Abstract

The main focus in this research is students' social interaction abilities and their development by supervising teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Semarang. In interacting, many things are discovered, both negative and positive. This shows that interaction is an ability that is learned in the process of everyday life. This ability to interact can be developed through guidance and counseling services, as implemented at SMA Negeri 5 Semarang. The method the author uses in this research is a descriptive method. In this research the author carried out observations, interviews and documentation to obtain the required data. Based on the research that the author has conducted, it can be concluded that: First, in adapting to the social environment, there are students who are capable and there are those who are unable. Students who are unable to adapt are generally less able to interact in the social environment of SMA Negeri 5 Semarang. Second, to find close friends, there are students who are able to get them and those who are not. Students who are unable to find close friends are those who are unable to adapt, have been traumatized by previous close friends, are less open and are less able to interact. Third, there are students who are able to create a sense of self-confidence when studying and there are also those who are not. Self-confidence does not arise due to factors within and outside the individual. Fourth, the efforts made by supervising teachers to develop students' ability to adapt, to build closeness and create self confidence is by providing counseling guidance services both in the personal and social fields by supervising teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Semarang

Abstract

Kabupaten Majalengka adalah salah satu daerah wisata di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi pariwisata yang cukup besar dengan berbagai atraksi wisata, seperti obyek wisata alam, warisan budaya dan daya tarik lainnya. Namun, untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan sektor pariwisata di Kabupatem Majalengka secara efektif, diperlukan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang tren wisata yang ada dan bagaimana mereka berkembang dari waktu ke waktu. Oleh karena itu, memprediksi tren wisatawan dapat membantu pemerintah daerah dan stakeholder pariwisata untuk mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi tren wisata di Kabuparen Majalengka agar dapat mengevaluasi keefektifan strategi untuk meningkatkannya dengan memanfaatkan Algoritma C4.5. Tahapan awal untuk mengetahui sebab dan akibat tren wisata ini dengan menggunakan metodologi fishbone. Dari hasil pengujian RapidMiner menggunakan Algoritma C4.5 dengan operator Random tree, Apply Data dan Perfomance bahwa tren wisata sangat populer, populer dan kurang populer memperoleh akurasi sebesar 86,67%.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan yang sangatsignifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia bisnis. Penelitian inimembahas perancangan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web dengan metode pembayarandigital pada toko F Notebook Majalengka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sisteminformasi penjualan berbasis web dengan metode integrasi pembayaran digital pada Toko FNotebook, dan mempermudah proses transaksi dengan menerapkan pembayaran digital bagikostumer. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter 3, menggunakanBahasa pemrograman PHP. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC). Sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web ini dirancang untukmembantu Toko F Notebook Majalengka dalam mengelola proses penjualan secara online. Sistemini memungkinkan untuk penjualan produk secara online, dan konsumen dapat mengetahuiinformasi mengenai produk serta melakukan pembelian produk tanpa harus datang ke tokosecara langsung. This system is designed using theCodeIgniter 3 Framework, using the PHP programming language. The development method usedis the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This web-based sales information system isdesigned to assist Toko F Notebook Majalengka in managing the online sales process. This systemallows for online product sales, and make product purchases without having to come to the storedirectly. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing melalui metode pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad dalam Permainan Sepak Bola Siswa Kelas VIII A SMPN 1 Bangkala Barat Tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian dengan Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan Siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMPN 1 Bangkala Barat yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui metode pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad dalam Permainan Sepak Bola Siswa Kelas VIII A SMPN 1 Bangkala Barat. Hasil data yang diperoleh dari data siklus I 71,8 dan persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa 50% dengan jumlah ketuntasan belajar 10 siswa, kemudian meningkat pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 84,4 dengan persentase belajar 90.0% dengan jumlah ketuntasan 18 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar passing melalui metode pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad dalam Permainan Sepak Bola Siswa Kelas VIII A SMPN 1 Bangkala Barat. The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes through the Stad Tipe Cooperative learning method in Foodball Game for Clas VIII A Students of SMPN 1 Bangkala Barat Academic Year 2020/2021. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, action, observation, and cycle. The subjects in this study were student of class VIII A of SMPN 1 Bangkala Barat, as many as 20 student. Data collection techniques are tests and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the data obtained from the frist cycle data are 71.8 and the percentage of student learning completeness is 50% with the number of learning mastery as 10 student, then increased in the second cycle with an average value of 84.4 with a learningpersentage of 90.0% with the number of completenesss as many as 18 student. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in passing learning outcomets through the Stad Tipe Cooperative learning methoot in Football Games for Class VIII A student of SMPN 1 Bangkala Barat.

