Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze the relationship between workplace spirituality and affective commitment when emotional intelligence is a moderat or variable to Nurses at the RST Dr. Reksodwiryo Padang. The population in this study were all contract nurses in the inpatient department at the RST Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang as many as 108 people. The number of samples used in the study was 85 people using the clusters proportional random sampling technique. The research design used in this study is causality research. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equational Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 . The results of this study revealed that the emotional intelligence moderates the relationship was found to be significant to Nurses at the RST Dr. Reksodwiryo Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance on the Intention to stay with work engagement as a mediator. The population in this study were employees of PT. GlobalCom Indonesia. While the sample used amounted to 67 employees. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires and data processing is done through smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, work engagement has a positive and significant effect on intention to stay, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on Intention to stay and work life balance has positive and significant effect on Intention to stay with work engagement as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to about. (1)the influence of work Umrah travel employess in Bukittinggi City (2) Influence supervisor support for the well being of umrah in the Bukittinggi City (2) The influence of Work Life Balance on the Well Being of Umrah Bukittinggi City with Supervisor Support a mmoderating variable The type of research quantitative descriptive research ,the data collection technique is trough distributing questionnaires distribute via google form to Umrah travel employee in Bukitinggi City. Result the research is (1) there is a significant influence between Work Life Balance towards the Well Being of Umrah Travel emplpoyees in Bukittinggi City (2) There are significant influence of Supervisor Support on the Well Being of Travel employees Umrah in Bukittinggi City (3) Has a significant influence on Work Life Balance toward the Well Being of Umrah Travel employees in Bukittinggi City with Support Supervisor as a moderating variable
