30%) Teknik sampling digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan observasional dengan pendekatan quasi experiment. Setelah di uji quasi experimen dengan uji Fisher Extact dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95%Cl dibuktikan bahwa p =0.000, dengan demikian Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah responden yang melakukan senam hamil mengalami kemudahan dalam proses persalinannya

Abstract

Duck egg farming is one of the important sources of income for rural communities, and the success of this business largely depends on cost efficiency and the level of profit obtained. This study aims to analyze the cost structure, revenue, and financial feasibility of duck egg farming in Wonomulyo Subdistrict based on the average data from 70 respondents. Data were collected through a survey method with structured interviews regarding the number of livestock, land area, production costs, and farm revenue. The results showed that the average number of ducks reared was 130 birds with an average land area of approximately 25 m² per farmer. Variable costs reached IDR 52,364,000 per year, while fixed costs amounted to IDR 5,190,000 per year, resulting in an average total production cost of IDR 57,554,000 per year. The average revenue from egg production was IDR 65,000,000 per year, yielding a net profit of IDR 7,446,000. Financial feasibility analysis indicated an R/C ratio of 1.13, a Break Even Point (BEP) of 28,777 eggs, and a Return on Investment (ROI) of 12.9% per year. These values demonstrate that duck egg farming is feasible to continue, as revenue exceeds production costs, profits are positive, and production is above the break-even point. The business can be further developed by improving cost efficiency and optimizing livestock productivity.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — The focus of the research is to investigate and evaluate the influence of servant leadership on employee performance in South Kalimantan palm oil enterprises, incorporating organizational citizenship behaviors as the intervening variable. Research method— This study employed a proportional random sampling technique involving 78 employees in palm oil companies in South Kalimantan. To evaluate the model, Structured Equation Modelling (SEM) was applied. Result— The results reveal that servant leadership has a positive impact on employee performance and organizational citizenship behaviors. Additionally, as hypothesized, organizational citizenship behavior partially mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance Conclusion— These findings provide insights and a better understanding of how servant leadership plays a significant role in affecting employee performance in the organization, especially in the palm oil companies in South Kalimantan

Abstract

Five years after the 2018 Lombok earthquake, several temporary shelters and even emergency ones still exist and are being used by the community, despite the fact that the majority of them have relocated to permanent housing. In Dusun Boyotan, one extended family continues to utilize their post-earthquake dwellings, incorporating various functions related to building sustainability and cultural suitability. This research aims to present an up-to-date survey that identifies the stages of house development and explores how residents adapt to post-earthquake dwellings, as well as the reasons behind these changes. The research method employed in this study is a qualitative case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and a study of the resident's perceptions of their dwellings before and after the earthquake. The research findings indicate that the transition from emergency shelters to temporary housing involves the use of locally available materials and construction methods in the affected area. Furthermore, residents experienced an improvement in housing quality through the provision of permanent dwellings that adhere to national standards by the Indonesian government. The process of housing adaptation carried out by an extended family over four years involved behavioral adaptation and spatial adjustment in response to each housing stage and the use of new materials.

Abstract

Donor darah adalah salah satu aktivitas yang sangat membantu tidak hanya diri sendiri tetapi juga semua orang yang membutuhkannya. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada Masyarakat tentang syarat-syarat untuk menjadi pendonor darah agar Masyarakat mengetahui manfaat donor untuk diri sendiri dan orang lain. Selain itu, sangat penting untuk memberi tahu masyarakat tentang keuntungan kesehatan yang ditawarkan oleh donor darah agar Masyarakat lebih terbuka untuk melakukan donor darah secara sukarela. Hal pertama yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya Tarik masyarakat dalam mendonorkan darah salah satunya adalah dengan cara sosialisasi/penyuluhan terkait syarat-syarat donor darah. Kegiatan ini dihadiri sebanyak 30 orang yang dilaksanakn di Lingkungan Kunjung Mae, Kecamatan Mappakasunggu, Kab. Takalar, Sulawesi Selatan dengan sasaran kegiatannya yaitu Masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pemberian materi tentang pentingnya edukasi kesesuaian donor kepada masyarakat dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan Kesehatan. Pemeriksaan Kesehatan ini berupa pemeriksaan awal sebelum melakukan donor darah diantaranya pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan pemeriksaan golongan darah.