Abstract

Phubbing behavior, which is the tendency to ignore those around us in favor of attention on social media, has become an increasing concern in the context of social interactions, especially among teenagers. This study aims to explore the impact of phubbing behavior on interpersonal communication among vocational school students. The research method used in this research is pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The population of this research is SMK in Rembang. The sample taken was 10 students using simple random sampling technique. To overcome this problem, this research proposes the application of group guidance using sociodrama techniques as an alternative intervention. The results of the analysis show that group guidance using sociodrama techniques has a positive influence in improving interpersonal communication between students. The implication of this research is the importance of appropriate interventions in dealing with phubbing behavior among adolescents to improve the quality of interpersonal relationships and their psychological well-being.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks dalam era globalisasi ini, di mana isu-isu sosial global memengaruhi paradigma dan praktek pendidikan. Artikel ini menyajikan sebuah kajian riset tentang pendidikan Islam yang berorientasi pada isu-isu global sosial sebagai dampak dari globalisasi. Kami menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidikan Islam dalam konteks ini serta prospek untuk menghadapinya. Globalisasi telah membawa dampak yang signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan Islam. Tulisan ini menguraikan sebuah kajian riset tentang pendidikan Islam yang berorientasi pada isu-isu global sosial sebagai dampak dari fenomena globalisasi. Dengan menggabungkan tinjauan literatur dan analisis konseptual, penulis mengeksplorasi tantangan dan prospek dalam mengintegrasikan isu-isu global sosial ke dalam kurikulum dan praktik pendidikan Islam. Kajian ini juga menyoroti peran pendidikan Islam dalam mengembangkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang isu-isu global seperti kemiskinan, ketidaksetaraan, migrasi, dan lingkungan hidup. Diharapkan hasil kajian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi praktisi pendidikan Islam dalam menyusun strategi untuk merespons isu-isu global sosial dengan cara yang produktif dan proaktif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of work motivation on the performance of the Secretariat Of The National Pharmaceutical Committee Of The Republic Of Indonesia, (2) The effect of work discipline on employee performance.. National Pharmaceutical Committee Of The Republic Of Indonesia. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is the employees of the Secretariat of the National Pharmacy Committee of the Ministry of Health, totaling 60 employees with a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis.The results of the study found that: (1) Work motivation has a t value of 2.551 with a significance level of 0.015 so that it is known that tcount> ttable (2.551> 2000), and a significance level of 0.015 <0.05. Which means that work motivation (X1) has a significant effect in a positive direction on employee performance at the National Pharmacy Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Y). (2) Work Discipline has a t value of 2.119 with a significance probability level of 0.039 So that it is known that tcount> ttable (2119> 2000), and a significance level of 0.039 <0.05, which means that Work Discipline (X2) has a significant effect in a positive direction on performance. Employees at the National Pharmacy Committee of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. (3) The work environment has a value of t count 13,000 with a probability level of significance of 0.000 So that it is known that tcount> ttable (13,000> 2000), and a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, which means that the Work Environment (X3) has a significant effect in a positive direction on performance. Abstract

The utilisation of goat's milk and moringa leaves as processed ice cream food products is one alternative that can be done by goat milk farmer community. This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of moringa leaf flour (Moringa oleifera) on the organoleptic quality of ice cream.  The research was conducted at the Production Laboratory of the Universitas Sumatera Utara in September-October 2023. The study used a completely randomised design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replication where P0 without the addition of moringa flour, P1 = 20 grams of moringa flour, P2 = 25 grams of moringa flour, P3 = 30 grams of moringa flour. The parameters observed were organoleptic tests, namely colour, aroma, texture, taste and liking. The results showed that the addition of moringa flour (Moringa oleifera) with the treatment of 20 grams to the making of goat milk ice cream was liked by panelists in terms of colour, aroma, texture, taste and liking compared to the treatment of 25 grams and 30 grams.  In conslusion that ice cream with goat's milk added with 20% moringa leaf flour has preferable organoleptic quality.

Abstract

Balai Latihan Kerja is one of the companies in Bandung. Until now, the Work Training Center does not have a Company Profile to be one way of conveying information to the public. Therefore the author wants to try to make a Company Profile to help the company.The method used in creating a Company Profile is one of them using the KineMaster For PC Application. Which is where this application can be used more practically in making Company Profile.The results of making Company Profile show that companies can display Company Profile to be one method of providing information to the public.

Abstract

Adolescence is a phase characterized by behavioral and emotional development. Adolescents often experience erratic emotional fluctuations. This is common among high school children. Adolescents are considered emotionally mature when they can anticipate and control their emotional reactions, rather than reacting impulsively without thinking first. In a high school setting, students encounter a variety of conditions and cultures that may not always fit their own. Therefore, it is very important for students to have strong emotion regulation abilities. The purpose of this study is to examine the disparity in emotion control between male and female students in class X SMA Negeri 9 Semarang. This study utilized quantitative methodology. The study was conducted as a survey, with a sample of 396 students in grade X as the data source. The sample size of the study consisted of 180 students. The data collection approach used was an emotion regulation tool based on Gross' framework. Data analysis revealed gender disparities in emotion regulation among students, which showed a marked difference between males and females. The data showed that female students obtained higher mean scores. Higher scores indicate a higher level of proficiency in managing emotions.
