Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology has significantly transformed agricultural marketing systems. Mekar Mulya Farmers Group, located in Argalingga Village, Majalengka Regency, faces several challenges in distributing agricultural products, such as long distribution chains, limited market access, and low profit margins due to conventional sales methods. This study aims to design and implement a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) e-commerce platform that directly connects farmers with end consumers. The research adopts the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model, which consists of analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework, MySQL as the database, and tested with the Blackbox Testing method to ensure functional suitability. The results show that the developed e-commerce platform provides essential features such as product catalogs, order management, payment confirmation, and price transparency, which help build consumer trust. The implementation demonstrates that the system effectively increases farmers’ profit margins, broadens market reach, and streamlines transaction processes. In conclusion, the application of a B2C e-commerce platform in Mekar Mulya Farmers Group proves to be an effective solution for improving operational efficiency, strengthening food security, and supporting farmers’ welfare in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the culinary industry encourages the integration of technology to improve service quality and operational efficiency. This study aims to design a reservation application prototype for Sangu Akeul Cigaleuh Majalengka, a traditional restaurant that emphasizes cultural values and authentic flavors. The research applied the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) method, consisting of six stages: research, modeling, requirement, framework, refinement, and support. Data were collected through observation and interviews, then developed into user personas, user flows, and a Hierarchical Task Analysis (HTA). The initial design was visualized through wireframes and later refined into an interactive prototype. Usability evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with five respondents. The test results indicated an average SUS score of 81.0, categorized as Grade B (Good). These findings demonstrate that the GDD method is effective in producing a functional, user-friendly reservation application that aligns with user needs in the context of traditional culinary businesses.

Abstract

The development of digital technology requires vocational high school students to have adequate digital literacy for more effective learning. At Bhakti Kencana Jatiwangi Health Vocational High School, low digital literacy and limited use of technology hinder the learning process. To address this, e-learning was developed as a digital literacy learning tool. This system allows students to access materials and take quizzes interactively, while providing a more flexible and engaging learning experience. Features include material management, quiz creation, and the role of administrators in verifying and publishing content. The development results indicate that e-learning can support student engagement, facilitate teacher learning management, and create a more adaptive and interactive learning process. This approach is expected to be an innovative strategy to improve the quality of vocational learning, while being relevant to educational needs in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet technology has transformed various business processes, including printing services that require efficiency and accuracy in order management. Conventional methods used by Mas Yan’s Printing, such as in-person and WhatsApp-based orders, often result in inefficiency, data loss, and customer dissatisfaction. This study aims to implement a mobile web- based digital ordering system with a focus on the frontend to improve service accessibility and operational effectiveness. The development process applied the Waterfall method, starting from system analysis, design using UML diagrams, coding with Laravel framework along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and testing through Black Box method. The system provides several features including product catalog browsing, order placement, digital payment with proof upload, shopping cart management, and chat communication between customers and admin. Testing results show that all implemented features run properly and fulfill user requirements. The mobile web platform successfully reduces manual errors, shortens order processing time, and improves order data management. This implementation enhances customer convenience in accessing printing services and supports the business in reaching wider markets while maintaining competitive advantage.
